Got my answer from Dene about Reaver "summoning the Shadow Court into this world"

Basically, they're there around him always, so it wasn't summoning. They're just there, not popping into existence. This is just a quick test on that. I'm not quite happy with it, so I'll try a few more times soon enough.

Random post but it always annoyed me when people called Walter weak or a p*ssy for getting scared during the Shadelight part of Fable 3. Do people not understand he has PTSD surrounding caves and the dark?

Guess what?! The Crawler represents BOTH of those and it’s talking to him. Y’all really think he’s weak for freaking out during a trigger?

Also for those who say it didn’t break the Hero. Y’all. The Hero of Brightwall is the player character. Of course it isn’t.

Shout out to Fable 2 to having a canon gay character (Rupert) whose father, Giles, was unaware and upon realizing his son is gay didn't go off the rails and instead goes

"Ah! That makes sense :]!" (very paraphased)

When it suddenly made sense that Rupert didn't want any sort of wife at all.

Like...it's not that hard... to write a situation like that. Without it being 'cringe' or hard to watch. Fable has ALWAYS been a very queer positive game, or ""woke"" if you're lame, since its first game's release in 2004.

I hope the new fable by Playground lets me as the queerest hero with multiple wives and husbands like the other three games.

I'm replaying fable 3 and I'm thinking about the ptsd that hobw must have after aurora. and no one ever talks about it. like logan went through the same thing and look how he turned out. they are wayyyy too calm and collected throughout the whole thing me personally I'd be crying screaming throwing up etc. how you gonna come face to face with darkness incarnate and just be chill with it 😭

my hobw is legitimately scared of the dark for the rest of her life. I think that is a reasonable reaction, canon hobw is way too cool with the whole situation

Sparrow/the Hero of Bowerstone has a Limited Ryu Number of 2.

Limited since it appears that some time in 2023, both Skin Pack 1 for non-PS4 versions of Minecraft: Bedrock Edition and Skin Packs 4-6 for Minecraft: Console Edition were pulled, and this is the first I'm hearing of it.

Yes, this has implications for a handful of existing Ryu Numbers. (I'm going to need some time to update them!) No, this doesn't meaningfully change how I approach the availability of other Minecraft skin packs.
