   IT HAD BEEN A FEW days since the ball, since dohyun and xiaosi had ended the night in his bed, pure euphoria for hours upon end. he didn’t kick xiaosi out after, per se, but they both knew it was easier just to part ways instead of waking up tangled up and making more of a mess than necessary. somehow as he left, xiaosi seemed to have left some of his stuff at dohyuns apartment, but with the busy schedules of the two of them the only time for them to meet up was when dohyun was at olympus, making sure everything ran smoothly. 

a text alerted him to xiaosi’s arrival so he makes his way from his office ( where he very much was watching the video cameras to make sure people didn’t become too curious ) to the club downstairs. the lights were changing, the music was pumping and the crowd seemed to be having the best time of their lives, and even in the midst of the commotion he was able to easily spot xiaosi standing by the bar. he makes his way over, hand slipping around the boys waist from behind as he leans down where his lips are right next to his ear. “ you know, if you wanted to see me again you could have just called, i didn’t need the parting gift. ” / @vibrctos

––––––– 「   the noise coming from the swarm of people moving around him, and against each other, was almost enough to drown out any words coming xiaosi’s way if he hadn’t been expecting to hear such a familiar voice.    “    yeah, well i didn’t realize that collecting all of my own clothes on the way out would mean going on a scavenger hunt through your apartment.   ”   xiaosi smirked, eyes moving to trace the profile of the taller boy’s face as the flashing lights danced across it.    “   you know, if you wanted to see me again you didn’t have to keep half my suit from the other night.   ”

                   xiaosi wasn’t used to coming to the club which such specific intentions  ––  or simple ones, given that he really hadn’t contacted dohyun for much else besides to return his clothing for once.  xiaosi much preferred to tag along whenever an invitation was extended to him and in his own true fashion, see where that took him. it just so happened that more and more regularly, that destination seemed to be anywhere that either he or dohyun figured that no one would be too excited to interrupt them. xiaosi glanced back at the bar already packed with people waiting shoulder to shoulder for a drink, something that he had held off on getting for himself until then. he laughed, already finding trying to make any sort of small talk for once slightly ridiculous,   “    sorry if i pulled you away from work, though. it really seems like this place is already falling down without you locked away in that office.   ”    」

kicking two people out of her bar & grill was never her thing. but when they got into a fight and as they called it, accidentally punched her while she tried breaking it up? that was when she had had it. a sigh escaping her lips, she sat on the stool as she pressed the ice pack to her cheek. “stupid ass people.” she muttered. it wasn’t like her to be pissed off. anyone who knew hana knew that she was almost always in a good mood. “you’d think they would have taken the fight outside, but heaven for fucking bid, they had to fight in here.  assholes. both of them. ”

    “ PEOPLE FEEL ENTITLED TO EVERYTHING. ” he hums as he gets himself comfortable in his seat again. “ i mean, you’ve met … us. ” dohyun was trying to allude to the elephant in the room, the one that only a few people in the room knew about. his hand picks up his other glass of champagne and leans back in his chair, his leg crossing over the other as he looks at the other. “ we should just tell people different stories, to confuse the hell out of everyone.” he chuckles to himself at the thought of the two of them going around and purposely telling everyone crazy made up stories. “ or we could get hammered out of our minds and make our own fun. ” he proposes, raising his eyebrows slightly, hoping that the other got what he meant.

––––––– 「  unfortunately you’re not fucking wrong, xiaosi could feel himself let out a heavy breath when he heard dohyun’s statement. his eyebrows raised when he recalled how true the other man’s words were. thankfully, he cracked a smile afterwards, tilting his head in agreement as he knocked back the rest of his champagne.   “   please, i could add a whole lot more names to our list that could use some adjustment.   ”   xiaosi laughed, his eyes already glancing away from dohyun in search of another drink for them to share. he looked back at his companion, a smirk already cocked across lips at the suggestion.   “   it certainly would beat trying to get a conversation out of anyone else here,   ”   xiaosi reached past dohyun to grab them another set of drinks, replacing their champagne almost as quickly as the other man had downed his previous glass.   “   we might need to find something a little stronger pretty soon though, hyun.   ”   」

––––––– 「  xiaosi couldn’t help but let out a short laugh, however soft, at the older man’s comment once the coat was draped over his narrow frame.   “   what ?  you don’t think this fits ?  ”   he glanced back over at akira, gesturing with hand still holding his fresh cigarette to show just how large the sleeve alone was on him. xiaosi shook his head as he leaned forward to light akira’s cigarette before his own, brushing off his companion’s hesitance as much as xiaosi was brushing off his question as well.   “   unfortunately all the guys here are all a little too married for me to actually want to socialize,   ”   xiaosi responded flatly, knowing that he would likely be the only one finding any humor in his comment with a tone like that. he paused, taking a drag off his cigarette to keep from adding any more serious of a reason not to want to be inside. he cracked a slight smile as he spoke,  “   i guess i should be saying the same for you, i’m not alone here on this balcony anymore.   ”   」
