I woke up a little before 4 (in the morning) thinking it was around 8 or so I took medication which included adhd medication.(technically I've fallen asleep after taking it before, but that doesn't seem the case yoday, I am, against my will, awake. Immediately had an ibs flare ams now I've hot secret extra hours. Which will probably develop onto a migraine later.

Truly every day in my life is cursed.

Ppl talk about how boomers are easily swayed by the mainstream media. And older ppl are less like to support Palestine. I think there are many reasons for this.

But to be clear my millennial sister born in 1990 says "it's complicated"

And my east german dad who was born in the 1960s who keeps learning about the victims of the holocaust and ww2 in general. Litteraly started talking about how Israel does not represent jews or humanity. "Palestinians are humans. It's their land. Have you seen maps?" And it is clear he has been following this conflict for years. He is autistic and has an extremely strong sense of justice and his special interest is history.

He is upset, he is angry. But my sister in her 30s would just like to ignore this and call it complicated.

She has a not so healthy habbit of moving away from anything negative. And giving ppl the benifit of the doubt.

Some ppl would like to believe that ppl cannot possibly be so evil. That there must be a reason for why ambulance drivers were nasty. Or you gotta forhove ppl for being transphobic "it's hard"

My dad in his 60s can care- so can you.

If only all boomers could continue to learn like him.

People who haven't consistently struggled with depression as a consequence of existing as the person they are. It is so weird to try and tell them that even if I seem fine to them that several times a week I get the thought "I wish I didn't exist" granted it's an extension of "I am so god damn exhausted of existing with chronic pain and sensory issues and casual misgendering." Knowing that my life is much harder then other people's bc of my identities and illnesses and neurodivergencies.

And they just get to have a normal life. And that is why I don't tell them my thoughts. I just say "I'm tired"

I don't understand neurotipical ppl. There was a guy on the train standing in the wheelchair spot when i came, and I clearly couldn't progress. So thinking that maybe they hadn't seen the symbol on the floor I said "Do you see that symbol?" And the guy became fucking furious, when by all amounts I was trying my best to just be calm.

Like why does everything have to be oassive aggressive to others???
