There's no specific format, just describe the scene to the best of your ability! And make sure to tell us in which episode we can find it. That's all!

What is your guys's policy on sharing updates? Like are progress twitch streams ok? Or WIP posts online?

Nothing regarding your piece may be shared outside of our Discord server until a day or two after the release of the full zine.

In the same vein, previously publicly shared sketches/WIPs may not be used for your piece.

are the tasks opt-in, or are they required for every participant? also, i assume the task will be revealed in the zine itself, but are participants allowed to share it between other participants behind the scenes, or are they a secret, true to the spirit of the canon tasks? i love how you guys take inspiration from the season’s gimmicks for the zines!

Tasks will be assigned to each contributor, but participation in them is ultimately up to their discretion. Contributors may also discuss their tasks with other contributors if they so choose.

do you already have a date set for when the zine is going to be completed? or is that decided after contributors are picked (asking as someone who wants to apply as a contributor, for scheduling reasons)

The release date for this edition will be revealed a couple weeks before it comes out. Contributor work time will be from late March to late May, though, with a couple weeks of compiling and revivions after that.
