I made the ultimate thanksgiving leftover sandwich on Friday. I hollowed out a loaf of bread and just started stacking the ingredients: Swiss cheese, sweet onion, turkey, gravy, stuffing, green bean casserole, mashed taters, more turkey, more gravy and more cheese. I wrapped it in foil and weighted it down to try to make it smaller. I stuck it in the oven until it was all hot and melty and delicious. Fuck yeah. I gotta remember this recipe again next year.
