i just finished a binge-rewatch of wolf's rain so i came to tumblr to browse the tags and reminisce and oh my lord my heart skipped a beat when i came across this blog!!! i am so excited, i love wr and vld so i can't wait to see your comic!!!!😄

Tbh it will be a little disappointing if sheith is the cannon end game ship (mainly because of how they’re brothers in show) but this is still a great au minus the ships! Mashing wolf’s rain and voltron is just beautiful!! My heart almost can’t take it.

huh? they aren’t brothers… at all... by blood/adopted or anything, i mean. but thank you! the ships won’t be the main focus of the story though, no worries there!

he doesn’t show up in my wolf’s rain au… but since i couldn’t get the idea of him as a wolf out of my head, i designed lotor!!! he would definitely be one of Those kinds of wolves that rats out packs to jaguara, or tells the pack to degrade themselves for his own benefit.

i tried getting his fur to look like this… but <_> i also struggled with the idea of him having purple fur, but heck, darcia had purple fur, so!!! he doesn’t show up in my volt’s rain story at all, but i imagine he’d be a noble-turned-wolf like darcia.

the image of him fighting the paladin pack is enticing to me… especially after s6. i may draw it just for the hell of it one day, ha!

this was fun! mainly practice using screencaps as reference. i need to figure out her coat’s design…

she’s one of the “hanabito” that darcia’s lab created. like the old woman in ep. 8 of wolf’s rain, she escaped the castle and lives with coran in the town at the base of darcia’s fallen keep.
