Kit glanced around, wondering if the growing number of people was bothering Ty. He hated crowds. Magnus and Alec were standing with their kids near the Consul; they were with a beautiful black-haired girl with eyebrows just like Alec’s and a boy — well, he was probably in his twenties — with untidy brown hair. The boy gave Kit a considering look that seemed to say you look familiar. Several people had done the same. Kit guessed it was because he looked like Jace, if Jace had suffered a sudden and unexpected height, muscle and overall hotness reduction.

I really want to see Magnus have to use his magic next season and like have to use alot of it so much of it that he looses his energy and passes out or something (but doesnt die) and Alec is really really worried and doesnt care about anything else but Magnus like say Izzy or Clary try and comfort him but he pushes them away because hes so worried and is by his side the entire time until he wakes up and just kisses him over and over again because hes so relived that he is okay. WE’VE SEEN TONS OF MAGNUS BEING WORRIED ABOUT ALEC BUT HARDLY ANY SCENES ALEC WORRIED ABOUT MAGNUS. PLEASE LET THIS HAPPEN.

But also like….think about it the other way around. Alec kissing Magnus’ neck for the first time. Can you imagine?

 Alec doesn’t know how he got into the position he’s currently in but he’s sure as hell  glad he did as he presses Magnus up against the wall in his loft, the warlock’s legs wrapped around his waist.  Their kissing is slow and careful. There was no need to rush, despite the proximity of their bodies. Alec pulls away, breathing raggedly, short little puffs that make it clear that he hasn’t been breathing for a while. He touches his forehead to Magnus’ and just breathes, breathes in Magnus and the dizzy atmosphere and it feels incredible, it’s overwheming and he curses humans for not being able to hold their breath for long because he could do this forever.

The love scene was absolutely beautiful, their giggling smiles between kisses, tripping over clothes, pushed onto the bed…but what really got me for some reason is Magnus’ necklaces hitting Alec’s chest and the slow mo rise up of Alec to kiss Magnus and pulling up his shirt. I’m just so in love with their love.

a snippet from the Lost Book of the White for V-day

The two of them went straight for the bed, kissing and pulling and stumbling over each other, nearly falling over in the process. They tumbled onto the mattress in a tangle and clawed their way toward the headboard, hands in each other’s hair, on each other’s bodies, stirring each other to incandescent life.

Magnus tore himself away from Alec’s lips and yanked futilely at the knots that kept the bedsheet looped around the Shadowhunter’s body. “How did you tie this thing on?” he growled. 

Alec, lips kiss-swollen and eyes dazed with desire, didn’t seem able to respond — he just went for the buttons on Magnus’ shirt with shaking fingers before eventually giving up and just tearing the garment apart down the middle, sending buttons flying across the room. Finally, more out of frustration that expediency, Magnus flicked his wrist at the bedsheet as if shooing away a fly and sent the entire thing fluttering somewhere over the Indian Ocean.

Alec raised his head to watch the sheet disappear. When he looked back at Magnus, the warlock was gazing down at him with a deep seriousness in his gold-green eyes.  “You spend your entire life looking out and sacrificing for people,” Magnus said, and his gentle fingers traced their way along Alec’s bare torso, making him shiver. “It’s your turn to just lay back and relax …”
