cincalok is a condiment made out of fermented tiny shrimps and like a lot of asian condiments, it's strong, pungent, salty, and of course delicious when cooked just right. who knew fried chicken marinated with cincalok could taste so good?
stole some time away to see epikhigh at the sundown festival, a music festival framed against the backdrop of the best of singapore. never imagined that i could see epik high TWICE in one year ㅠ you tell me money can't buy happiness, but i think this is pretty darn close to euphoria.
