Mayans crushing on/ being infatuated with a younger reader

This is my first time writing for Mayans. I know there are many fans of the show but I feel like there is not enough people writing for it and showing it love.

Note: I roughly guessed what the guys ages would be at the beginning of the series based on their apperance and actors' ages. I would love to know how old you think they are!

Bishop – He didn’t have any qualms about his attraction to you in the beginning. Walking up to you when you were at the clubhouse and flirting with you, saying it was good to see you around. He didn't think too much about it, he likes the way he feels when you are responding to him in a positive way. Bishop lies to himself, he doesn’t purposefully seek you out in the crowd, but Taza points it out for him - "Don't worry Prez, your girl is outside, having a smoke with Gilly". - And that phrase hits him; the fact that someone has noticed his interest in you, and more so called you "his girl" - that spreads warmth in his chest. He wants you to be his girl, but he is not sure how you feel about it. Sure you reciprocate his attention, smile at him and spend more time with him than other members of MC, but it doesn't mean you want anything more with him than friendship. The age gap is large, Bishop could be your father; and the potential comments that would follow make him shrudder, yet the thought of you in his arms makes him think that he could deal with being the butt of the jokes for some time.

Taza – Taza thought that love is not for him anymore. But the familiar butterflies are starting to dance in his belly again when you laugh at his joke. He loves the feeling of it, but the moment he realises it he gets scared. He is not ready for it, he didn’t think it is possible, he is too old and commited too many sins to be rewarded with these emotions. Taza wonders what he can possibly offer you? His life is filled with violence and loneliness.But then he takes out his phone and sees your name across the screen Che thinks that maybe he can give it a try.

Tranq – Tranq is a rough man, for the majority of his life he had only his mother and the club. He is "El Pacificador", a giant of a man, always in the epicentre of fights. Even though he is not the loudest and meanest in the club he thinks he might be too imposing for you, scare you away. Let alone the fact that he is in his 40's. Still, when he is next to you Hank’s increased heart beat drowns out the doubts. Against his wishes the softer side of him comes out. The way you lean on Tranq's shoulder when you are tipsy, or when you ask specifically for his help with your car makes him feel special, and he never wants to let go of this feeling. Quite the opposite, he feels insatiable, he is hungry for your affection and Hank wants more of it. He is not a greedy man, he shares everything in life with his club, but you are someone Hank wants to keep all to himself.

Riz – Michael has been disillusioned with life long ago, many people in his life shunned him; only in the brotherhood of Mayans did he find the solace. Riz craves love, family and companionship is something he always secretly wanted. Maybe that's why he was always a ladies man - trying to fill a void in his life with someone, something. When he met you for the first time, it was hard to avert his eyes from you. You were like the smell of rain in summer before the thunder strikes, Riz felt that when you stepped into the clubhouse you brought change with you, and it was just for him, and he welcomes this feeling with an open heart.

Riz knows he likes what he is seeing and he wants you to like him as well. He just needs his chance to prove that he can make it work, and he does what he does best, trying to smooth talk you. Offering you a drink and showering in compliments. He wants you to have a good time with him, he sure does with you. Once you jokingly called him an "old man", Riz quickly shot back that he prefers "daddy" instead, laughing at your shy expression. Age is not a problem for him, not when it comes to you and what the two of you could have, and he is willing to show it to you.

Creeper – Creeper didn’t really think that romantic love was for him. Since childhood there was nothing but darkness staining his life, like he is punished for doing something in his past life and can never repent. So Neron never expects gifts from live; he takes, but only gives. He gives his loyalty and time to his club and he gives his love to you, Creeper doesn't feel like he is allowed to receive any back from you.

Neron feels disgusted with himself and his want for you. You are almost too clean for him, Creeper doesn't have the right to mess you up. He tries to avoid you, but it’s as if you are always seeking him out, sipping on water with him at the parties, forgoing the alcohol. All the time you are asking him about his tattoos, and one time while planning your own you reach out and touch his forearm where a faces of women are depicted. Neron feels burned, but its amazing, he wants to keep your hands there, on him, interested in him. He is scared of rejection, he wants your love, he is ready to trade anything in his poor life in order to be yours.

Gilly – Gilly is know for “disarming” ladies, but it was a shock to him when you swooped into his heart and disarmed him. This young woman, too young for him comes and can out-do him in telling dirty jokes? Who are you? And you are playfully offering to arm-wrestle him, losing instantly. But he loves it, he feels like a teenager again, trying to show off infront of you. You have him wrapped around your finger and you don't even realise it. Other guys are teasing him in good fun, but when one day Coco jokes “you better act up brother or all the younger ones will steal her from under your old nose” Gilly laughs with him but it makes him think “oh shit…. I don’t wanna lose her to anyone”.

Coco – He was a little apprehensive at first about his feelings for you. You have less of an age difference with Letty than with him. He thinks that what he is feeling for you is wrong, even if you are a grown person. Coco always tried to stay away from the things that he cares for, it’s easier that way, he doesn't hurt anyone but only himself that way. You are precious to him, you care for him and Letty seems to like you. He already made all the guys in the club aware that he is interested in you and not to treat you badly. When members from other charters come and you are there, he makes sure to be near you or to keep an eye on you. You should be treated with the outmost respect and gentleness. Gentleness is a funny word for Coco; mainly because nothing in his life is, but he wants to learn it for you.

Angel – Angel stopped caring what other people think long time ago. He feels like he always has to prove himself to others and its never enough. So when you praise him, Angel can't even stop himself, he is floored. You think he is amazing, and you support him when he has a bad day. You are younger, but he feels like he has to look up to you. You are showing him the way of how to live life without being afraid of rejection. Angel thought he is brave, but he relearns the defenition of it when he is with you. He doesn't see the age gap between you as a boundary, because there is so much you bring to his life. And Angel wants for the first time in his life too repay that affection, he wants to make it his mission to worship you and elevate you. You are his guardian angel.

Ez – He hasn't been lucky in love, EZ knows he falls in love fast and hard, but with you he feels like he is falling even harder. Even though your age gap is not too big, he feels like you have whole life ahead of you, he doesn't want you to be tied to him. There is so much you could be doing, travelling, things that EZ cannot join you on. But he is aching for you to choose him over everything else, although he will never admit it, as it will be too selfish. It feels like his life is fixable when you are together and he doesn’t have to just survive anymore, with you he can live.

Definitely agree.

I am very anxious to see how Amazon series will do. Will they be accurate and respectful to the source material or will it be their own interpretation of Tolkien’s work with creative take?

With all the information that has been releasing for the past weeks I am curious as to what other fans think. The pictures of characters I have seen so far make me think of Witcher series from Netflix. What about you guys?

I’ve just seen the first reveals for Rings of Power and I’m feeling… disheartened at how the men look.

It feels to me like PJ’s LOTR movies were one of the only mainstream media where men (mainly Elves) were allowed to look feminine— according to our own beauty standards. Even the Men characters never looked macho even being honed warriors, the most masculine being Boromir imo…? And even then, he has this soft side for his brother and the regular Man haircut.

What attracted to me in PJ’s Legolas is that he looked so gender-non-conforming, he has this feminine look and air that made me go “WOW so boys can look like that!!” as a kid, heck, he even was my transmasc awakening and my first window into outside norms of gender roles and presentation.

But here the men look so… Well… Normal? Except the Dwarf guy, he’s perfect, but everyone else looks like people you can meet everyday except in a fantasy cosplay. Like to go back to Elrond, it’s the whole point of Elves— they are not Men, they’re literally angels or whatever. So go wild with the design!! Make them androgynous! Add pearls and flowers in their hair, braid it with silver and gold! Decorate their ears with finely crafted decorations and pendants! And if it their hair to be short, experiment! I want to feel the magic…!!

Like have you seen the Silmarillion fanart that has been going around for years? People are amazingly creative!!

Also I don’t know if you’ve noticed but lately people have been going crazy for androgynous people like kpop stars, or actors like the Timothée Chalamets and the Dylan Sprouses. Why not take advantage of this?

SFW Alphabet for Fingon

A is for Adventure: something they haven’t done but have always wanted to

Fingon would like to travel with you. He has been to quite a few places, but the adventurer’s fire within him calls out to go to far away lands with you. He would like to go with you to the lake Cuivenen, to see the place where the elves have first awoken.

B is for Butterflies: How they act when they’re nervous

When the elder son of Fingolfin is nervous he tends to talk a lot and over share. This is something his father has been trying to help him with since he was little. During nervous moments Fingon would just start spealing the beans in an awkward attempt to discharge the situation.

C is for Crush: what is it like when they have a crush? How do they know/act?

When fingon was a crush he acts as if he had grown wings behind us back, that’s definitely how he feels. Nothing can dampen his mood, everything suddenly seems easy and fine for him. Fingon would also be more bold and spontaneous, he is already, but for the sake of impressing you it will be ramped up to the max.

D is for Date: describe an ideal date for them

Fingon would love to go somewhere with you and see/do something new for both of you. Iceskating is not that common in his homeland, or perhaps some kind of human game he never tried before. Ultimately he doesn’t care exactly what you two are doing as long as you are together and are having fun.

E is for Essential: what is one thing they could NEVER go without

He cannot leave without saying a proper goodbye to you. And a proper goodbye is a lengthy one for him. With lots of words of love and wishes for a good day, hugs and kisses. When all is done Fingon would be already at the door only to turn around and to give you the last last kiss.

F is for Favorite: a favorite anything- food, place, smell, book, etc.

Fingon loves his siblings. He loves to be the older brother, sometimes he gets stressed over their safety, but as soon as they are all together he relaxes and is overcome with feeling of love. If you ask him, he greatly misses the time when they were all babies, he loved to be there for their first achievements.

G is for Giggle: how they laugh/what makes them laugh

He loves to laugh a lot, he cracks jokes all the time. Fingon has a very charming laugh, it starts as low chuckles and grows louder, the sound spreading across the room. Anyone who has ever heard it can’t help to laugh with him.

H is for Holding Hands: Do they like holding hands? Are their hands warm or cold? Pinky promises?

His hands are a lot bigger than yours, with some toughness on the finger pads and palms due to all the training. He likes to give you one or two fingers to hold onto (as you cannot grasp all of them with only one of your hands) when you walk hand in hand, he finds your smaller ones so adorable.

I is for Inside Joke: something they do that everyone thinks is funny but they don’t understand

Fingon babies you a lot. If there is no space at the table Fingon would offer you to seat on his lap with all seriousness in his voice and no dirty thought in his mind. As you would sit on his lap with hot face in front of his snickering family Fingon wouldn’t get what for everyone in such a giggling mood.

J is for Jinx: Are they Superstitious? Does he hold grudges?

This man is far too kind to hold grudges. He worst he can do is just to avoid the person who did him wrong. Doesn’t like to participate in conflicts whatsoever. Growing up in the household where his father and uncle were always in conflict and fierce competition Fingon soaked a lot of that as a child. It took some years and a lot of maturity on his part to realise that conflicts are just waste of time and it’s far more fruitful to be friends rather than enemies.

K is for Kiss: how do they kiss?

His kisses are always shy in the beginning, he builds up passion on them, always starting slowly, allowing you to set the pace and intensity. But is not above giving teasing pecks through out the day. Absolutely loves to give you lots of cheek kisses.

L is for Love Languge: what is their love language? How do they give and how would they like to receive love?

His love languages would be that of touch and quality time, he wants someone always close to him. Fingon enjoys words of affirmations a lot as well, he doesn’t care that much for presents as long as you are with him. Although when it comes to presents from him he always stresses, even if you agree to small presents he always goes overboard with either their size or amount. He feels like one small present doesn’t translate his feelings well enough.

M is for Meant to be: how/when they know someone is “the one”

It wasn't straight away that he fell in love with you. It took some time of getting to know you, to realise how at peace you made him feel and comfortable with himself, to share his thoughts with you without feeling like a emotional fool. After the realisation hit him, Fingon cannot look at you without a smile, he would actively seek you out, to spend time with you. You make him feel like he has wings behind is back.

N is for Nickname: a nickname they would have or their favorite thing to be called

He is very excited for any new nickname you will invent for him. Be it "babe", "kitten" or anything else he hasn't been called before. Fingon would get flustered if you called him by his nickname in public, as even though they are innocent, they feel very private to him when they come from you.

O is for Organization: are they clean or messy?

Fingon is quite clean person. Sometimes he can leave little messes after himself, but they never stay there for too long, as he would clean up after himself. Even though he is a royalty Fingon is not too keen on other people cleaning after him.

P is for Pet Peeve: What’s something they absolutely CAN’T stand?

Fingon takes big pride in his hair. He has an extensive hair routine, as he aims to have the longest hair in the family, right now his hair is the same length as his sisters. So he cannot stand it to see people neglecting their hair or to brush them aggressively. One time Turgon tried to brush out a knot but gave up, Fingon took away the brush from him and did his brother's hair. He just cannot stand bad hair routine.

Q is for Quiet: What do they do for peace of mind

Fingon likes to go on walks, alone or in the company of someone dear to him, but only as the two people; he likes the intimate atmosphere when its just two people. He would go like this with one of his sibling when they were feeling down, walking among the fields and him gently singing for them.

R is for Rainy Day: Do they like rain? What about storms? How would they spend a rainy day?

On a terrace with windows, usually fixing his weapons or something from the house that needed fixing, even though he knows there are people who can do it better, he prefers to do it himself, it makes him feel skilled. He doesn’t do it all the time, as he is busy most of times helping his father manage, but when he does he doesn’t mind some calm. Its so peaceful for Fingon to occupy himself with some small physical work during this periods, with him working on something in quiet room, with just the sounds of rain coming from the outside.

S is for Soft: Describe their softest feature

His softest features are his smile and touch. Whenever he pays attention to what you are saying the smile comes on his face without him controlling it. Whenever he is touching you, he always uses only the gentlest of touches, pouring all of his love into slow caresses. Sometimes words escape him when he is overwhelmed with emotions, and touch is the best way he can communicate in those instances.

T is for Telephone: are they a talker or a texter? How often do they use their phone? (in our case letters)

Fingon has never been that good with writing to you. How could possibly few sheets of paper convey everything he wanted to say? He prefers to wait to talk to you in person, that is when he knows that you will be several days apart, a week even. But when it comes to longer period he would then send you letters, but he is never entirely happy with what he writes, there is just not enough space for everything he wants to say, it feels too condensed and cold. Whenever he would see you after he would apologise for the tone of letters, even though to you they always read so pure and loving.

U is for Unique: a random quirk they have

He likes to dance a lot. Sometimes whenever he is in a discussion with other people he would rhythmically tap his foot or swing lightly on his heels. This man wants more movement in his life, and if you like dancing its all better to him. If that's the case he would always make excuses to invite you to festivals to dance with him, if there is even a minor celebration he would ask the musicians to play music so the two of you could dance, and it wouldn't matter to him that no one else is dancing, his focus is on your movements.

V is for Valentine: Are they the type to celebrate or not?

For Fingon every day is a celebration of your love. After you told his about the Saint Valentine's Day he became very inspired by it - a special day to celebrate your love. He would ask you about all the details of celebration and will make it as close to the cliche as possible (not for the laughs but because he took the cliche details you told him about very seriously).

W is for Wholesome: something extremely pure about them that makes you just *uwu*

Fingon is very good with kids, especially the youngest ones. When his siblings were born he was very excited, always asking him parents to allow him to take care of them, it brought him a lot of joy. You can see how he breaks into a smile and a baby voice whenever there is a baby nearby. And if you were to ask him, he is very looking forward to having kids, he would be happy with any, but he is very excited about the idea of having daughters.

X is for Xenia: How they would entertain a guest/show hospitality

As a public figure Fingon is not very keen of guests. He sees people every day, and his home is his little safe place, a retreat from all the problems. But when he does have guests he goes all out, no expense is spared to make people comfortable. Before you come to see his parents be sends word ahead of you, to inform them what you like, stressing it what he wants you to feel right at home in their house. He is very nervous about it, he wants everyone to like each other.

Y is for Youth: A fond childhood memory they have

His has many memories he would call his fondest. But one of them would probably be when Aredhel got stuck in a tree as a child. He, climbed up to help her get off, but got stuck himself when his clothes got caught in the branches. That's when his older red haired cousin was passing by and seeing two Fingolfin's kids swinging from a tree aided them to get down. He feels rather embarrassed about it, as an heir of his father he never expected himself to be so foolish, but that was the day when his friendship with his cousin Maedhros began.

Z is for Zzz: Sleep habits. Do they cuddle in their sleep? Talk? What do they dream about?

Initially when he falls asleep he always turns away, it’s just comfortable for him to fall asleep that way. But later in the night Fingon turns to you in his sleep and puts his arm around your middle. Couple of times it went lower, because it’s comfortable for him. During the early hours of the morning when he is getting slowly awake he likes to put his face close to yours, so that your noses touch, he finds your nose adorable. Many times you woke up to small pecks from him.

I'm the type of person who is quiet around strangers but talkative around friends or family

So what if s/o was like that: quiet around the elves but loud with the ones close to her

Can it be a preference with Finrod, Maglor, Celegorm, Feanor, Fingolfin, Curufin pls

- Finrod

When he realises that you are more reserved with his family and his friends compared to your more outgoing composure with your friends, he is anxious. Overthinking everything they had ever said. Are you not liking his social circle, did someone offend you in any way and you didn’t tell him? Finrod would be a little down, for the next upcoming social gathering suddenly asking you if you would like to spend time with your friends rather than his, prompting to make you question his actions. It is a bit awkward for him but he opens up about his anxieties, cue to you laughing and explaining just needing time. He is relieved that you are not upset, and Finrod will be totally down to you taking time to feel comfortable with his friends, even asking you what he can do to support you.

- Maglor

Maglor will be a bit upset, but he will observe what is happening before making his move. Maglor speculates that it is because of the difference in cultures. He sees that you are loud with him and your friends but are totally different with his brothers and other elves. Being tight lipped with them and awkwardly returning Celegorm’s attempted hug. He might think that it is because of his family’s reputation you are behaving like this, something that is a quite big point of insecurity for him. He knows nor he nor his brothers are perfect, but he doesn’t care what others think, Maglor cares what you think of him greatly; you will need to explain to him that you are just not used to it all yet, he will understand.

- Celegorm

Celegorm is a social butterfly, once he meets someone there are only two options for him – he either likes them and is all over that person with hugs and jokes or he doesn’t like them and will make it known. So, when you avoid interacting with any of his friends and brothers without him, he takes it as you not really liking them. Especially when he sees how you are more open with your friends, howling and rolling on the floor in the middle of a hall. He feels a pang of jealousy after seeing you so comfortable with your friends. Don’t get it wrong, he is happy for you, but he wants you to be so much at ease with his family too. Will definitely low-key crush the party by joining in your fun with friends, his arm wrapped around your shoulder while glaring at them, trying to see what makes you like them so much and taking mental notes.

- Feanor

Feanor is the drama queen in your relationship. He is used to reserving his true expression of his emotions for his family only and adopting sterner persona. Seeing you so close with your friends and spending a lot of time with them, Feanor fears that you are losing your feelings for him, and that can make him bitter, he will distance himself from you to sulk by himself and to give you space. He knows he can be too much; he rethinks everything he ever did with you, he hopes he hasn’t been too much for you. But being a drama queen that he is he took the normal initial shyness for more than it is, he had nothing to worry about and he now needs to make up to you for being silly, which means now that jewellery you asked him many times to create will finally decorate you!

- Fingolfin

He will be concerned but this keen elf sees it for what it is – you are being more comfortable with your friends since you have more similarities with them and know them more. Fingolfin will suggest some days where both of your friend groups are blended, so not only you but everyone gets to know each other better, so you are more comfortable with his friends and he gets to know more about yours and you. He loves that you have a special group of people with whom you can “let your hair down”, Fingolfin especially enjoys if you haven’t seen each other for a day or so and when you finally see each other, you tell him about everything that happened with that excitement tingling in your eyes.

- Curufin

Curufin knows that you are quiet, this triggers a protective side of him in social situations, with him taking lead in interactions. He wants you to be more open and make first steps with his friends, Curufin is an impatient elf, he will not be afraid to voice it. But jokes on him, with your friends he is the same, shy and quiet, and don’t you dare to mention that time when he tried to reply to their greeting and his voice broke. He nearly recovered from that embarrassment.

Meadhros

- The first time he saw you have met; you instantly caught his attention. You were strikingly different compared to his kin, and you stood out among them.

- He will hold a door for you, to just see you going under his arm, Maedhros finds it so adorable.

- He considers you to be very beautiful, and with his own struggles with his post-Angband physical appearance, he doesn’t want you to even have a shadow of doubt about yours. Every opportunity he has he will let you know. Every time he sees you coming into a room he will announce: “Ah, look! My beautiful Y/N.” He wants to celebrate you are your beauty. He loves to kiss you on his lap, with one on his arms around you and the other holding playing with you hand.

- His mother, as a sculptor was teaching him about bodies from a young age. He has so much appreciation for yours and he wants you to know it. Maedhros would give you a lot of kisses. One of his favourite places to kiss is your back, sometimes he would stop the kisses to press the side of his face into it and just enjoy the contact and the sound of your heart.

- Maedhros loves to give you his shirts to be used as pyjamas, the way fabric stay and hugs parts of your body, teasing of your shape is driving him mad. Doesn’t mind if you steal one of his robes to walk around. He loves to wear them after you, so some of your scent stays with him. Especially if he wears them straight after you, so not only the smell but also some of your body warmth is felt by him.

Fingolfin

- He likes to compare your hand sizes; your hand looks to small in his. He likes to present you with bracelets and rings that you can wear and how the sparkle brings attention to your hands. Fingolfin would commission couple bracelets, something that you two can wear and be reminded of each other when separated.

- Fingolfin likes your body a lot. In the beginning you didn’t like tight outfits, trying to conceal yourself. Fingolfin wanted to help you get confidence to be able to express yourself through clothing freely. When find your confidence and are wearing something form fitting or something that accentuates your curves a bit more, he showers you in compliments. You are very beautiful in his eyes and he is proud of you seeing it as well and owning it.

- If you are sitting next to him, he will unashamedly put his hand on your thigh and just stroking it casually. Many times, he doesn’t even realise that he is doing it, he just likes having any form of physical contact with you.

- In public he would lean in, nuzzling your ear and breathing compliments in your ear. He loves when you smile at his compliments, he wants to say more and more of them. Fingolfin is not afraid to express his love in public, he celebrates your love and he doesn’t care if others see it.

- Meadhros

Maedhros wouldn’t care that much. Doesn’t matter if you are in public just doing your thing or sitting on the sofa with him reading. He treats at as your lucky charm, something you want to have on your person and always will have something on your person. The only times Maedhros will ask you to take them out is if he is addressing you or if he sees someone wanting to talk to you in a social setting.

- Fingolfin

Fingolfin does not mind you using them that much, but he might voice that he would prefer if you used them less. One time coming from a bath, you found him sitting on the couch, listening to a podcast and nodding his head in agreement with the speaker. He was very embarrassed to be caught, but will be ok with using it as much as you want from then on, as long as he can still listen to podcasts in the evenings.

- Finrod

When you look at him in the headphones Finrod will make silly faces to make you smile. They will not bother him at all. At the end of the day if he sees that you have fallen asleep with your ear buds still in Finrod will gently take them out of your ears and set them next to your head. Definitely will make sure that your phone is being charged overnight.

- Feanor

This one can be needy sometimes, wanting your attention to be on him. So Feanor will take your headphones away from you with a grumpy face, asking if you are doing it so not to spend time with him. If he is with someone he doesn’t want to spend time with or listen to, he will take your headphones and pretend like he cannot hear that person.

- Maglor

If you are listening to music he will be very interested, he will lean close to your face, he can hear it without leaning in, but it gives him an excuse to be closer to you. If he likes what you are listening to Maglor will give you a peck on cheek and continue whatever he was doing.

- Caranthir

He realises the importance of needing to shut the world once in a while. Caranthir might even ask you if you will be up to sharing one of the ear buds with him. Keep out the outside world together so to say. At the end of the day he will lay next to you, head on your shoulder, lazily watching whatever you are doing on your phone.

- As a being that was born before physical world was been created many of normal social and natural things that one learns in life escaped his grasp.

- He understood love, he loved all creations of Eru Illuvatar, the loved his lord Manwe, he saw the love between the lords and queens of the Valar and just seeing it made him happy.

- When he fell in love with you it felt like all that warmth and tenderness amplified tenfold and directed only at you. Even after the confession, he was simply basking in those feelings and it felt enough. Eonwe did not even know there could be more to it.

- Mere accidental brush of your fingers against the back of his hand makes the maia suck in his breath. Now he truly starts to appreciate his physical body. The little area where your skin touched feels on fire, in a sweetest of ways.

- He is a bit awkward with it, but he wants to relive this experience again and again. He will try to subtly bring his hand closer to you, so that your skin brush once more. Eonwe’s discreet tactic is not as discreet as he thinks, and when you ask him why he keeps swinging his hand next to yours he gets flustered.

- The maia shares with you how it felt when you touched, and he wants to do it more. This tall, large, thousands of years old being, which saw the world being created, doesn’t know how to ask for affection. Cuteness overload.

- You will have to start slow with him. Even such little touches are a lot for him, a cuddle in bed might be too much to handle.

- It will be just several fingers entwined as you walk together. Feeling so connected as you to you makes him melt. When it is a full palm to palm, fingers mixed hand holding Eonwe is getting weak in the knees, it didn’t even occur to him to hold hands like that.

- If he has to ask you something, Eonwe will gently put his hand on your shoulder to get your attention. An expectation in his eyes, he needs to see your reaction to know if it’s ok to do this. When you gently pat the hand on your shoulder, he feels happy goosebumps running from his hand to his heart. His touch has been returned! Even something as simple as this makes him happy.

- The kisses with him will start slow as well. They are not even kisses in the beginning. It will be a forehead touch. Eonwe will be hunched over, not caring for this cramping neck, his forehead touching yours, it is the most intimate thing he has ever done. Touching your skin, breathing in the air that you breathe.

- It progresses to you tapping your nose against his. Your noses brushing against each other, giving him a nose kiss of sorts. Even long after he is used to physical affection and expressing himself through it freely, this type of nose kissing is his favourite; it is the type of touch Eonwe uses to wake you up, his own silent way to say “I love you”.

- Your first kiss will start very timidly. With your hands on his shoulders, and Eonwe’s own hands would be hovering over your hips. As you place the first light kiss to his cheek his breath is his throat. As you go to lay second his to the corner of his mouth, his hands rested on your hips with confidence and without realising it he turned his head to you, connecting your lips.

- Over time and with your guidance, Eonwe will be braver in expressing his love. There are many times when you have to guide his hands, but he picks it up quickly. He wants to know everything there is about how he can show his love for you.

full understanding if it's outside your comfort-zone!!!

- Finrod was worried for you, he saw you struggle with daily activities and wanted to check in on you.

- When you explain to him that you have chronic fatigue and what it is like he is horrified.

- He knew that humans are not as sturdy as elves, but he can barely image going through something, especially feelings like this every day.

- He will apologise for your pain, rubbing your back in soothing circles.

- Finrod will ask his wise sister Galadriel for some advice on how to help you. But getting some information from her he will travel to Cirdan for elvish cordial. It might not be as strong in it’s properties as Valinor’s miruvor, but it still helps you to relieve some of the symptoms. Even after one mouthful it helps to ease the pain in your joints and muscles and the feeling of sleepiness leaves your body, filling it with energy and strength.

- Seeing how it can help you, Finrod sighs with relief. He feels such strong emotions for you, he does not want you to hurt.

- Ingoldo would want to come up with some strategies for you, especially for the night. Baths with flower petals for relaxing aroma and salts to ease your body. He will sit next to you, talking to you in a low, soft tone; if its helping he will hum a melody

- If he sees you are struggling, he will ask how he can be of help. But majority of time he will wrap you in a big hug and let you vent out your frustrations, listening as he strokes your hands.

- Finrod wants to minimise stress that you are experiencing because of your condition. And one of the best ways he thinks to do that is to love on you. He will pepper your face with kisses, stroking your hands, and spooning you.

- One of the things he introduced to your routine were afternoon naps. After lunch the two of you will go to bed. Finrod will cuddle you and take an hour or two long nap. He really likes them. One time the two of you slept for nearly 4 hours and woke up in the evening. He doesn’t want you to feel embarrassed for them, everyone's day rhythm is different, and he wants to find the one which allows you to be happy.

I did a little bit of both.

I wanted to thank you for your request. I hope I did it justice. I think I am happy with how it turned out, but I always want to improve my writing and to the characters and topics I write about justice. So if there is anything anyone thinks I could have done better (in regards to this or any other of my writings) please don’t be afraid to speak up.

Glorfindel

- This elf is a ray of sunshine, he is a social butterfly, and when you become withdrawn in the social situations, it doesn’t take him long to realise there is something not quite right in your mood.

- He will ask you initially if you are feeling well, and even though he doesn’t push, there is no way Glorfindel believed your quick “I’m ok”. He notices it more around festivities. Even when you are excited about an event, as soon as it comes you are reluctant to go, saying that you want to stay in. Going from excited to quiet.

- He will see you not eating a lot at the event and that concerns him. You didn’t eat in the days before today, your offhand jokes about “wanting to look pretty” and “trying to slim down so you can eat more at the party” resurfacing in his memory.

- He will come up to you with a slice of something sweet in his hand. Jokingly bringing it to your mouth, asking you to eat because he doesn’t want you to starve. But as soon as you refuse the food and the word “fat” leaves your mouth, Glorfindel nearly drops the food on the table with troubled expression.

- He asks you to follow him gently, cutting the party for the two of you short, before turning to one of hosts and asking them for leave, saying he did not feel well.

- When you two are in the privacy of your chambers he will talk to you. Glorfindel, now after overcoming his initially shocked reaction, absolutely wants to bombard you with questions – “Why did you say that? Is that what you think? Is that how you are feeling right now or all the time? Why you didn’t tell me?” – but blond elf has to restrain himself. He will listen to you and will allow you to set the pace of the conversation. But the question he certainly cannot hold in get out – “What can I do to help you, my love?”

- Glorfindel is in love with you, all of you. He is so proud to be with you, can even get a little jealous and possessive at times. Glorfindel knows you are beautiful, and he is saddened that you cannot see it yet. He will take this as a chance to compliment you and thank you for being with him and making him happy. The golden boy wants you to know that you have your biggest supporter and admirer in him. And he will work his bum off to make you love yourself as such as he loves you.

Aredhel

- Aredhel loves to ride out to hunt, being with her means to be out a lot, being on the move all the time. She is excited for you to come with her, so after some time, in one of the evenings she presents you with a hunting outfit. It is a very athletic type of outfit, tight in some places and open in others.

- Scrutinising the outfit on your body in front of the mirror, Aredhel overhears you bad mouthing yourself.

- She does not tolerate you criticizing your body. She will stop you and make you sit down with her. She is not afraid to let you know how hurtful your words are to her and to yourself. Aredhel asks you to remind yourself that you are much more than just looks, she will remind you of all the things you have done together, physically, casually, sensually; of all the challenges you have overcome in your body, of all the things your body is capable of. She is in love with you, all of you, she understands your self-doubt, but self-deprecation Aredhel does not allow. She tells you, that this has to be the last time you talk like this about yourself, the next time you feel like this, she wants you to come straight to her.

- Aredhel feels guilty, it was her present that triggered this. She will take it away, apologising for being insensitive and not thinking to ask for your opinion. Later, when you are feeling up to it, she will take you to a seamstress, so that you can design your own hunting outfit.

- The next time you go on the hunt in your new outfit Aredhel is so happy to see you so confident and pleased with yourself. She notes that she hopes to see more and more of your smile, that she can practically hear the joy in your grin.

- She organises a self-care date for the two of you, and this is something she hopes will become a little tradition between for the two of you. There will be anything you crave that day – massages, making and putting on hair masks, reading, talking about everything and nothing, just lazy cuddles in bed.

- She loves you and she wants you to know that she is there for you. You don’t have to be alone in this, she is ready to take on and help you overcome anything.
