You’re not underweight and are average / overweight
You still get your period
You binge
You binge & p*rge
You don’t faint constantly
You don’t “look sick” according to Ed standards
You haven’t been hospitalized
You don’t fast for days on end
Your wrists/hands aren’t boney
You aren’t super pale or sickly
You feel like you’re not sick / have impostor syndrome
Your clothes aren’t baggy
You’re scared to post body checks
You are still valid even if you don’t “look” sick. Your disorder is still valid and real even if you aren’t a walking skeleton. You are valid even if you don’t feel “sick enough”.
