I refer to the traumatic times in our lives as mazes.  If you are a survivor of any form of trauma, you have survived a maze, making you a maze master.  You are a master of what you have survived, and this can go all the way back to any original mazes you had to fight through.  My aim is to help my clients learn to embrace the strength it took for him or her to be here.  Survivors are strong, and am very passionate about helping survivors to tap into the strength within them, so that he or she can stand up to any form of resistance today.

For anyone who endured childhood trauma, there is a child warrior within you. You are here, so you are a survivor, and if you ever feel you do not have enough to push forward,  I encourage to look back at the younger you.  The younger you had to fight his or her way through a maze of trauma, and this means you have the ability to solve whatever maze you feel you are facing today.  There is a light within you, and within our sessions, I will help you to bring light to all the dark times within your life.  We cannot take back what was done, but we can embrace the strength it tool for you to be here.
