Welcome to my 2018 Yuletide letter, Yuletide is a fanfiction exchange for rare fandoms that happens during the winter months. I’m on AO3 as ViolentFlowers and I’m a lurker who likes to write with a deadline breathing down my neck.

I’m not strict on the format for gifts, I love first/second/third pov, past or present tense, fic or art; so please feel free to write in what you enjoy the most. Any rating is fine.

Likes! I enjoy stories about women with established relationships where the sharp edges of the characters remain, but because of or in spite of those edges the characters still fit together and make each other happy. I like restraints and power plays. I’m into snarky characters that bounce back from being pushed down. I’m also way more into Rivals to Lovers then Friends to Lovers. I love femslash.

I’m open to dark themes, but I also really enjoy it when even dark stories can make me laugh. I enjoy crack so feel free to play around. My favorite type of story is one where the normal tropes are subverted in interesting ways. I’m very fond of music, band, or musician AUs. Throw them into any of these fandoms!

I love porn! I enjoy reading about characters exploring their bodies as they fantasize and figure out what gets them hot and bothered. Stories that include masturbation would be amazing. I’m interested in both plot-driven stories that have a sex and PWP (Plot What Plot/Porn), but I’m also fine if you fade to black on the sex or if the characters just show affection to each other. Hugs, hand holding, kissing, support, and love are also great! If for whatever reason you don’t want to write porn please don’t force yourself, I love the bond that characters can have with each other when they love each other and that doesn’t have to be detailed porn… unless you want to write that.

Do Not Wants - No incest, please. I do not want men raping women, but I’m okay with rape in other aspects. I do not want watersports or scat.

I would prefer if underage characters were aged up to 16 for explicit porn. For fade to black sex, I don’t mind if the characters are underage.

Anya’s Ghost - Elizabeth Standard, Anya Borzakovskaya, and Siobhan

You do not need to include all of the characters I’ve requested in your story.

Anya Borzakovskaya - I’d love to see Anya deal with more ghosts or supernatural. What happens in the future? How does she deal with college and moving away? Does she share her experiences of the supernatural with anyone?

Siobhan - I’d like to see her encounter the supernatural just to see how she’d handle it. Does she freak out? Take it in stride? Call Anya in a panic? Does Anya ever tell Siobhan about her freaky ghost encounter?

Elizabeth Standard - I’d like to see what would push Elizabeth to the point of letting go of her bad relationship. I felt she was a pretty sympathetic character and would like to also see her deal with the supernatural. How would she handle it? What if she’d been the one to find Emily’s bones instead of Anya?

Femslash pairings (Any rating is great! Porn is awesome):

Anya/Siobhan - I’d love to see these two grow closer while dealing with the supernatural! Possessions, witches, spirits, werewolves, things that go bump in the night. How did they become friends? What kind of embarrassing crush on Anya has Siobhan been hiding? Or is it Anya that has the crush? Or does it turn out to be both? What happens when one or the other starts dating a boy/another girl? Does college change anything? Dealing with the supernatural? Getting a car?

Siobhan/Elizabeth - Siobhan is sort of a bad girl, I’d love to see her and Elizabeth, the popular girl, hook up. Sneaking around and hiding their relationship? Fake/pretend dating to get back at Sean? Siobhan and Elizabeth growing closer while trying to handle the supernatural?

Elizabeth/Anya - Has Elizabeth been trying to deny that she really likes girls or has it been a thing that she just tries not to think about because of course, she likes boys, right? All of the coming of age stories realizing that maybe they’re not straight, with spooky things.

Other ideas: Summer Camp! Ghost Busting! Cuddling for warmth! Bitten by a Werewolf!

(I know Emily was not nominated this year, but I’d still love to see her being a creepy ghost with any of my requested characters. If you want to go with possession, haunting, horror stuff or even further to rape/non-con, that would be awesome.)

Other Space - Karen Lipinski, Tina Shukshin

Karen Lipinski - Karen is terrible with feelings and I’d love any story where she is forced to admit that she has them. Where her being successful is the first clue she has that something is wrong. What would it have been like if she’d been captain of her own ship, still stuck with Tina and the crew?

Tina Shukshin - Tina is completely self-absorbed, I’d like to see her take over and be captain of the ship. How horrible/awesome would that be? I’d like to see way more of Karen and Tina interacting with each other. What was their time at the UMP Academy like? Did they hate each other on sight or was their dislike something that grew out of their hookup.

Karen Lipinski/Tina Shukshin - I really like Karen, and want her to get closer to Tina… But Karen can’t seem to handle emotions so it’s way more likely that they’d get dosed with space sex pollen or be accidentally married or get shot into space sharing a tiny escape pod that was originally a reality show closed set where they used to shoot porn.

Feel free to use any sort of cliche SF space plot, space madness, accidentally becoming gods to a tiny civilization, trapped on a planet, aliens made them do it, fake married, hey I grew a tentacle, end of the world sex, or good old body swap.

I’d love a story set back when they were both at the UMP Academy. Maybe a story where after Karen and Tina have their terrible first time together, they for some reason keep having unsatisfying sex over and over until they manage to have really amazing sex, which ruins everything.

I’d like them to wrestle in space jello for dominance! Neither of them lose, both of them win!

Annihilation (Movie) - Lena, Cass Sheppard, Anya Thorensen, and Josie Radek

You do not need to include all of the characters I’ve requested in your story. Also while I didn't have room to request her if you want to include Dr. Ventress in your story or pairing that'd be great.

I love this movie, so I’m very excited to see it in Yuletide. I would be super excited if you want to ship any of these women with each other in any combination and I would be very intrigued by selfcest for this fandom. I love porn and PWPs and I’m also interested in non-con/rape if you wanted to explore darker themes.

I’d love to learn more about these characters and their expedition into Area X. What happened in the days they can’t remember? How did they coop with the strange yet familiar environment and the horrifying dangers that lurk in it?

I’m open for all sorts of canon divergent scenarios either inside or outside the Simmer. What if someone else came back instead Lena? What if they all came back, but are changed? What if things went differently inside Area X?

The idea of self destruction is really strong and I would be down for all sorts of body horror or dark themes. Feel free to write about them changing into monsters or acting out monstrous thoughts. Maybe they die and are reborn again and again, or maybe they become something else all together. Maybe they somehow fuse together. Maybe they start acting out all of their worst thoughts and ideas. Maybe they don’t go to Area X at all, but it still finds them. Maybe they meet each other in a completely different way.

I have read all the books so feel free to include things from those if you want to.

A Simple Favor (Movie) - Stephanie Smothers and Emily Nelson

There’s just something about the relationship between these two women that’s really intriguing to me and I really want more of it. I ship these two really hard and would love a story about them getting together or just having sex.

Future fic where Stephanie can’t get Emily out of her head and visits her in jail. All those times Stephanie got drunk and kissed Emily, did it go further than that?

Maybe Stephanie never lost touch with her sister and they both fall hard for Emily and build a family with her. Or maybe they kidnap her.

I’m open to all sorts of AUs for this. Stephanie is a high class hooker that Emily hires every now and then. Coffee shop, youtuber, or fantasy AU! I’m also into dark fic so if you wanted to go the non-con/rape direction I’m down for it.

I rather liked Sean so please don’t kill him, just either have him be okay with his wife hooking up with another women or hand wave him away into a better life.

Uprooted - Agnieszka and Kasia

Agnieszka - Does Agnieszka end up with an apprentice to teach her strange version of magic to… or is it much like her own training where she ends up with an apprentice who needs to learn a wildly different form of magic?

Kasia - How does Kasia deal with her body being so changed? Being partly a magical tree must get weird.

Agnieszka/Kasia - I’d love to know more about what happens after the books with the two of them. Do they get together, pulled back towards each other like magnets?

Does Agnieszka end up back in the capital, back in the court, charming Kasia with her awkward unaccustomed handing of court intrigue? Does she show up to save the day or does Kasia end up needing to help her out?

What would the two of them talk about while locked in prison on false charges? They’ve been there before but now they’re older, wiser, and hopefully going to confess some feelings to each other.

Alternatively anything about the time in the tower right after Kasia was freed from the Wood-queen’s influence and Agnieszka tended to her, sleeping with in the same bed while nursing her back to health. Tender face touches, hair brushing, hand feeding, leaning on each other to walk around, stolen kisses, and hand holding.

Daria (Cartoon) - Jane Lane, Daria Morgendorffer, and Quinn Morgendorffer

Deadpan delivery. I really liked how Daria and Jane’s friendship is explored on this show, but I think the combo of Quinn and Jane would be amazing on the level of total snark. Also, I’d love to see what Daria and Quinn actually agree on, in those tiny moments when they get along. You do not need to include all of the characters I’ve requested in your story.

Daria - I enjoy Daria’s unique take on the world and I like that she’s outside what at that time was considered to be normal. But I also enjoy that there’s a vulnerability to her sometimes that creeps in around the cynicism. I’d like to see her handling adult life choices like how many days she can spend not leaving the house, what the internet would mean to her, how she can totally handle a credit card and any other story of Daria succeeding or failing her progression to adulthood. Canon level high school stories are fine for this too.

Jane - I have a big thing for confident characters and Jane is overflowing with confident disdain. I’d like to see her go somewhere unexpected with her art. Make a joke piece only to be stuck making that type of art instead of other more personal art, dealing with critics, dealing with other artists, professional jealousy! Show me, Jane, the artist!

Quinn - I’ve grown to like Quinn more and more over time, she’s set up as the ‘normal girl’ foil for Jane and Daria to bounce off of, but I like to think that Quinn has just found the levers that she can pull to get what she wants. It might be easier for her to fit in then it is for Daria but she’s still trapped in what peoples’ expectations of teen girls are. I’d like to see something that explores the stress of trying to conform to expectations when no box can fit perfectly. Or even how fitting in doesn’t actually get her the things that she really wants. Is she into something geeky or embarrassing on the side? In the same vein that one time she stole Daria’s identity and was making it popular was a really interesting episode to me.

Jane Lane/Daria Morgendorffer - The way that Daria and Jane make room for each other makes me want to see how they would end up getting together as a couple or how their relationship might end up changing as they work through a disagreement. I really want one of them to go to college and think that they are leaving their old lives behind for something better only to find that when they meet back up that they missed their friendship more than they realized. And maybe it’s not a friendship but something more? Now with all of their experience they can see how clearly they care for each other and how they don’t want to let that go again.

I would also love anything dark for this fandom, zombies, outbreak, vampires, end of the world, demons, basically anything that makes these three women have to work together or use their unique personalities to survive and thrive. I’m also up for soul bonding, musicians, Victorian, steampunk. Have fun with this.

Scott Pligrim vs. the World (2010) - Knives Chau, Kim Pine, Envy Adams, and Roxy Richter

Basically femslash anywhere and everywhere with these ladies. I’m okay with either the Movie or the Comic version of these characters. You do not need to include all of the characters I’ve requested in your story.

Kim Pine - Kim Pine seems to have no idea what to do with her life and the raging ball of issues she still carries around with her isn’t helping. I really liked that she was so complex, that she carried a feeling of confusion, that her life was not going the way she wanted, that she drifting through time without goals or purpose. And while the end of the comic/movie gives her some closure I just really want to hear all your ideas as to what life has in store for Kim! Does she get her shit together? Does she make it in music? Start another band or two? Go back to school?

Envy Adams - I really love Envy. She’s petty and mean, but mostly just really self-centered in a way that doesn’t seem evil, she just wasn’t good either. I really want to know what things were like from her point of view. Did she have a good reason for dumping Scott or a bad reason that would make sense? What did she do after the comic/film? Did she get a new band together?

Roxy Richter - She dated Ramona in college and is a ninja! There’s a lot of stuff that I want to know about that part of her life. I hold the view that Roxy isn’t dead and would be really interested to see what she thought of how everything turned out. More Roxy please!

Knives Chau - Knives, she’s cute, she’s sweet, she feeelllllssss things deeply. She’s also angry and confused and so very much growing up and she’s making things up as she goes. Basically, Knives is overflowing with thoughts and emotions. But I really like that she’s both sweet and harsh, that she’ll pick up some daggers and try to fight things out. I would love to see Knives interacting with Envy and/or Kim some more, maybe after all of the things that happen all of them could talk about moving on or even what it means to be an evil ex. I’m also really interested in Knives trying a cheat code, exploring her alternate endings, respawning, or other weird video game issues in the Scott Pilgrim world.

Knives Chau/Kim Pine - I’d love to see more of what happens between Knives and Kim, was that drunken kiss the only kiss that they shared and it keeps Knives up at night, or did that blossom into a relationship? Or did they drift apart only to meet up later in life and find themselves once more drawn to each? But this time are the roles reversed and Kim is the one looking up to Knives or is Knives still looking like Kim is the sun in her sky? Does Knives at least knock Kim off balance by how far she’s come? Or are they both down on their luck? Has life knocked them around so much that they actually end up hooking up without even recognizing each other? Just another drunken one night stand, only surprise, it’s that person that they haven’t thought about in forever– That person they couldn’t stop thinking about.

Envy Adams/Kim Pine - In no way do I think this meeting of minds would be friendly, but I have a burning desire to have Envy and Kim hang out together and (possibly)have a pissed off make out session, or angry hate sex. Maybe during the Scott Pilgrim movies’ Chaos theater preparation/rehearsal/sound check or maybe after Kim has hit the big time as a musician/music writer/professional shit talker/producer who runs into Envy at an event.

Envy Adams/Knives Chau - I would be really interested to see these two meet back up in the future. Is Knives better known, more important, different? Has Envy’s career taking off, bombed, ended up in the middle? Do they hit it off or is this just about payback? Is Knives good or did she become a bad girl?

Ramona Flowers/Roxy Richter - They used to date! What was that like? Why did they break up? We only got a brief glimpse into Ramona’s past and even then they both still seemed friendly in the comic. Ramona let her stay at her place. How did Roxy see their relationship?

I love all of these characters so feel free to match any of these women together and write a story exploring how their relationship would or would not work.

To be honest I love stories about musicians and bands so please feel free to play around. All of these ladies in a band? Awesome! These girls in all rival bands? Even better.

Darker AUs for this set of characters would also be great. Anything that mixes the Scott Pilgrim universe with another video game world that was much darker would be neat. What if they all lived in a game like Silent Hill or some other horror title? How would that change the tone of their story?

Lady of the Shard - Acolyte, Radiant Goddess, and Old God

While the webcomic is sweet and fluffy I would also be super interested in a dark more non-con take on where things could have gone.

Acolyte - I love the devotion and care the Acolyte shows for the Radiant Goddess. I wish there was more hair brushing and help dressing or undressing and makeup application.

Radiant Goddess - So tall, so much face touching, and lack of personal space. Yet so much self-doubt and self-sacrifice. I’d love a story that goes into the past of how the Radiant Goddess fell in love with the Old God, or what the Radiant Goddess’ life was like as a human.

Old God - The Old God is a temptress, luring unsuspecting worshipers to her with sweet words and manipulation. I love to see more of her working her magic on others(the Acolyte or Radiant Goddess or other) and the control she exerts once she has them under her thumb. What other uses does she have for her loyal worshipers? She seems to have the ability to make the Acolyte feel things, how would this be used for sex or fun? Did this work on the Radiant Goddess?

Acolyte/Radiant Goddess - I love all of the face touching, blushing, and size difference between these two characters. I would love to see more shared dreams, breakfast in bed, bathing and hair brushing, or maybe some kinky goddess worship. Or maybe a callback to when the Goddess reached out to feel the universe and ended up touching the Acolyte but this time the scene plays out further with phantom sex.

Acolyte/Old God - The parts of the comic with the Old God really seemed like they were heading somewhere dark and I’d be very interested if you wanted to go down that path, but I’d also be okay with fluff as well. Some possible themes: loyalty kink, pinning, forced arousal, abusive relationship, mind control, brainwashing, non-con, mind wipe.

Old God/Radiant Goddess - I would also be interested in all sorts of things for this pairing fluff, tragedy, abusive relationships, all the way to mind control and non-con. Tell me how they got together, tell me how they broke apart, a glimpse at the final battle, the first time the Radiant Goddess realized something was wrong, or maybe the one time everything was perfect.

I would also love a threesome with all of these characters.

Over the Garden Wall - Sara, Beatrice, Adelaide, and The Beast.

You do not need to include all of the characters I’ve requested in your story. I love the whimsical feeling of this cartoon, it’s just on the edge of going fully creepy and messed up but never quite goes all the way. If you want to get really creepy with this request feel free.

Sara - I would be really interested in a story it was Sara who ended up in The Unknown and interacted with the various characters from the show(Beatrice, the Woodsman, Adelaide, Lorna, the Beast) or even ended up there later and just had her own new adventures. Or it might be cool if she helped someone from The Unknown get back after getting trapped in our world, like maybe Beatrice.

Beatrice - I just want more about Beatrice, what was her life like before she became a bluebird? Did she have a reason to throw the rock? How does a curse like that even happen? How she did she manage to turn her family back(really magic scissors??? How did that even work? She’s a bird with no hands)? What was the tearful reunion with her family like? How odd it was to be a bluebird? Considering how creepy Adelaide is, what was the meeting between Beatrice and her like? How did Adelaide sell Beatrice on the idea of exchanging other people for the scissors?

Adelaide - Is creepy as all get out and I’d like to know more about her. I’d love any creepy story of them capturing people to use as servants and backstory as to where she got her magic objects and creepy house. We’re they the one who cursed Beatrice and her family? Did she have something to be with creating the Beast? Feel free to go as creepy and as messed up as you want.

The Beast - Much like Adelaide, I’m really interested in creepy stories about the Beast and how it came to be. What is its connection to the lamp? How do the different people of the unknown view the Beast? What are the stories that are told about it? How does it affect the world of the Unknown and the trees? How did the woodsman get the lamp in the first place? There so much interesting ideas that could be explored with the Beast.

Sara/Beatrice - I’m super into the idea of these two meeting up and hitting it off. Helping each other out and/or being really suspicious and having to earn each other’s trust.

Creepy noncon with Adelaide/Beatrice or Adelaide/Sara, I’m open to stories where things get really messed up in the context of Adelaide making deals and the idea that Beatrice or Sara could end up caught in Adelaide’s web.

Trick or Treat Exchange 2017!

Welcome to my Trick or Treat letter. Trick or Treat is an Halloween themed exchange where you can write either a dark spooky Trick or sweat fluffy Treat, which are both only bit sized assignments of 300 words or more. I’m really looking forward to whatever you decide to write for me. I’m on AO3 as ViolentFlowers and I’m a lurker who would like to write more.

Halloween! - I love Halloween as a holiday but I want to reassure you writer that your story doesn’t have to be Halloween themed. However if you do want to explore Halloween here’s some things I love about the holiday: carving pumpkins, deciding/finding/buying/making a costume, decorating your house/room, carnivals, haunted houses, grave yards, dressing up, going to parties, scaring people, giving out candy, going out door to door trick or treating, sorting the candy, eating the candy, and of course the after Halloween Eve candy sales. (The one thing I hate about Halloween time is the weird moment when Christmas songs start playing in shops either before or on Halloween because Christmas marketing in the US is the devil and they can’t wait until my favorite holiday is over to torture me... you can totally reference this in you story too if you want.)

Tricks! - I love dark spooky stories. Major character death and bad endings are okay! Here are some story ideas. Characters who are ghost, serial killers, out of control werewolves, zombies, monsters, or eldritch horrors. Body horror. End of the world. Interesting tales of survival. Trapped in a house. Costumes that become you and won’t come off. Promised as a baby to a dark god. Sacrifices for the greater good. Finding out your life is a lie. Trust no one.

Treats! - Pretty much anything fun and light. This can just be a cute story with no spooky things or you can write something lighthearted with monsters. Here are some story ideas. My pet dog is a werewolf? My best friend is a talking skull. I thought the person I was talking to on the radio was a kid but it turns out they’re a monster. Playing with ghosts. I got lost in the woods and this giant wolf is helping me get to grandmother’s house. This band I love that dresses up as monsters are actually monsters and we hang out and have fun.

Steven Universe - Pearl, Rose Quartz, and Connie Maheswaran

Pearl - There’s something so very flawed and human about Pearl. I’m really drawn to all the character development that the show has done with her lately. I like that she’s kind and caring and yet is jealous and petty at times even though I’m sure to her that she thinks she is only being truthful. I’d love to really see into the way that Pearl thinks. I’d love to see more on how she was drawn to Rose and still deeply misses her, that while she wants to see the stars again that she knows she is still needed on this planet. I’d love to see more about how the loss of Rose affected Pearl? But also I’d like to see Pearl slowly reaching past her loss and reaching out to others. The episode where Pearl chats up the mystery girl with the short pink hair was great I’d love to read something more along that line either with the mystery girl showing back up or Pearl end up randomly picking up strange women without even really trying.

Connie Maheswaran - Connie wants a little magic in her life and enjoys how weird and odd Steven’s family can be. She wants to help. I’d love to see how she changes over time and grows. Does her own skill shine out or does her ability to work with others become the thing that makes all the difference?

Rose Quartz - I like all the work the show has put into developing Rose from an idolized mythic figure to her flawed reality. I’d love to get a story that digs into Rose’s history and some of the interesting things that they’ve hinted at.

Connie Maheswaran/Pearl - Future fic please where Connie is older. Pearl is so very hard on herself but I’d love to see Pearl realize by watching Connie grow up and help out, that you don’t have to be strong to have worth. Of course that might not be enough so maybe a little extra push from Connie might help. I just really want a Teacher/Student relationship where the student is doing the seducing and the comforting. Though if you want to go the other way, I wouldn’t mind Pearl seducing Connie. I don’t think Pearl will ever really get over Rose but I think she has room in her heart to love other people. I would be very interested in first dates, didn’t realize they were dating, gifts to show affections, unneeded acts of heroic protection, cultural missunderstandings, or maybe Connie teaching Pearl some new tricks.

Pearl/Rose Quartz - So much love and devotion between these two but I’m not sure they had an equal relationship. I feel like Rose is a little clueless and Pearl is mostly putting herself down. But there’s a lot that could be done with any interpretation of their relationship and I’d love to see your take on it. Any time frame would be great, but I’d like to see more about when they were younger and wandering the Earth or before that when they were on home world. I also wouldn’t mind a little sexual D/s or loyalty kink, backstory, forbidden or embarrassing sexual Fantasies, or close quarter dancing.

Over the Garden Wall - Sara, Beatrice, Adelaide, and The Beast.

Sara - I would be really interested in a story where Sara ended up in The Unknown and interacted or meet up with some of the various characters(Beatrice, Adelaide, Lorna, the Beast) or even just had her own adventures. Something with the feeling of a spooky Halloween story. Or it might be cool if she helped someone from The Unknown who ended up trapped in our world, get back.

Beatrice - I just want more about Beatrice, what life was like before, how she turned her family back(really those magic scissors??? how did that even work?), the tearful reunion with her family, the horrible experience of being turned into a blue bird, what exactly she did to get turned into a bird, how odd it was to be a blue bird, what it’s like to eat worms.

Adelaide - Is creepy as all get out and I’d like to know more about her. I’d love any creepy story of them capturing people to use as servants and where she got her magic objects. We’re they the one who cursed Beatrice and her family, did she have something to be with creating the Beast? Feel free to go as creepy and as messed up as you want.

The Beast - Much like Adelaide, I’m really interested in creepy stories about the Beast and how it came to be, what it’s connection to the lamp is, how the rest of the people view the Beast, how it affects the world of the Unknown, how did the woodsman get the lamp in the first place. There so much interesting ideas behind the Beast.

Anya’s Ghost - Elizabeth Standard, Anya Borzakovskaya, Emily Reilly, and Siobhan.

You do not need to include all of the characters I’ve requested in your story.

Anya Borzakovskaya - I’d love to see Anya deal with more ghosts or supernatural. What happens in the future? How does she deal with college and moving away. Does she share her experiences of the supernatural with anyone?

I'd also be interested in missing scenes with Emily being creepy (if you want go with possession and/or creepy ghost non-con that would be awesome).

Emily Reilly - I’d love to see the events from the book from her point of view. Did she actually move on after the events of the book or is she still lurking around? I'd think she'd have a pretty interesting perspective on things. I'd also be interested in some creepy ghost voyeurism, with Emily spying on Anya (sexual situations would be a plus).

Gravity Falls (Cartoon) - Wendy Corduroy and Mabel Pines

Mabel Pines - I love how upbeat and joyful Mabel is in the face of complete weirdness. Even when things look really bleak she tries to see the silver lining. I’d like to see something exploring a past/future success or triumph would be great, even if the triumph is blown out of proportion, imaginary friend, or future self inflicted.

Wendy Corduroy - I love Wendy’s down to earth style and uncaring attitude she’s aloof and yet every now and then you can see that she craves the approval of others. It’d amusing to see something exploring how Wendy doesn’t fit in to her own family or how she actually really fits in but still feels like she doesn’t. It’d also be fun to explore the idea that maybe Wendy has seen but noped out of some of the weirder Gravity Falls oddities much like how she bailed on the Mystery Shack when the FBI showed up.

Wendy Corduroy/Mabel Pines - I really like both Wendy and Mabel and feel like Wendy’s rough affection and Mabel’s aggressive cheerfulness complement each other. I’d like to see a story exploring how Wendy is more than what people assume about her and that Mabel is one of the few people that really gets her. I’d love to see the two of them go on an adventure to save the town where they get to see what makes each other tick and grow closer/realize they like each other. Or, I don’t know, something silly like pretending to date to get rid of a creepy stalker or body swapping with each other or any other terrible cliche story plot.

Scott Pilgrim (Comics) - Knives Chau, Kim Pine, and Envy Adams

Basically femslash anywhere and everywhere with these ladies. I’m okay with either the Movie or the Comic version of these characters.

Envy Adams - I really love Envy. She’s petty and mean but mostly just really self centered but in a way that doesn’t seem evil, she just wasn’t good either. I really want to know what things were like from her point of view. Did she have a good reason for dumping Scott or a bad reason that would make sense? What did she do after the comic/film? Did she get a new band together?

Knives Chau - Knives, she’s cute, she’s sweet, she feeelllllssss things deeply. She’s also angry and confused and so very much growing up and she’s making things up as she goes. Basically Knives is overflowing with thoughts and emotions. But I really like that she’s both sweet and harsh, that she’ll pick up some daggers and try to fight things out. I would love to see Knives interacting with Envy and/or Kim some more, maybe after all of the things that happen all of them could talk about moving on or even what it means to be an evil ex. I’m also really interested in Knives trying a cheat code, exploring her alternate endings, respawning, or other weird video game issues in the Scott Pilgrim world.

To be honest I love stories about musicians and bands so please feel free to play around. All of these ladies in a band? Awesome! These girls in all rival bands? Even better. Julie is the manager of Envy’s new band? Yes! Have fun.

Acolyte - I love the devotion and care the Acolyte shows for the Radiant Goddess. I wish there was more hair brushing and help dressing or undressing and make up application.

Radiant Goddess - So tall, so much face touching, and lack of personal space. Yet so much self doubt and self sacrifice. I’d love a story that goes into the past of how the Radiant Goddess fell in love with the Old God, or what the Radiant Goddess’ life was like as a human.

Uprooted - Agnieszka and Kasia

Agnieszka - Does Agnieszka end up with an apprentice to teach her strange version of magic to... or is it much like her own training where she ends up with an apprentice who needs to learn a wildly different form of magic?

Kasia - How does Kasia deal with her body being so changed? Being partly a magical tree must get weird.

Agnieszka/Kasia - I'd love to know more about what happens after the books with the two of them. Do they get together, pulled back towards each other like magnets?

What would the two of them talk about while locked in prison on false charges? They've been there before but now they're older, wiser, and hopefully going to confess some feelings to each other.

Alternatively anything about the time in the tower right after Kasia was freed from the Wood-queen's influence and Agnieszka tended to her, sleeping with in the same bed while nursing her back to health. Tender face touches, hair brushing, hand feeding, leaning on each other to walk around, stolen kisses, and hand holding.

Lego Elves: Secrets of Elvendale - Aira Windwhistler, Azari Firedancer, Emily Jones, Naida Riverheart, and Rosalyn Nightshade

Give me more about these characters! What makes them tick? I'd love a story showing a bit more of the the world of Elvendale from any of their points of view. Give me more stories with inventions 'by Aira', Azari's fire drawings, or Naida's potions. What exactly does Mermaid tag entail? And is Aira the only one who plays? I'd love more Rosalyn on a mission for potion ingredients or sneaking around watching people.

I'd be really interested in a story where any of the elves end up in the human world, maybe they go there to experience Halloween? It would be the one of the few times of the year that no one would question their ears or strange outfits. They could go trick or treating or wonder around amazed by everyone's costumes.

I love femslash and I ship pretty much any of these characters together. I do have a soft spot for Emily/Azari and Rosalyn/anyone.

Emily's power is "love", but they never really show how that works, at least not compared to the much more obvious powers. I have a dirty mind so I'd love a story that dug into what that'd mean if it was sexual. Does she create love like how the other elves create their elements? Is that why she was upset When Sophie showed up? It's hard to have an elf orgy with your little sister tagging along. Or is her power one that requires self love?

Also there were a lot of plants with tentacles and characters being tied up by tentacles on this show. If you wanted to write some tentacle porn with any of the requested characters that would be amazing.

Teen Wolf (TV) - Adrian Harris, Gerard Argent, Deucalion, and Stiles Stilinski

For this fandom I really want some messed up dirty bad wrong fic, where any of these creepy old men non-con Stiles while he resists, but ultimately is forced into degrading sexual acts for the amusement of others.

Maybe Harris forces something to happen during detention, or he sets a trap to teach Stiles a lesson. Stiles is an alpha/omega in hiding and Harris claims him against his will. Harris somehow get the legal standing to punish Stiles as he sees fit.

Gerard Argent/Stiles Stilinski - Gerard never let Stiles go from the basement and instead took him as a pawn. Gerard uses Stiles spark for something. Gerard runs a corrupt home for wayward Omegas. Gerard to kidnaps Stiles for his own uses.

If you don't want to write any of the above, that's okay. I'd love to see any of these guys react to a prank "haunting", while thinking it's actually a supernatural event. If they ended up arrested at the end that would make it all the better.

In fact any Halloween cliche that ends up making any of these characters' lives harder would be an amusing story to me.

As a side note I do ship Sterek so I'd also be very happy with that as well.

I love femslash. I enjoy stories with established relationships, where the sharp edges of the characters remain but the characters still find a way to fit together. I’m into snarky characters that bounce back from being pushed down. I’m also way more into Rivals to Lovers then Friends to Lovers. I enjoy restraints and power plays.

I’m open to dark themes but I also really enjoy it when a dark story can still make me laugh. I enjoy crack so feel free to play around. My favorite type of story is one where the normal tropes are subverted in interesting ways. I love stories about music, bands, or musician AUs. Elizabeth/Anya - The popular girl who's not as happy as she seems and the girl that isn't popular but just wants to fit in. I’d love to see them sneak around with each other, maybe not realizing the growing feelings between the two of them. Or is it like fake/pretend dating to get back at Sean? Has Elizabeth been trying to deny that she really likes girls or has it been a thing that she just tries not to think about because of course she likes boys, right? All of the coming of age stories where either of them realize that maybe they’re not straight, but with spooky things. Maybe Emily locks them in a closet together so she can get to Sean. Maybe Elizabeth gets bitten by a werewolf. Maybe one of them gets visions. Maybe they end up working on a school project together and have to battle vampires. Maybe Sean gets turned into a vampire and they have to hole up together and get rid of their virginity. Hate sex. Putting on makeup.

Emily/Anya - Something creepy and messed up for this would be awesome. Non-con or dubcon are both okay for this pairing. Possession, paralyzation, or somnophilia would be really interesting. A missing scene from the book would be great too with creepy creeping. I also like the idea of Emily ghosting her phantom form through Anya's body to touch her under her clothing or inside her. Emily could invade Anya's dreams to interact with Anya in a way that Anya can't escape. Or maybe Emily could become really small and touch Anya sexually in public. What if at the end of the book Emily didn't move on, but instead moved into Anya's body? Sharing it with her. What if she pushed Anya out of her own body? I'm partial to light bondage and restraints.

I also think Mabel, once she realized that her feelings for Pacifica were attraction, would be either be extremely upfront or possibly even more awkward then normal.

I’d love to see Mabel unknowingly drawing Pacifica close to her by the sheer force of her goofy affection. Or maybe Pacifica trying and failing to ask Mabel out by stand offish presents and over the top displays of wealth. Pacifica gives Mabel a make over! Trapped, with my crush, in my multi-million dollar artificial intelligence controlled mansion that's trying to kill me! PROM NIGHT OF HORRORS... and kissing.

Wendy Corduroy/Pacifica Northwest/Mabel Pines - Basically smush any two prompts from above and maybe add Bill! I just really want to see the three of them work like a smoothly oiled machine to defeat their varied and outrageous relationship problems and anything else that gets in their way.

Daria (Cartoon) - Jane Lane/Daria Morgendorffer and Jane Lane/Quinn Morgendorffer

Jane Lane/Daria Morgendorffer - Show me their first time! Do they get drunk/high and make out? Does one of them do something that's sneaky and nice for the other and the other one catches them at it? Does Daria write a story that's basically about how she wants to bang Jane? Show me how they argue! Is it a fight that ends in kissing? Does one get frosty and won't talk to the other? Is there strange art making that gets in the way of everything? Or is it all a back and forth of snark and sarcasm?

The future! What if one of them went to college, believing it'll suck, only for it to be amazing. Except, they keep turning to where the other person should be, but they're not there to share the adventures and successes. So when finally the other comes out to visit they realize how much they want the other to always be there. Alternatively one of them becomes wildly successful, like Bill Gates level, and things get really weird for them, but the only thing that isn't crazy is their relationship with each other.

Jane Lane/Quinn Morgendorffer - Jane and Quinn are two different characters staring at each other across a long divide of expectations and snark. I’d love to see what it would take to bridge the gap between them. Is Quinn going through a phase and wanting to make out with a girl? Does she need practice for an acting job? Is Quinn secretly a porn star? Does Jane not know what to do when she finds out that Quinn is mean to her because she’s had a crush on Jane since forever? Does Jane feel drawn to Quinn in a way she’s never felt comfortable with? Does Daria finally set them up together? Does Quinn becoming a fashion mogul, rich and powerful, and then when she returns to Lawndale she sweeps into town like a hurricane, upsetting everything only to end up dominating Jane in a torrid fling?

Harry Potter - Draco Malfoy/Harry Potter

Draco Malfoy/Harry Potter - I really like it when Draco suffers. I like canon school age stories where both Harry and Draco are obsessed with each other or where different events cause them to begin to understand each other. But I also like stories set post-canon/after the war where it shows the two of them figuring out who they really are and how they fit or don't fit into regular wizard society. I love redemption/corruption arcs and also wild "what if" story ideas, the weirder the better!

What if Draco was a weredragon? Cough, what if one of them has a tentacle? Or what if, there was a secret Potter/Malloy family curse? Maybe Draco summons a demon, gets an incubus and doesn't realize it, so when he wishes to be the most powerful wizard, instead he ends up being able to fix anything so long as he uses his dick! One of them likes to feed stray cats only now they are starting to believe that one of the cats is actually the other stuck in their animagus form. Butterbeer, how is it made? You'll never believe it...

Scott Pilgrim - Knives Chau/Kim Pine, Envy Adams/Knives Chau, and Envy Adams/Kim Pine

Other Space - Karen Lipinski/Tina Shukshin

Karen Lipinski/Tina Shukshin - I'd really like Karen, and want her to get closer to Tina... But Karen can't seem to handle emotions so it's way more likely that they'd get dosed with space sex pollen or be accidentally married or get shot into space sharing a tiny escape pod that was originally a reality show closed set where they used to shoot porn.

I'd love a story set back when they were both at the UMP Academy. Maybe a story where after Karen and Tina have their terrible first time together, they for some reason keep having unsatisfying sex over and over until they manage to have really amazing sex, which ruins everything.

I'd like them to wrestle in space jello for dominance! Neither of them lose both of them win!

Crossover Fandom - Star Butterfly (Star vs. The Forces Of Evil)/Mabel Pines (Gravity Falls)

Star Butterfly/Mabel Pines - OMG! The glitter, the excitement, the unicorns! I think this pairing could be amazing! Think of how much fun it would be for Mabel to go to Mewni and or encounter all the weirdness and magic. Or what happens when Star gets stuck in Gravity Falls and she causes total chaos! How do the two of them meet? What are the dates like? Is it a slow burn or a tornado of attraction and glitter. Do they meet on a dating show, at an interdimensional convention where Mabel is trapped as Bill's date, in a very big house in the country, in collage, princess reform school, or maybe in prison?

Alternatively anything where Mabel ends up with Star's wand.

Acolyte/Old God - The parts of the comic with the Old God really seemed like they were heading somewhere dark and I'd be very interested if you wanted to go down that path, but I'd also be okay with fluff as well. I'm interested in all of the missing scenes from when the two of them were searching for Dolores while Logan was tied up at William's mercy. What did William do to Logan to get revenge? Did William pimp Logan out for information? I'm also interested in the flip side when Logan had William tied up. I'd love to know how there new dynamic might work when they end up back in the real world.

Man in Black/Teddy Flood - How many times did the MiB take his anger out on Teddy for getting in the way? Feel free to tell me all about it.

I like Bottom!Stiles, but I like him horny and defiant while also being scared and hating the things that are happening to him.

Adrian Harris/Stiles Stilinski - Harris really likes to take out his anger on Stiles. Maybe something happens during detention, or he sets a trap to teach Stiles a lesson. Stiles is an alpha/omega in hiding and Harris claims him against his will. Harris somehow get the legal standing to punish Stiles as he sees fit.

Gerard Argent/Stiles Stilinski - I want more about what happened in the basement. Or for Gerard to kidnap Stiles for his own uses.

Peter Hale/Stiles Stilinski - Down for pretty much anything horrible here. Banter and non-con. Kidnapping, breeding, pay back, amusement, knotting.

Welcome to my 2016 Yuletide letter, Yuletide is a fanfiction exchange for rare fandoms that happens during the winter months. I’m on AO3 as ViolentFlowers and I’m a lurker who likes to write with a deadline breathing down my neck.

I’m not strict on the format for gifts, I love first/second/third pov and past or present tense; so please feel free to write in what you enjoy the most. Any rating is fine.

Daria (Cartoon) - Jane Lane, Daria Morgendorffer, and Quinn Morgendorffer

Deadpan delivery. I really liked the friendships on this show with Daria and Jane, but I really think Quinn and Jane would also be amazing on the level of total snark. Also I’d love to see what Daria and Quinn agree on in those tiny moments when they are getting along. You do not need to include all of the characters I’ve requested in your story.

Daria - I enjoy Daria’s unique take on the world and I like that she’s outside what at the time was considered normal. But I also enjoy that there’s a vulnerability to her sometimes that creeps in around the cynicism. I’d like to see her handling adult life choices like how many days she can spend not leaving the house, what the internet would mean to her, how she can totally handle a credit card and any other story of Daria succeeding or failing the progression to adulthood. Canon level high school stories are fine for this too.

Quinn - I’ve grown to like Quinn more and more over time, she’s set up as a ‘normal girl’ foil for Jane and Daria but I like to think that Quinn has just found the levers that she can pull to get what she wants. It might be easier for her to fit in then it is for Daria but she’s still trapped in what peoples’ expectations of girls are. I’d like to see something that explores the stress of trying to conform to expectations when no box can fit perfectly. Or even how fitting in doesn’t actually get her the things that she really wants.

Jane Lane/Daria Morgendorffer - The way that Daria and Jane make room for each other makes me want to see how they would end up getting together as a couple or how things their relationship would change as they work through a disagreement. I really want one of them to go to college and think that they are leaving their old lives behind for something better only to find that when they meet back up that they missed their friendship more then they realized. And maybe it’s not a friendship but something more? Now with all of their experience they can see how clearly they care for each other and how they don’t want to let that go again.

Scott Pligrim vs. the World (2010) - Knives Chau, Kim Pine, Envy Adams, and Roxy Richter

Kim Pine - Kim Pine seems to have no idea what to do with her life and the raging ball of issues she still carries around with her isn’t helping. I really liked that she was so complex, that she carried a feeling of confusion, that her life was not going the way she wanted, that she drifting through time without goals or purpose. And while the end of the comic gives her some closure I just really want to hear all your ideas as to what life has in store for Kim! Does she get her shit together? Does she make it in music? Start another band or two? Go back to school?

Envy Adams - I really love Envy. She’s petty, mean, and just really self centered but in a way that doesn’t seem evil, she just wasn’t good either. I really want to know what things were like from her point of view. Did she have a good reason for dumping Scott or a bad reason that would make sense? What did she do after the comic/film? Did she get a new band together? Start a clothing line? Become a has-been?

Roxy Richter - She dated Ramona in collage and is a ninja! There’s a lot of stuff that I want to know about that part of her life. I hold the view that Roxy isn’t dead and would be really interested to see what she thought of how everything turned out. More Roxy please!

Knives Chau - Knives, she’s cute, she’s sweet, she feeelllllssss things deeply. She’s also angry and confused and so very much growing up and she’s making things up as she goes. Basically Knives is overflowing with thoughts and emotions. But I really like that she’s both sweet and harsh, that she’ll pick up some daggers and try to fight things out. I would love to see Knives interacting with Envy and/or Kim some more, maybe after all of the things that happen all of them could talk about moving on or even what it means to be an evil ex. I’m also really interested in Knives trying a cheat code, exploring her alternate endings, respawning, or other weird video game issues in the Scott Pilgrim world.

Anya Borzakovskaya - I’d love to see Anya deal with more ghosts or see missing scenes with her and Emily. What happens in the future? Does she learn to embrace who she is and her heritage/family or does she still try to blend in? I’d love to see her deal with college and moving away. Does she share her experiences of the supernatural with anyone?

Emily Reilly - I’d love to see the events from the book from her point of view. What did she think of the modern world and Anya? Did she move on after the events of the book or is she still lurking around? What did she think of Anya’s life and struggles? I think she’d have a pretty interesting perspective.

Siobhan - She’s pretty prickly but I like to think that Siobhan has a lot on her plate struggling to figure out herself. Wearing the boy’s uniform, smoking and being a tough cookie, I’d like to see her encounter the supernatural like Anya did just to see how she’d handle it. Does she freak out? Take it in stride? Call Anya in a panic? Does Anya ever tell Siobhan about her freaky ghost encounter? Would Siobhan just think it was all a big prank?

Elizabeth Standard - I’d love to see Elizabeth get out of her bad relationship. She puts on a happy face for others and is more concerned about appearances than her own happiness but I’d like to see what would push her to the point of letting that stuff go. I felt she was a pretty sympathetic character and would like to also see her deal with the supernatural. How would she handle it?

Siobhan/Elizabeth - Siobhan is sort of a bad girl, I’d love to see her and Elizabeth, the popular girl, hook up. Siobhan and Elizabeth growing closer while trying to handle the supernatural? Shenanigans?

Elizabeth/Anya - I so want this pairing too! I’d love to see them sneak around or is it like fake/pretend dating to get back at Sean? Has Elizabeth been trying to deny that she really likes girls or has it been a thing that she just tries not to think about because of course she likes boys, right? All of the coming of age stories realizing that maybe they’re not straight, with spooky things.

I'd also love to hear about the end of the world! The robots on the moon! Or anything with Future Emily meeting again with Emily Prime, possible time travel to the past for one last conversation while Emily Prime sleeps.

Emily Prime - Anything where Emily Prime mentions something that Future Emily told her and how the adults around her deal with her amazing imagination. How has meeting Future Emily affected Emily Prime, is it a funny story that she tells when she’s wasted? Is it something she thinks about late at night? Does it seem like a dream?

Welcome to my Yuletide 2015 letter. Yuletide is a writing exchange for rare fandoms that happens over the winter holidays. I’m really looking forward to whatever you decide to write for me. I enjoy stories with established relationships, where the sharp edges of the characters remain but the characters fit together. I like restraints and power plays. I’m into snarky characters that bounce back from being pushed down. I’m also way more into Rivals to Lovers then Friends to Lovers.

I’m open to dark themes but I really enjoy it when dark stories can make me laugh. I enjoy crack so feel free to play around. My favorite type of story is one where the normal tropes are subverted in interesting ways. I love stories about music, bands, or musician AUs. Add them into any of these fandoms! I love them!

I love porn! I enjoy characters exploring their bodies, finding out what they fantasizes about, what gets them hot and bothered, also masturbation(I really like masturbation). Both plot driven stories that have a sex and PWP (Plot What Plot) porn are great but I’m also fine if you fade to black on the sex or if the characters just show affection. Jerrica Benton | Jem - Jerrica in the TV show seems really buttoned up but clearly in charge and Jem was a way to let go and be kind of crazy for a little while. I did like that she really wasn’t that different whether she was Jem or Jerrica. Though I do feel like being Jem would cut into being able to run her company and the orphanage, it would be nice to see her delegate some of her responsibilities. Or maybe realize that she’s stretched thin. More Jerrica letting go of control.

Kimber Benton - The little sister, I really want to see Kimber have a rich life outside of Jerrica maybe even a secret life that she just doesn’t share that much. I like that Kimber tried so hard to make “outrageous” a slang word, what other odd slang did she try to get the girls to pick up? She writes all the songs for the band, I’d love to know more about how that works or doesn’t? What does she do in her spare time? Does she ever let go of feeling second fiddle?

Mary ‘Stormer’ Phillips - The goodish girl in a bad girl band, how did she fall in with the Misfits? Were they all friends at school, did she fall in with a bad crowd or does she just like confident mean people, until they turn on her? Tell me your thoughts!

Phyllis “Pizzazz” Gabor - Is a total spoiled brat. I always loved it when she got so mad she would make that high pitched scream. She always seemed to be looking for some sort of validation in life and even when things went her way it felt like it was never enough for her. I’d like to see Pizzazz have the worse day every, where everything goes wrong. Or something where someone surprises her by validating her or her effort and Pizzazz has no idea how to cope.

Kimber Benton/Mary 'Stormer’ Phillips - I was amused that Kimber stepped out from Jem and the Hologram and tried to make her own band with Stormer. What was their dynamic like? Did Stormer go against type and boss Kimber around? Did Kimber praising Stormer and telling her she was great cause Stormer to blush and stammer? Did they kiss or did Stormer just think about it all the time? Tell me all about it.

Phyllis “Pizzazz” Gabor/Jerrica Benton - I like that Jerrica seems like a character that would spank Pizazz, sadly I think Pizazz would probably hate/like that too much. Hot secret attraction. Angry hot make outs, long walks on the beach where Pizazz tries to drown Jerrica, a little arson among frenemies, sure Pizazz tried to oppsy kill Jerrica and her friends multiply times but what if Pizazz just really wants Jerrica to like her. Or someone to like her.

Hannah | Mindfuck - I want to know more about Mindfuck. How different is she from the woman she was before her brother messed with her? Was she actually a bad person like she thinks she was? Or is she just really more afraid that she’ll become like her brother? What does she think of the superhero community when she can hear their thoughts? How does she deal with that?

Theresa | Sistah Spooky - I like that Spooky is a more complex and deep character then just someone that picks on Empowered. I’d like to see more of her introduction into being a superhero or even something about what she does when she first realizes that she has superpowers. How does she first use her powers? Does she have to figure out how to use them? Or does it come easy to her? Does she get back at the girls that made her feel bad? How does she deal with things with Mindfuck?

Kozue Kaburagi | Ninjette - I’m really interested in Ninjette’s sexual missions where she gets it on with women pretending to be other people. There’s a lot of interesting questions there that I’d love to see explored.

Oyuki | Fucking Oyuki-chan - Oyuki has had a pretty harsh past and I’d love to know more about her as a character. What drives her? How does she deal with being a woman in a ninja clan that sees the woman as breeders more than anything else? How has she and Ninjette’s relationship evolved over time? How does she deal with things now that she’s older? What is her true plan? (This character’s canon past includes rape. It’s fine to include and talk about it if you need to for your story, but please don’t center the whole story on a graphic depiction of it.)

Mindfuck/Sistah Spooky - I really want some prebook relationship time with these two! How did they get together? What was their relationship like? First time? But I’m also interested in their break up and even after the events in book 8 (I don’t think that demon was being honest with Spooky at all, not after Mindfuck saved Empowered by staying behind). I’d love to hear your thoughts on that. Fix it fic would also be awesome! I’m just really interested in these two.

Ninjette/Oyuki - This seems like a really messed up pairing and I’m totally there for it. Something dealing with them as younger characters in that terrible ninja clan would be really interesting. Maybe they get together for comfort in a bad situation? Or maybe they try to one up each other? The possibility of them dressed as other characters when they hook up with each other opens a ton of possibilities that would be really cool.

I would also love anything dark for this fandom, zombies, outbreak, vampires, end of the world, aliens attacking, demons. I’m also up for soul bonding, musicians, Victorian, steam punk. Have fun with this.

I’ve finished my Femslash Ex assignment and I’m working on my Trick or Treat story as we speak both of them for fandoms I’m really excited about. I just wish that I was writing faster and that I didn’t feel like I needed to go back and completely rewrite my stories once they are drafted.

Right now the story is done and I like it, but I could completely redo it and it’d be much better. But it’s done. Whines.

There are so many treats I want to write for Femslash Ex, that I really do not want to work on Trick or Treat. I have like four that are planned out. I need more time. How is it already October?

Daria and Quinn Morgendorffer - I'd love to see what can unite these two and make them work together or what if anything they can agree on. It'd be nice to see the two of them take on their parents together. Or if you want to go the other way I'd like to see how their fighting evolves and changes over time. Does it become about adult things or does it get petty and dumb? Maybe they haven't talked to each other in a long time and their family brings them back together.

Steven Universe (Cartoon) - Pearl, Rose Quartz, Connie Maheswaran, Amethyst, Garnet, Jasper, and Lapis Lazuli

Garnet - Garnet is my favorite gem. She seems so in control and cool when she’s in battle and doing physical things but then she’ll totally fail to keep her cool when asked to talk to someone. I like that she does things that are unexpected and that she’s shown as not doing things that you expect as well. Basically she makes me laugh in surprise. I’d love anything that explores Garnet being weird, cool, awkward, talented, strange, dead pan, fun. Give me the little moments or big moments. What does Garnet do for fun? Has she been to a concert? What is an argument that she’s argued about with the other gems for thousands of years? How did she get together with the other gems.

Amethyst - I like that Amethyst is the most emotional and the most unaware of her emotions, and that she really doesn’t want to be aware of them. But she’s still controlled by them all the same. Still she seems to have a long history with Pearl and Garnet and I would love to hear more about it. What were the things on Earth that have had the biggest impacted on Amethyst? What was she like before and when she met the Crystal Gems and how did that meeting go?

Jasper - Jasper is so angry and aggressive yet she’s there to do a job, I just really want to know so much more about her. There are so many unanswered questions. How badly was Jasper defeated by Rose and her army? Was she a big part of the last battle or just a small minon?

Peridot - She is so cold and disconnected. I’d like to see if that was a bug or a feature, and just what would happen if she did connect to anyone else. She looks down on others a lot but is there more to her then that?

Lapis Lazuli - I really want to know more about Lapis’ past. Did she go dark and evil and they trapped her there to save her? Did she put herself in the mirror? Did she think everything was fine as she rampaged out of control? Was she aware when she was a mirror? What was she like as a gem before? Where there a lot of other Lapis gems? Did she fit in? How did she get damaged? What was it like when she returned to the home world planet? How does Lapis view the other gems on Earth? She seems to know them in some fashion.

Jasper/Lapis Lazuli - I love that Lapis is so soft and yet forceful, a small time bomb. Jasper wears her power like a cloak, but can she be brought to her knees? Does she want to be? I’m interested in what other people think of that dynamic. I don’t see this as a fluffy pairing at all. Though if you want to show them doing normal things in their own terrible fashion I’d be interested.

Amethyst/Garnet/Pearl - I really like the relationship of all of three of these ladies. They balance each other and help each other through the good times and hard times. I like that Pearl tries to take care of everyone in her own way even though she wants everything to be structured. While Garnet is the one that can see how things pan out and tries to keep the other two in check. Where as Amethyst acts out to try to get the other two to have fun and remember that they don’t always have to be so serious. Any story about the gems learning something about humans and/or human emotions would be awesome. Or maybe they are tasked with trying to blend into human culture? Bet that they could work the longest at a human job? Dangerous missions as vacations? Enjoy some shapeshifting bed time activities?

Garnet/Pearl - Pearl is always leaning on Garnet for comfort and strength and I would love to see an intimate scene to develop their relationship. Fill in the gaps to their affection outside of the kid friendly show. All of the sexy PWP, please. I just want to see them interact. Does Garnet’s ability to see the future help? Is Pearl concerned about symmetry even when they are together? After the most recent episodes I’d love to see the two of them work through Pearl’s mess up and come out the other side in some way. Even if it’s not a perfect outcome. How does this change their relationship?

Jasper/Peridot - Just a little fraternizing in the workplace. I would think Peridot would be against it or would she think it was just a way to get what she wanted? Would it be something angry or something that followed strict rules? Does Jasper need to be brought down or is it Peridot the one that has to follow orders? Is this a relationship built on force, manipulation, hidden fears, irritation? I’d be interested to see your take on these two characters.

Garnet/Jasper - These two would fight for dominance and how would that go? Which one of them would come out on top? Would there be a punishment? I really enjoyed how pleased both of them were to have a real opponent to fight. And that they could really let loose and not worry. I’d love to see that go more toward something sexual.

Gravity Falls (Cartoon) - Wendy Corduroy, Mabel Pines and Pacifica Northwest

Pacifica Northwest - I like that Pacifica has no context for how regular people live and that the show has been moving her more toward wanting to be someone that has friends and having no idea how to connect to other people outside of money. I’d enjoy something exploring how she doesn’t have people skills but she thinks that she nails it every time.

Pacifica Northwest/Mabel Pines - I think that Pacifica would have a hard time getting across to Mabel that she liked her because of how she just doesn’t quite understand normal people. I’d love to see either Mabel unknowingly drawing Pacifica close to her by the sheer force of her goofy affection, Or maybe Pacifica trying and failing to ask Mabel out by stand offish presents and over the top displays of wealth.

Wendy Corduroy/Mabel Pines/Pacifica Northwest - I’d love the see all three girls work together, using their unique skills to get shit done, each of them adding something to solve a problem, whether that problem is Gravity Falls weirdness or just needing to work together to buy beer (wine! [I think you mean spirits] just not the spooky kind) for a party. It’d be nice to see just how much being together, the three of them, makes their lives so much sweeter and more bright and how they don’t want to be apart.

Scott Pilgrim (Comics) - Knives Chau, Kim Pine, Envy Adams, and Julie Powers

Basically femslash anywhere and everywhere with these ladies. I’m okay with either the Movie or the Comic version of these characters.

Julie Powers - Julie is a total asshole but I’m really amused by her and want to know more about her. What was it like being with Steven? What was their break up like? How did it affect her? I want a deeper look into why she disliked Scott so much and why did she spend so much time with that group of people?

Lisa Miller - I really liked her part in the comic and really want to see more of her relationship with Kim and maybe even Kim’s thoughts on Lisa’s ill advised crush on Scott. Did they talk about it? Kim and Lisa were high school friends I want to know more about that time period. They didn’t talk for 3 weeks after Scott moved away but what happened when they started talking after that?

Knives Chau - Knives, she’s cute, she’s sweet, she feeelllllssss things deeply. She’s also angry and confused and so very much growing up and she’s making things up as she goes. Basically Knives is overflowing with thoughts and emotions. But I really like that she’s both sweet and harsh, that she’ll pick up some daggers and try to fight things out. I would love to see Knives interacting with Envy and/or Kim some more, maybe after all of the things that happen all of them could talk about moving on or even what it means to be an evil ex. I’m also really interested in Knives trying a cheat code, exploring her alternate endings, respawning, or other weird video game issues in the Scott Pilgrim world.

Julie Powers/Envy Adams - They were roommates in college in the comics and they still visit and put up with each other when they are in the same town. I think it would be interesting if Envy crashed at Julie’s place after her boyfriend exploded, what would they do? Would they talk about it? Catch up? Or just blow off some steam. What was their friendship like? Were they really friends? Were they more than friends? Were they Frenemies? Envy started off as a nerd and turned into a person with great fashion sense, but I don’t buy that the nice clothing made her any different. I’m just interested in these two mean people’s lives. I would also really love some steamy angry attraction.

Lisa Miller/Kim Pine - They’re still friends! What happened back in high school when Scott left and they didn’t talk for 3 weeks? Did Lisa pine for just Scott back than or did she also have a thing for Kim? Lisa goes off to be an actress, does she become famous? Do her and Kim meet back up? Is there something more there once they have some time apart or was there always something there under the surface?

Jem and the Holograms - Kimber Benton, Mary 'Stormer’ Phillips, Phyllis “Pizzazz” Gabor, Jerrica Benton.

I’m okay with either the TV show or the new Comic version of these characters, feel free to write for either one. Bands and musician AUs are some of my favorite stories and I think that owes a lot to having watched this show. I’m most interested in the little personal dramas and relationships of the various ladies from the bands.

Darker AUs for this set of characters would also be great.

Original Works - Buff Gentle Gaintess, Petite Spitfire, Arsonist, Fire Elemental, Arrogant Queen, Female Dragon King, and Person With Sexually-Transmitted Monsterism

These are all pretty open concepts so if none of my optional details interested you, feel free to write whatever you want. The only thing I ask is that you make these characters women and I'd prefer no explicit m/f porn (fade to black and referenced het is fine). Other then those two things I will be happy to read whatever you come up with. Here are some ideas if you need them.

Arsonist - What pushes them to set fires? Is a burning desire or is it born of necessity? Are they a superhero that can't help themselves or are they just doing it for the thrill. Are they cursed?

Fire Elemental - Were they trapped in a hellish fire unable to escape or is fire their home and people keep summoning them to help burn things? Do they live near a volcano, hot springs, spirit of the mountain?

Buff Gentle Giantess - I like a buff giant lady that is soft spoken, unsure, and worried that they might hurt someone. Is the rest of her family like her or is she the odd one out? Running away from home or proving that even soft kind people like her can be adventures.

Petite Spitfire - I have a thing for a short lady who takes charge and is in control, this isn’t to say that the Petite Spitfire can’t be soft, kind, girly, and sweet. Just that she will throw down and mess stuff up if pushed. I'd like to see them do either over the top things or simple things in over the top ways.

Arrogant Queen - She thinks very highly of themselves! But I don't want that to be a bad thing. Think Tony Stark, he's an arrogant dick but the writers love him and I want to see that with a women. She's the Queen and worked hard or not hard to get there but she deserves to be there. Or at least is so charming that you forgive her. Still her arrogance is the cause of most of her troubles and I'd love to see how she gets in and out of trouble.

Female Dragon King - She's the King of the Dragons! What does that mean? How does she rule? What is her horde like? Is she a good dragon or does she rule with an iron fist? Does she have tea with knights? Or does she eat them all, except the one she's friends with? Is she a cursed princess who's become the king?

Person With Sexually-Transmitted Monsterism - I see this as a person who becomes a monster/werewolf/vampire after having unprotected sex, they have a STM and they can spread it. What kind of monster are they? How did this happen? Did the condom break? Did their Monster-protection charm wear off? Did the other person tell them if they did it on the new moon that they couldn't get monsterism? What do they do now? Is it actually something that helps them or is it all bad all the time? Is there a pill they can take to keep it under control?

Some pairing ideas!

Buff Gentle Gaintess/Petite Spitfire - Do they meet on an adventure? Or how they started their lives doing the things they want regardless of how people think of them? Maybe run into each other and have a huge misunderstanding. Have they set out on their own, run away from their lives, hidden themselves behind a fake persona? Do they have a fairy tale meeting? In a forest? During a break between classes? At the coffee shop?

Arsonist/Fire Elemental - There's something to accidental friends based on misunderstandings that I could see here. Is the Fire Elemental drawn to the Arsonist because she likes fire or did the Arsonist summon the Fire Elemental by accident and now she can't get her to go away? Or is the Fire Elemental an old prisoner of the family and the Arsonist doesn't want to follow in her families dark footsteps? Or is this a dark tale of D/s, where either of them could be in charge. Is the Arsonist reformed? Does she do Pyrotechnics for a band? Does the Fire Elemental do controlled burns for the government to help with forestry work? Does the Arsonist watch the fires in awe?

Female Dragon King/Arsonist - They both like to set fires! Or is the King in need of someone to help relight the Dragon’s Fire which is either their own inner fire, their breath, or maybe its the kingdom’s fire?

Petite Spitfire/ Female Dragon King - She’s a little firebrand and the other is a small human with a firey disposition! They get alone like fire and more fire! Was the petite spitfire a princess? Or a knight that just doesn’t care for the way knights do things?

Person With Sexually-Transmitted Monsterism/Female Dragon King - This seems like it could be interesting. Is the Dragon King immune to the STM? Or is the person now so monsterous that they can't live in the human world but are super attractive to monsters now.

Ugh! I want all the pairings on this! Sorry writer I’m going to stop here but please feel free to match any of these women together and write a story exploring how their relationship would or would not work.

Welcome to my Femslashex letter. Femslashex is an exchange focused on Femslash pairings and I’m really looking forward to whatever you decide to write for me. I’m on AO3 as ViolentFlowers and I’m a lurker who would like to write more.

Likes! I like stories about women characters. I enjoy getting to know them and the world as they see it. I love femslash. I’m open to dark themes and I like to laugh even in darker stories. I enjoy crack. I like porn. My favorite type of story is one where the normal tropes are subverted in interesting ways. I like established relationships where the sharp edges of the characters remain but the characters still fit together and they make each other happy. I like restraints and power plays. I’m into snarky characters that bounce back from being pushed down. I’m also way more into Rivals to Lovers then Friends to Lovers. I enjoy characters exploring their bodies, finding out what they fantasizes about, what gets them hot and bothered, also masturbation(I really like masturbation). My favorite type of story is Band or musician AUs, throw them into any of these fandoms! I love them!

I’m super okay with porn and PWP (Plot What Plot) but I’m also fine if you fade to black on the sex or if the characters just show affection to each other. Hugs, hand holding, kissing, support, and love are also great! If for whatever reason you don’t want to write porn please don’t force yourself, I love the bond that characters can have with each other when they love each other and that doesn’t have to be detailed porn… unless you like that.

Do Not Wants - I do not want dudes raping women. I’m okay with rape in other aspects. I do not want watersports or scat.

Daria (Cartoon) - Jane Lane/Daria Morgendorffer and Jane Lane/Quinn Morgendorffer

Deadpan delivery. I really liked the friendships on this show with Daria and Jane, but I really think Quinn and Jane would also be amazing on the level of total snark.

Quinn - I’ve grown to like Quinn more and more over time, she’s set up as a 'normal girl’ foil for Jane and Daria but I like to think that Quinn has just found the levers that she can pull to get what she wants. It might be easier for her to fit in then it is for Daria but she’s still trapped in what peoples’ expectations of girls are. I’d like to see something that explores the stress of trying to conform to expectations when no box can fit perfectly.

Steven Universe (Cartoon) - Pearl/Rose Quartz, Connie Maheswaran/Pearl, Amethyst/Garnet/Pearl, Garnet/Pearl, Jasper/Peridot, and Jasper/Lapis Lazuli (optional pairing: Garnet/Jasper)

Connie Maheswaran/Pearl - Future fic please where Connie is older. Pearl is so very hard on herself but I'd love to see Pearl realize by watching Connie grow up and help out, that you don’t have to be strong to have worth. Of course that might not be enough so maybe a little extra push from Connie might help. I just really want a Teacher/Student relationship where the student is doing the seducing and the comforting. Though if you want to go the other way, I wouldn't mind Pearl seducing Connie. I don’t think Pearl will ever really get over Rose but I think she has room in her heart to love other people. I would be very interested in first dates, didn't realize they were dating, gifts to show affections, unneeded acts of heroic protection, cultural missunderstandings, or maybe Connie teaching Pearl some new tricks.

Garnet/Pearl - Pearl is always leaning on Garnet for comfort and strength and I would love to see an intimate scene to develop their relationship. Fill in the gaps to their affection outside of the kid friendly show. All of the sexy PWP, please. I just want to see them interact. Does Garnet’s ability to see the future help? Is Pearl concerned about symmetry even when they are together? After the most recent episodes I'd love to see the two of them work through Pearl's mess up and come out the other side in some way. Even if it's not a perfect outcome. How does this change their relationship?

Jasper/Peridot - Just a little fraternizing in the workplace. I would think Peridot would be against it or would she think it was just a way to get what she wanted? Would it be something angry or something that followed strict rules? Does Jasper need to be brought down or is it Peridot the one that has to follow orders? Kim Pine - Kim Pine seems to have no idea what to do with her life and the raging ball of issues she still carries around with her isn’t helping. I really liked that she was so complex, that she carried a feeling of confusion, that her life was not going the way she wanted, that she drifting through time without goals or purpose. And while the end of the comic/movie gives her some closer I just really want to hear all your ideas as to what life has in store for Kim! Does she get her shit together? Does she make it in music? Start another band or two? Go back to school?

Or did they drift apart only to meet up later in life and find themselves once more drawn to each? But this time are the roles reversed and Kim is the one looking up to Knives or is Knives still looking like Kim is the sun in her sky? Does Knives at least knock Kim off balance by how far she’s come? Or are they both down on their luck? Has life knocked them around so much that they actually end up hooking up without even recognizing each other? Just another drunken one night stand, only surprise, it’s that person that they haven’t thought about in forever-- That person they couldn’t stop thinking about.

Jem and the Holograms - Kimber Benton/Mary 'Stormer' Phillips and Phyllis "Pizzazz" Gabor/Jerrica Benton.

Kimber Benton/Mary 'Stormer' Phillips - I was amused that Kimber stepped out from Jem and the Hologram and tried to make her own band with Stormer. What was their dynamic like? Did Stormer go against type and boss Kimber around? Did Kimber praising Stormer and telling her she was great cause Stormer to blush and stammer? Did they kiss or did Stormer just think about it all the time? Tell me all about it.

Phyllis "Pizzazz" Gabor/Jerrica Benton - I like that Jerrica seems like a character that would spank Pizazz, sadly I think Pizazz would probably hate/like that too much. Hot secret attraction. Angry hot make outs, long walks on the beach where Pizazz tries to drown Jerrica, a little arson among frenemies, sure Pizazz tried to oppsy kill Jerrica and her friends multiply times but what if Pizazz just really wants Jerrica to like her. Or someone to like her.

Jerrica Benton/Synergy - For some reason I really like the idea of Jerrica and Synergy playing around with the hologram at making or becoming other people. Putting on a hologram of one of Jerrica’s friends maybe and exploring a bit at home. Or making a hologram of Jem and having her do things, playing around with tech in weird ways. So many options to explore there.

Darker AUs for this set of characters would also be great.

I'm also interested in the difference between how a person "turned against their will" and one that's "always been a werewolf" would deal with each other and their baggage. I'm down with either werewolves are monsters that have to be controlled dark fic or werewolves are like people neither good or bad fic. Give me a Werewolf support group, or a high school reunion, maybe they were already dating before Newly Turned gets turned, maybe they think they hate each other but they don't, or maybe they work at the same place?

Are they at odds with each other or do they have to work together? Are they old friends that have drifted apart? Or is it all just an accident that they are drawn to each other, maybe destiny, or just a love potion gone wrong?

Daria - I enjoy Daria’s unique take on the world and like that she’s outside what at the time was considered normal. I’d like to see her handling adult life choices like how many days she can spend not leaving the house, what the internet would mean to her, how she can totally handle a credit card and any other story of Daria succeeding or failing the progression to adulthood. Canon level high school stories are fine for this too.

Steven Universe (Cartoon) - Pearl/Rose Quartz, Garnet/Jasper, Amethyst/Garnet/Pearl, Garnet/Pearl, Jasper/Peridot, and Jasper/Lapis Lazuli

Garnet - Garnet is my favorite gem. She seems so in control and cool when she’s in battle and doing physical things but then she’ll totally fail to keep her cool when asked to talk to someone. I like that she does things that are unexpected and that she’s shown as not doing things that you expect as well. Basically she makes me laugh in surprise. I’d love anything that explores Garnet being weird, cool, awkward, talented, strange, dead pan, fun. Give me the little moments or big moments. And if you want to explore her relationship with herself I’d really like that as well. What does Garnet do for fun? Has she been to a concert? What is an argument that she’s argued about with the other gems for thousands of years? How did she get together with the other gems.

Jasper/Lapis Lazuli - I love that Lapis is so soft and yet forceful, a small time bomb. Jasper wears her power like a cloak, but can she be brought to her knees? Does she want to be? I’m interested in what other people think. I don’t see this as a fluffy pairing at all. Though if you want to show them doing normal things in their own terrible fashion I’d be interested.

Amethyst/Garnet/Pearl - I really like the relationship of all of three of these ladies. They balance each other and help each other through the good times and hard times. I like that Pearl tries to take care of everyone in her own way even though she wants everything to be structured. While Garnet is the one that can see how things pan out and tries to keep the other two in check . Where as Amethyst acts out to try to get the other two to have fun and remember that they don’t always have to be so serious. Any story about the gems learning something about humans and/or human emotions would be awesome.

Gravity Falls (Cartoon) - Wendy Corduroy/Mabel Pines, Pacifica Northwest/Mabel Pines, and Wendy Corduroy/Mabel Pines/Pacifica Northwest

Mabel Pines - I love how upbeat and joyful Mabel is in the face of complete weirdness. Even when things look really bleak she tries to see the silver lining. If you’d like to do Mabel by herself, something exploring a past/future success or triumph would be great, even if the triumph is blown out of proportion, imaginary friend, or future self inflicted.

Wendy Corduroy - I love Wendy’s down to earth style and uncaring attitude she’s aloof and yet every now and then you can see that she craves the approval of others. If you’d like to do Wendy by herself, something exploring how Wendy doesn’t fit in to her own family or how she actually really fits in but still feels like she doesn’t. It’d also be fun to explore the idea that maybe Wendy has seen but noped out of some of the weirder Gravity Falls oddities much like how she bailed on the Mystery Shack when the FBI showed up.

Shana Elmsford - Used to be shy, and still isn’t the most outgoing of the Holograms. What else could she have been shy about? Secret loves? She wants to be a fashion designer and she has access to the most incredible tool in Synergy to make and explore that talent. She could put patterns into the machine and see how they’d look on people right away. Change her outfits at any time. Did she make clothes for the other girls when they were younger?

Shana Elmsford/Aja Leith - Aja is usually pretty upfront with her crushes but something about trying to ask Shana out is really difficult. It doesn’t help that they’ve known each other forever and it would be terrible for everyone if it went badly. Shana wants to ask, but she’s too shy, can’t speak.

Darker AUs for this set of characters would also be great.

Gerard uses this connection, after Derek loses his pack/is de-powered saving Cora, to bring Derek to heel and make him obey.

Likes! I like stories about women characters. I enjoy getting to know them and the world as they see it. I love femslash. I'm open to dark themes and I like to laugh even in darker stories. I enjoy crack. My favorite type of story is one where the normal tropes are subverted in interesting ways. I like established relationships where the sharp edges of the characters remain but the characters still fit together and they make each other happy. I like restraints and power plays. I'm into snarky characters that bounce back from being pushed down. I'm also way more into Rivals to Lovers then Friends to Lovers. I enjoy characters exploring their bodies, finding out what they fantasizes about, what gets them hot and bothered, and masturbation. My favorite type of story is Band or musician AUs, throw them into any of these fandoms! I love them!

I'm okay with either the TV show or the new Comic version of these characters, feel free to write for either one. Bands and musician AUs are some of my favorite stories and I think that owes a lot to having watched this show. I'm most interested in the little personal dramas and relationships of the various ladies from the bands.

Jerrica and Pizazz - I like that Jerrica seems like a character that would spank Pizazz, sadly I think Pizazz would probably hate/like that too much. Hot secret attraction. Angry hot make outs, long walks on the beach where Pizazz tries to drown Jerrica, a little arson among frenemies, sure Pizazz tried to oppsy kill Jerrica and her friends multiply times but what if Pizazz just really wants Jerrica to like her. Or someone to like her.

Jerrica Benton | Jem - Jerrica in the TV show seems really buttoned up but clearly in charge and Jem was a way to let go and be kind of crazy for a little while. I did like that she really wasn't that different whether she was Jem or Jerrica. For some reason I really like the idea of her playing at being other people. Putting on a hologram of one of her friends maybe and exploring a bit at home. Or making a hologram of Jem and having her do things, playing around with tech in weird ways. So many options to explore there with any of her friends.

Kimber Benton - The little sister, I really want to see Kimber have a rich life outside of Jerrica maybe even a secret life that she just doesn't share that much. I like that Kimber tried so hard to make "outrageous" a slang word, what other odd slang did she try to get the girls to pick up? I was amused that Kimber stepped out and tried to make her own way with Stormer. What was their dynamic like? Did Stormer go against type and boss Kimber around? Did Kimber praising Stormer and telling her she was great cause Stormer to blush and stammer? Tell me all about it.

Shana Elmsford - Used to be shy, and still isn't the most outgoing of the Holograms. What else could she have been shy about? Secret loves? She wants to be a fashion designer and she has access to the most incredible tool in Synergy to make and explore that talent. She could put patterns into the machine and see how they'd look on people right away. Change her outfits at any time. Did she make clothes for the other girls when they were younger?

Mary 'Stormer' Phillips - The goodish girl in a bad girl band, how did she fall in with the Misfits? Were they all friends at school, did she fall in with a bad crowd or does she just like confident mean people, until they turn on her? Tell me your thoughts! I'd also love to know more about Stormer's time with Kimber when they were their two person band. Did they kiss or did Stormer just think about it all the time?

Darker AUs for this set of characters would also be great.

Daria (Cartoon) - Jane Lane, Daria Morgendorffer, Quinn Morgendorffer

Deadpan delivery. Femslash porn would be awesome if you are interested in that, I ship both Jane/Daria or Quinn/Jane (no incest please). I really liked the friendships on this show with Daria and Jane but I think Quinn and Jane would be amazing on the level of total snark.

Daria - I enjoy Daria's unique take on the world and like that she's outside what at the time was considered normal. But I also enjoy that there's a vulnerability to her sometimes that creeps in around the cynicism. If you'd like to write Daria by herself, I'd like to see her handling adult life choices like how many days she can spend not leaving the house, what the internet would mean to her, how she can totally handle a credit card and any other story of Daria succeeding or failing the progression to adulthood. Canon level high school stories are fine for this too.

Jane - I have a big thing for confident characters and Jane is overflowing with confident disdain. If you'd like to write Jane by herself, I'd like to see her go somewhere unexpected with her art. Make a joke piece only to be stuck making that type of art instead of other more personal art, dealing with critics, dealing with other artists, professional jealousy!

Quinn - I've grown to like Quinn more and more over time, she's set up as a 'normal girl' foil for Jane and Daria but I like to think that Quinn has just found the levers that she can pull to get what she wants. It might be easier for her to fit in then it is for Daria but she's still trapped in what peoples' expectations of girls are. If you'd like to write Quinn by herself, something that explores the stress of trying to conform to expectations when no box can fit perfectly.

I would also love anything dark for this fandom, zombies, outbreak, vampires, end of the world, demons, basically anything that makes these three women have to work together or use their unique personalities to survive and thrive. I'm also up for soul bonding, musicians, Victorian, steam punk. Have fun with this.

Steven Universe (Cartoon) - Lapis Lazuli & Jasper, Pearl & Garnet & Amethyst, Garnet, Lapis Lazuli My favorite gem is Garnet but I ship all of them to each other in any femslash combo, including as an OT3.

Lapis Lazuli & Jasper - I love that Lapis is so soft and yet forceful, a small time bomb. Jasper wears her power like a cloak, but can she be brought to her knees? Does she want to be? I'm interested in what other people think. I don't see this as a fluffy pairing at all. Though if you want to show them doing normal things in their own terrible fashion I'd be interested.

Pearl & Garnet & Amethyst - I really like the relationship of all of three of these ladies. They balance each other and help each other through the good times and hard times. I like that Pearl tries to take care of everyone in her own way even though she wants everything to be structured. While Garnet is the one that can see how things pan out and tries to keep the other two in check . Where as Amethyst acts out to try to get the other two to have fun and remember that they don't always have to be so serious. Any story about the gems learning something about humans and/or human emotions would be awesome. Maybe they think they are doing human dating rituals correctly but have it totally wrong.

Garnet - Garnet is my favorite gem. She seems so in control and cool when she's in battle and doing physical things but then she'll totally fail to keep her cool when asked to talk to someone. I like that she does things that are unexpected and that she's shown as not doing things that you expect as well. Basically she makes me laugh in surprise. I'd love anything that explores Garnet being weird, cool, awkward, talented, strange, dead pan, fun. Give me the little moments or big moments. And if you want to explore her relationship with herself I'd really like that as well. What does Garnet do for fun? Has she been to a concert? What is an argument that she's argued about with the other gems for thousands of years? How did she get together with the other gems.

Lapis Lazuli - I really want to know more about Lapis' past. Did she go dark and evil and they trapped her there to save her? Did she put herself in the mirror? Did she think everything was fine as she rampaged out of control? Was she aware when she was a mirror? What was she like as a gem before? Where there a lot of other Lapis gems? Did she fit in? How was she damaged? What was it like when she returned to the home world planet? How does Lapis view the other gems on Earth? She seems to know them in some fashion.

Gravity Falls - Mabel Pines, Pacifica Northwest, Wendy Corduroy

I'd love the see all three girls work together using their unique skills, each of them adding something to solve a problem, whether that problem is Gravity Falls weirdness or just needing to work together to buy beer (wine! [I think you mean spirits] just not the spooky kind) for a party. I do ship both Mabel/Wendy and Mabel/Pacifica and I'd love to see a little something exploring either relationship. But if you only want to write them as singles that'd be great as well.

Mabel Pines - I love how upbeat and joyful Mabel is in the face of complete weirdness. Even when things look really bleak she tries to see the silver lining. If you'd like to do Mabel by herself, something exploring a past/future success or triumph would be great, even if the triumph is blown out of proportion, imaginary friend, or future self inflicted.

Wendy Corduroy - I love Wendy's down to earth style and uncaring attitude she's aloof and yet every now and then you can see that she craves the approval of others. If you'd like to do Wendy by herself, something exploring how Wendy doesn't fit in to her own family or how she actually really fits in but still feels like she doesn't. It'd also be fun to explore the idea that maybe Wendy has seen but noped out of some of the weirder Gravity Falls oddities much like how she bailed on the Mystery Shack when the FBI showed up.

Pacifica Northwest - I like that Pacifica has no context for how regular people live and that the show has been moving her more toward wanting to be someone that has friends and having no idea how to connect to other people outside of money. If you'd like to do Pacifica by herself, something exploring how she doesn't have people skills but she thinks that she nails it every time.

Alternatively a really dark Gravity Falls where the Zombie apocalypse happens, Vampires kill off/turn half the town, one of the three finds an object that makes them drunk with power and they succeed in taking over the town, or maybe Bill takes over and these three unlikely women try to save/survive the town would be neat. A happy ending is not required for this darker Gravity Fall idea and porn or crack for this idea would make me giggle in glee.

Scott Pilgrim (Comics) - Envy & Kim, Julie & Envy, Knives Chau

I'm okay with either the Movie or the Comic version of these characters, feel free to write for either one.

Envy & Kim - In no way do I think this meeting of minds would be friendly, but I have a burning desire to have Envy and Kim hang out together and (possibly)have a pissed off make out session, or angry hate sex. Maybe during the Scott Pilgrim movies' Chaos theater preparation/rehearsal/sound check or maybe after Kim has hit the big time as a musician/music writer/professional shit talker/producer who runs into Envy at an event. If you want to add Julie or Knives into the mix I'd be okay with that too.

Julie & Envy - They were roommates in college in the comics and they still visit and put up with each other when they are in the same town. I think it would be interesting if Envy crashed at Julie's place after her boyfriend exploded, what would they do? Would they talk about it? Catch up? Or just blow off some steam. What was their friendship like? Were they really friends? Were they more than friends? Were they Frenemies? Envy started off as a nerd and turned into a person with great fashion sense, but I don't buy that the nice clothing made her any different. I'm just interested in these two mean people's lives. I would also really love some steamy angry attraction.

Knives Chau - Knives, she's cute, she's sweet, she feeelllllssss things deeply. She's also angry and confused and so very much growing up and she's making things up as she goes. Basically Knives is overflowing with thoughts and emotions. But I really like that she's both sweet and harsh, that she'll pick up some daggers and try to fight things out. I would love to see Knives interacting with Envy and/or Kim some more, maybe after all of the things that happen all of them could talk about moving on or even what it means to be an evil ex. If you'd like to do Knives by herself, I'd be really interested in Knives trying a cheat code, exploring her alternate endings, respawning, or other weird video game issues in the Scott Pilgrim world. I ship Knives/Kim.

Broken Age - Dead Eye Courtney & Dead Eye Dawn, Meriloft Maiden | Twyla, Teleporter | Melanie, Vella Tartine

Dead Eye Courtney & Dead Eye Dawn - These two jokers are pretty interesting, what other things have they worshiped? How do they spend their down time? Did they encounter Twyla when they went to Meriloft? Who are they really?

Meriloft Maiden | Twyla - I like her depressed unhappy outlook in life and her outfit. What was she like before the Mog showed up? Did she fit in? Was she the weird one or were all the Meriloft maidens even more mopey?

Teleporter | Melanie - The teleporters keep messing up things, making things smaller or larger suggesting you might lose or gain body part parts or end up somewhere else. This could go in many directions that should probably never be explored... feel free to explore them! The Teleporters do have personalities so what are their hopes and dreams? Are they messing up on purpose or is there more to them than their cold mechanical shells?

Vella Tartine - I just really want more stuff about Vella and her history. Tell me all about growing up or spin me a new tale about what she does after the game. I like her head strong way of throwing herself into things and going against the grain of what people want of her. I'd love to have her and Twyla hang out more.

I'd love some weird porn for any combo of these characters but I'm fine without if you don't want to go down that path.

Writing woes

Now that Yuletide is done and over I'm trying to get back in the zone of writing. I'm really happy that I did manage to write a story that was over 5,000 words and was explicit, which considering my slow writing and mostly tame output is an accomplishment. I did push my writing right to the edge of the deadline though and didn't get a chance to write any treats at all even though I had a list. I should probably at least finish the half done treat I have hanging around.

I'm thinking of signing up for Rare Ship Swap but I'm not sure rushing to a deadline is the best way to get me to write. I sort of just want to treat people but I feel like having a deadline gives me the structure that I need to be motivated. I nominated some ships though so if I do sign up I'll have some fandoms I like on the list.

Still thinking about it, thankfully sign ups aren't for at least another week.

Things to avoid when writing Femslash

Was looking at FF.net and ran across some painful Femslash so I thought I'd offer a helpful tip.

When two ladies kiss, don't slide in a dude just so they can comment about how hot lesbians are. Is your story about that gross inappropriate dude? No? Then resist this urge. Instead let one of the ladies think about how the kiss feels to her. That gets across the idea that things are HOT without the oddness of a random dude needing to comment on a quiet moment.

Extra bonus tip: Women don't have to take off all of their clothes to masturbate. In fact there are a few ways to masturbate completely clothed. Just putting that out there and sliding it across the table.

Now that the stories for Yuletide have been reveled here's the story I wrote this year! I love Scott Pilgrim and it was so much fun to write this. Sadly I wanted to write soooo many things and didn't. I need to get back in the saddle!

They just showed that the Gems' gems can be damaged and when that happens it changes their bodies in uncontrollable ways. This seems like an excellent excuse for a story with tentacles or body horror... whether this means that the other gems freak out and try to capture the one with tentacles, or the one with tentacles starts turning into a monster, or the one with tentacles experiments with their new sense/feeling organs, or maybe even the others try to pretend that everything's okay while the one with tentacles causes a ton of collateral damage, it's up to you. This could be gen, porn, grim dark, super crack, or some combo in between. I don't need all three girls in the story if you have a good idea that just uses two of them.

As for really optional ideas, any story about Lapis Lazuli and what her life was like before or as a mirror would be interesting. Did she go dark and evil and they trapped her there to save her? Did she know that she was damaged and put herself in the mirror. Did she think everything was fine as she rampaged out of control? There are a lot of unanswered questions that could be explored if you want.

The Mechanic (2011) - Arthur Bishop, Steve McKenna

This is my dude slash fandom and I'm really interested in a story that explores the two main leads relationship. I'm totally open for porn but I don't mind a story without. The way that Arthur is so meticulous and careful clashes with how out of control Steve is with everything. And yet I felt like Arthur was one of the only people who just let Steve be himself with all of his hard edges. I get the feeling that Steve has always been told that he does everything wrong but Arthur just lets him mess up and doesn't care about the mess so much as making sure everything still gets taken care of.

I really liked what they were doing with that angle and then there was the films ending and I think they completely betrayed their whole set up. Just really the ending was not what I wanted. I'd rather you just pretended that instead of ending where Steve tries to kill Arthur and Arthur apparently was building a bomb since the very beginning of the film, that something else happens. They have a fight, they start an 'I almost killed you but instead here's a note, chase me' period of their friendship, they talk it out, Steve and Arthur destroy the house having hate sex, they actually share their feelings about Steve's father, I don't know anything! except what actually happened in the ending.

Scott Pilgrim (Comics) - Kim Pine, Envy Adams, Knives Chau, Julie Powers

All of the love for the Scott Pilgrim ladies! There are so many of them and I love them all. I've narrowed my choices down to four and I like them in any combo, even all together. You don't have to use every character I suggested but I'd love them together in pairings or threesomes or poly. Basically femslash anywhere and everywhere with these ladies. I'm okay with either the Movie or the Comic version of these characters.

I love to see what happens between Knives and Kim, was that drunken kiss the only kiss that they shared and it keeps Knives up at night, or did that blossom into a relationship. I could also see Kim ending up having to deal with Julie after Stephen and her split up, not that Kim wants to help Julie, possibly Kim can't get rid of her. To be honest I love stories about musicians and bands so please feel free to play around. All of these ladies in a band? Awesome! These girls in all rival bands? Even better. Julie is the manager of Envy's new band? Yes! Have fun.

***NEW*** Broken Age (Video Game) - Vella Tartine

I love Vella's part of the story and enjoyed how she keeps thinking of ways to get rid of the monster that everyone else just wants to appease. I thought it was really neat that all the various cities all had different ways to sacrifice the Maidens. My favorite of the Maidens Vella meets is the bird girl in the cloud city. The idea of the girls being birds and trapped in cages is a great visual for being trapped in a role and I really wished there had been more dialog between them.

Anything from Vella's POV would be be great. I like the idea that instead of the regular plot if Vella gathered together all the other maidens and convinced them to help her attack Mog Chothra. Or maybe something cute with Vella and her family before the start of the game? I'm also down with adorable femslash though I don't have a strong pairing choice for her other then the previously mentioned Bird Maiden.

I would also be down with something darker and more sinister if you wanted to write that. Maybe even porn with Mog Chothra and it's tentacles? Or an apocalypse type ending where she doesn't defeat Mog Chothra? I'm even down for crack if you have an interesting idea, personally I love Band/musician AUs.
