Inktober 2023: Day 31 - Fire

Alas, Inktober has ended. It was a roller coaster of a journey - some of my drawings turned out great, some not as much imo. But I think it definitely made me a bit more confident with my art in general. I pushed myself to try new things - one of them being backgrounds. I definitely have a lot more to learn, but Inktober inspired me to finally take the first step that I so needed.

Inktober 2023: Day 29 - Massive

I somehow thought of volcanoes, so I drew a serious scene of my characters Alex and Algar (who are siblings btw pointing that out juuuust in case) finding out that a nearby volcano might erupt. Similarly to my drawing from the other day I also made this one look like a comic panel!

Inktober 2023: Day 27 - Beast

Not gonna lie, I wasn't feeling this prompt at first, but then I somehow ended with my most favorite Inktober drawing this year! These are my original characters Alex and Rissa and they are from a project I'm currently working on. I decided to make this one like a panel from a comic as a nod to that, since hopefully this project turns into a web comic some time in the far future!

Inktober 2023: Day 23 - Celestial

This is one of my original characters. Their name is Hawx and they are a fantasy race I created for my project - basically the people in this race are an angels and their defining characteristics are their feathered ears and the marks on their faces. I happened to name this race Celestials , so the prompt fits. I wish I had the time and energy to draw a more detailed piece, but drawing wings and feathers is kind of difficult for me. I hope you like this fancy art piece I ended up with instead :D
