Honestly, it pisses me off quite a bit when people say Chuck “deserved to die”. Just think for a moment. This man has such a deep seated mental illness that he is unable to leave his home and also has a problem of taking it out on those close to him. He is unable to keep people close to him due to lack of trust and jealousy. He literally commits suicide because he no longer saw any value in his life after “retiring”… and you think he should have killed himself? I understand, he was awful to his brother, but Jimmy had a previous track record and was still favored by his parents over Chuck until they both died. Chuck is under the assumption his father died due to Jimmy embezzling the shop’s money, which is a partial truth. Their father was too generous and fell for scammers as well, but Jimmy still took advantage of it. This caused Chuck to have a long lasting resentment of Jimmy, which culminated in Jimmy’s pursuit of the law. Chuck believes his brother is using the law as some gotcha to encroach on his own values. He lives on a mantra of spite and thinks others are doing the same (mental illness can cause one to think their experiences are everyone else’s) Chuck is unable to fathom one could possibly do something out of love and adoration in his likeness; he is unable to think he is loved.

kim wexler fanart!!! sorry I said I wouldn't post more bcs content but I lied it's my favorite show ever. I love kim so much. fucked up wexler mcgill logo background in the first pic! it looked weird with the colors saturated so it's a little dull but I think it looks okay. putting my time and effort into fanart for a video game that came out 13 years ago. this is my (previously mentioned) hero of brightwall caspian!! obviously this isn't the canon coronation LMAO it's symbolic. lots of little symbolism things here and there, like the spiders in the lace representing her fear of the darkness, the black fur representing her unfortunate inherent connection to her father (reaver ☹️), and the pin represents logan and sparrow (the sun is just a thing logan has on his outfit in game LOL)
