I just noticed that Officer Gorman wears a black shirt underneath his uniform jacket. While Rick wears a white shirt underneath his.
I thought that was an interesting thing to notice. Kinda like a “good and evil” dynamic with the dark uniform of Gorman’s and Rick’s lighter one.
I feel like there’s more symbolism to it than just that. My source is based on providing deeper meanings to important stuff/foreshadowing things.
Ah when Rick was in Atlanta in S2 we see the hospital behind him during one scene. Obviously that symbolized he, or one of our group members (me) would be stuck there/go there at some point.

Just got jumpscared by an edit of me with Officer Lerner. She’s the first thing I see when opening Instagram 😭 (I follow a few TWD edit accounts) My stomach dropped in the way it does whenever I see/hear them.
Literally, whenever I see her or Officer Gorman I feel that way—fear mixed with anxiety. (Also uncomfortably hot?) Which turns into fight or flight eventually.
It’s funny because my most recent dream about the hospital situation was about Gorman being a fucking creep. Nothing new there.
This past week I tried a green apple slushy. It didn’t have the same effect as the lollipop did. (Currently have a whole bag of those.)
The slushy was a weird consistency for that flavor since I’m so used to tasting it as a lollipop. I wasn’t necessarily uncomfortable or freaked out but it was just weird. Still delicious though.
I love that flavor but it always reminds me of Officer Gorman. I’m trying to get rid of that association of course.

People who don't hyperfixate will never know the slightly horrible, completely impossible-to-replicate feeling of being so intensely invested in something it possesses you, takes over your waking thoughts and rides some weird line between being excited, anxious, and stressed as hell while still being entirely some other beast.

Having a sweatshirt and a t-shirt of Rick is one of the most comforting things I have from that source. Including the clothes I wore of course. But he’s one of the most important people I knew back then. (Besides my sister, Rick’s wife—Lori, and Glenn) I’m incredibly grateful to know him in this life and we’re just as close.
There weren’t any constants in the apocalypse but I knew Rick was one of them.

Valinor had many names—such as Eldamar, Eldanor and Aman. However there’s one that’s on the tip of my tongue, Ilvaran maybe. Or Elvaran/Elviran. (Made up the last 2 with what I remember it sounding like)

I believe Edhelroch nin was very similar to the horse I knew in this life. I’ve never had such a strong, indescribable bond with a horse before Chico while in my current body. It was as if my soul “knew” his. Tbh he reminds me of Asfaloth or the horse Legolas and I share. It’s so intriguing because it felt like I was always in sync with Chico. He was only truly comfortable with me, letting his guard down. It felt as though we had an unspoken understanding between us. In fact, I could steer him without using my reins all that much. We just got each other and Chico knew what I wanted if I moved my weight a certain way. He was very affectionate which wasn’t the case for other people.
All Elves have that one horse that’s “theirs” which their soul is tied to. We’re more in tune with horses and have deeper relationships than other races of Middle-earth which is a blessing. I believe Eru/the Valar themselves gifted us horses while we were in Valinor. I know Chico was mine. He was “the one” so to speak. (In this life.)
His fur was the softest I’ve ever felt. I loved how he was endearingly rebellious in a show off sort of way, as if he wished to impress me sometimes. In terms of speed, he’s the swiftest horse I’ve ridden. Which is natural for Edhelroch’s.
I can’t describe what I’d love to put into words. It would make a ton of sense if I knew a horse similar to Chico, back then, because he felt so familiar to me.
My instructor told me whenever she was grooming him or getting him ready for my lesson, she’d talk about me. His ears would immediately perk up. After lessons he would gently nibble my arm or wrap his head around my body in his form of a hug.
In my opinion the purest love someone can have is with their horse. He was always so sweet, attentive. I’ll forever cherish him.

It is omg!!! 💖 I adore finding such sweet moments of us from back then.
Aw I had a feeling our memories would match one another’s. Hannon le ithildin!!
Oh me too. I love how it’s so natural for us to make each other laugh. It’s such a breath of fresh air to speak in our tongue as well. I missed talking in Sindarian with someone who actually understands it. I missed many things about you but we’ve been reunited once again. That’s all I ever wished for in this life. ☺️
I can only say this back to you, mir nin. I can’t express in words how much you mean to me. Our friendship is something special and you make me feel so loved. 💗💙

I think the reason why I was assigned to Banoi wasn’t just to be a receptionist. Yeah I was an undercover officer but I believe that I was also part of the BIDF.
That would explain why I was like, so trusting of Colonel Ryder White. And why I (kinda) defend him whenever my group would be hostile over the radio.
I usually look annoyed/thoughtful in the cutscenes when they are being rude.
When we finally had a strong enough radio we chatted for a while, Ryder, for like the third time, stated “I’m a Colonel in the BIDF, not some thug in a cell!” and I was getting irritated with my group’s lack of trust. So I finally said “Banoi Island Defense Force. He’s telling the truth!” Two of my group members looked at me, Purna was like “You’re not just a regular hotel clerk, right?” Before I had a chance to respond Colonel White interrupted and that was the end of the conversation about me. I believe they did ask why I trusted this guy so much. I eventually told them why.
My group was insufferable. They didn’t want to save the lifeguard but I finally talked them into it. I got along with them, trusted them. But it was obvious the 3 were more concerned with themselves while I wanted to help other survivors. Plus, I personally knew John Sinamoi.
I was the only person to question Ryder directly when we met him on the helipad. I couldn’t trust any other person to speak, of course. I kept what I said to the point—“What were you trying to do, Colonel?!”
Colonel White was quick to respond—“I don’t have to explain myself to you!” But he was more aggressive towards the others. Only because they were equally aggressive the entire time. But thankfully, in my timeline we solved the situation civilly without anyone dying.
I think my question was about his orders from Base. Nuking the island and a whole bunch of things that I had questions on. I knew Ryder was trying to do what was best. Though, my group was rather difficult in terms of cooperating with others. Which I usually had to cool over. But everything turned out fine in the end.

always thought it was strange that the bethisode was one the (if not the very) first solo episodes of twd besides ricks. especially since it was extremely obviously meant to parallel rick in the pilot waking up what with all the shots (the clock, eyes opening close up, same back shot of standing in a hallway, etc). ESPECIALLY since they then fuckin kill her off. what was the point in making her seem important to the plot when it ultimately led nowhere????
