Hi again. Just a small update. Good and Bad News.

Sorry my return to sims is a slow one. I haven't had a chance to sit and play. Work drains the crap out of me and I've been extremely busy this week.

I usually would start with the bad news but good news first.

GOOD NEWS: I got my learners permit after 1000 years of procrastinating. I was embarrassed to admit I couldn't drive tbh. Well, your gurl passed the test on the first try. I will be taking driving lessons from my dad and driving school very soon. So yes, I may be burning rubber on a road near you. Apologies in advance. 🤪

BAD NEWS: OK Roxie (my dog) went to the vet. She's OK, sort of. She came home with us and is on meds, but we found out some stuff. She has a heart murmur and has been put on two meds for her heart. Doc also felt her abdomen and said her spleen appeared to be enlarged. Said she may have a mass on her spleen. Basically, it could be cancer. He didn't say the C word, but mass usually means the c word. At less it's benign, which I doubt since she rapidly lost 10 pounds and is usually a chunk. They sent out blood work, and I'm waiting to hear back. I'm scared out of my mind. I know her time is coming eventually, but my heart will break if I have to do the E word. I will do what's best for her, though, if I have to. I just hope I'm wrong and it just migrated fat or something.

Update on blogspot but I'm ok. I'm safe and doing well. :)

I also have internet access on my PC now and new speakers. Sims prehaps? Updating my graphics drivers as we speak.

I got two dead weights off me today. I still mourn my grandmother but I feel free. I feel alive. I feel confident. I feel like a cloud has lifted.

I'm coming back to sim community soon. I've been struggling mentally and financially. Things are looking up now tho. Hopefully, it continues. 🙏🏾

I take back everything I said about the amazing Interview with the Vampire series.

I've been watching it. Sam Reid IS Lestat. Tom who? Jacob is amazing as Louis. And they made aged up Claudia work! The race and era change also works.

And omg I never imagined I would live to see a Lestat and Louis sex scene. What world am I living in?!

This shit got me in my feels now tho. That last episode ruined me. This show is crazy good despite them changing shit though. Bravo to Jacob, Sam, Bailey, and the writers for pulling this off.

P.S. I even like older Daniel. Interesting take on the boy reporter.

“Toss a coin to your Witcher”

SEASON ONE

PART ONE

I had a wonderful time creating my The Witcher rendition. It was supposed to be one post, but I ended up splitting it up into several. Creating Geralt, Jaskier, Yennefer, Cirilla and Vesemir in sim form was really hard. Roach was easy to make :) Soooo cute!  I paused the Netflix show and took over 90 screenshots to help me pick what scenes I wanted to mimic. All scenes are in order of appearance. I built the scenery and rooms to match the screenshots taken. I must have gone through 100s of sims poses to capture the exact looks. I also used invisible lights to match the lighting. I tried to mimic the scenes as close as I could. I am proud of the outcome.

There will be several Witcher posts. All seasons will be done over time.

RL ramble. Currently waiting for the other shoe to drop but two dumbasses are going get their just dessert soon hopefully. Then I'm going just laugh and laugh. I deserve a laugh and win this year. It's been a hard year and I (along with dad) deserve a freaking big ass W.

Yo! Look who's back. 😀

Ice, wind and snow. Rise my scarlet queen. Crimson droplets fall. Let the blood flow. Spatters riddle the scene. Dance, be marry you all. I had great fun creating in red and white. I used a snow world for my setting. An OMSP resizer was used to make the queen larger than her summoners. If you look close, she has a human heart in her hand. Headless beauties dance around her holding their heads. Terrain paint and blood splatter rugs that are made into a mandala. Tried to catch the shadows in the daylight shot :)

Why hello again! I'm working now. 📦

I'm going be swole after awhile at this job. 💪🏾 I'm working at Amazon at the moment pulling pallets and staging. Some of the pallets are taller than me but I was doing my thing yesterday. I'm sure most my older coworkers think I'm a dummy but I'm going get better and get me some money while doing it. 🤑

But don't blame me if y'all don't get your packages. 😆

P.S. I'm also working nightshift so I'm tired asf from last night. I saw the sunrise even. So yeah I'm going pass out.

Hi again?

Most of you probably forgot about me but I'm alive damn it! My grandmother death took a toll on me. I fell into a deep cycle of depression and anger over her lost. Also developed insomnia. I also wondered if I had covid at some point because my hair broke off/fell out around that time. Either it was that or the sheer stress of everything. So yeah I'm rocking sort of a bob despite wanting long purple hair for the summer. ☹️ My house is also showing more damage since getting partially flooded. It's depressing to look at. I haven't been able to move unfortunately due to the housing crisis here and the insane amount of rent landlords want. I got a new job and I go into work Sunday though so I hope I can move soon with the added income. Hopefully, by July I can start posting new sim related content here. 🤞🏾 Much love to you all and happy simming! ❤
