Superstitions!
The following list are some of the superstitions that I’ve heard or learned about over the years, in no particular order: • Throw rice in the air to make it rain • Carry a potato during winter to ward against colds • Smell dill to get rid of hiccups • Lay thorn branches by your doorstep to keep evil away • Place chips of cedarwood in a box with coins do draw money to you • Hang seaweed in the kitchen to ward off evil spirits • Burn allspice to draw money, luck, and healing • Place a piece of cotton in a sugar bowl to draw good luck to your home • Scatter chili flakes around your house to break a curse • Scatter salt/sugar to purify a room • Put a pine branch above your bed to ward off illness • Carry a chunk of dried pineapple to draw luck • Ask an orange a question before you eat it, then count the seeds. Even # = no. Odd # = yes • Toss oats outside your back door to ensure beautiful crops/plants • Place lilacs around the house to rid unwanted spirits • Add salt to bath for purification • Write your sigils on stones and carry them with you • Put sigils on medication bottles to help quicken their efficiency or for added healing benefits • When guests come over, light a white candle by the door; it will take their negative energy and purify the home. • To get rid of guests overstaying their welcome, turn any broom in your house upside down (bristles up) • Toss salt on the front porch every Friday for good luck and prosperity • Carry a blade of grass to increase psychic power • If something or someone is bugging you, write it on toilet paper, wipe, and flush it down the toilet

Blue Lotus Magick Dreaming Wine Recipe
Tumblr media
Blue Lotus is a species of beautiful water-dwelling flowers. They were highly prized by the ancient Egyptians who came to associate them with the afterlife, rebirth and the God Osirus. The flowers and stamen can be smoked, infused in wine or drunk as a tea to induce lucid dreaming, enhance intuition and calm the mind & body. Be careful, when this plant is smoked or taken in large amounts it has mild psychoactive effects.
To create Blue Lotus-Infused Wine you will need 1 bottle of red wine and 1 ounce of fresh Blue Lotus Flowers. Pour 1/2 cup of wine out of the bottle to make room. Use a coffee grinder or mortar and pestle to crush up the Blue Lotus Flowers, use a funnel to stuff the flower material into the bottle. Put the cork back in the bottle and shake it several times, put the bottle in the fridge or a cool, dark place like a cellar. Shake the bottle 1-2 times a day every day for 1-2 weeks. Use a cheese cloth or large muslin bag to strain out the plant material, give the clump of herbs one last squeeze to get every drop of liquid. Your Blue Lotus Wine is ready for consumption.
This water flower is native to Central and North Africa. Medicinally Blue Lotus can be used to alleviate tension and facilitate sleep. Blue Lotus needs at least 6 hours of sunlight a day. These flowers are often grown in bowls or pots, keep the water a couple inches over the soil, don't submerge the leaves. Blue Lotus is associated with the element of water and the Moon.- Zwahk (Image from Unsplash.com)

Ever have someone treat you like complete crap just to make themselves feel better. Here is a great vanity spell when it just becomes too much.
Cast your circle. Then if you have access, take a piece of hair or nail clippings. If you don't have access use a picture or just write their name on a piece of paper. A long with " Beauty and charm" with a black marker. Place them in your cauldron and set a fire ( please use fire precautions) . While it burns say the following incantation
"(Persons name) whom I now see you'll go insane from vanity. You'll see yourself as I do, all your looks are now gone from you. What was, is now gone and true. All your beauty will flee from you. Look in the mirror your youthful face has come to an end. The smell of stench is in the air, now you'll lose your hair. In your mind you'll go insane, vanity is now your pain. I accept this now, manifesting by the powers of the deities that rule the darkest of the abyss. Aid me in my endeavors and carry out my wishes. So mote it be.
Take the ashes and place them into a bag or a jar. Save them until you are ready to release them from the spell. Then you can throw or bury them.

Archangel Michael Protection Magick Oil Recipe
Tumblr media
This magick oil summons a powerful servitor version of the Archangel Michael to protect you. I recommend summoning this archangel any time you are about to engage in potentially dangerous work such as demonic summoning or paranormal experiments.
To create this oil combine 1/3 cup olive oil, 3 freshly roasted Coffee Beans, 3 pieces of Master root, 2 small pieces of Cinnamon, 10 drops Ginger oil, 10 drops Cinnamon oil and 10 drops Orange oil together in a glass bottle that has been cleansed inside and out with Frankincense smoke or Florida Water Cologne. Shake the bottle 7 times and say the following prayer of St. Michael over its contents-
"St. Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle. Be our protection against the malice and snares of the Devil. May God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O' Prince of the Heavenly Host, by the divine power, thrust into hell Satan and all evil spirits who prowl about the world, seeking the ruin of souls, Amen."
Everyday for 14 days charge the oil with a candle that has been rubbed all over with Rose oil (if you can't afford Rose oil you can use Rose Geranium oil). Imagine small Sparks of electricity being pulled from the flame of the candle directly into the oil by the force of your own will.  Be sure to shake the oil 7 times and repeat the above prayer over its contents. After the 14th session your oil will be ready for use.
You can summon Archangel Michael by rubbing a few drops in your hands and clapping 3 times. Alternatively you can rub some oil on a candle and light it with a match. He is particularly partial to offerings of fresh roasted Coffee.- Zwahk (Image from Unsplash.com)
