Alex is a young man who has grown up under F.E.A.R.’s laws. He’s almost always followed the rules set before him. That is, until his best friend Jack convinces him to run away and live in the desert.

Jack has never been a “good influence” on people. He’s disobedient, rude, and rambunctious. Fed up with F.E.A.R. and his laws, Jack decides to break the most important law of all; no one is allowed to leave their designated town. Jack decides to try leaving his home and living out in the desert. However, he’s not planning to go alone.

Jenna was brought up with one rule engraved in her mind: Don’t let F.E.A.R. win. She refuses to give up on that rule even if that means watching her loved ones die and being exiled to live alone in the desert.

Vic has never questioned the way he lived his life. He’s never given it much thought that there’s something better out in the world than working with cars and caring for his brother Mike. He never expected that everything could change within the course of one train ride.

Kellin only wants to see his wife and child safe. When F.E.A.R.’s Shadows take him away, he doesn’t know if he’ll ever see them again. After being used in an experiment, Kellin decides that the only way to get back to his family is to fight the person that took him away in the first place.

Ariel is the only person who can see ghosts. The doctors in the hospital say that it’s this fact why she’s there. However, she doesn’t want to be locked away from the rest of the world. With the help of her ghost friend Mitch and a mysterious angel, Ariel is able to escape and find a new home at a rebel camp.

Andy is the leader of a rebel group known as the Legion of the Black. His first goal is to help the world out from F.E.A.R.’s tyranny. His second goal is to get revenge on the government who took his mother away from him when he was a child. Being leader has its responsibilities, but Andy’s not one to take everything so serious.

When these six unlikely people meet, everyone’s lives will change for good.

“Welcome to the Legion of the Black,” Andy said as a smile spread across his face. “Welcome to the war against F.E.A.R.”
