We ended up becoming more like a couple, just without a label because we didn’t want to admit our feelings for each other. One day I just randomly spit it out, and that’s how it happened. (Kitty lost the bet…her exact words are, “I told you to annoy him, not romance him!!”)

Hi I’m currently learning to shift. I minishifted in 2020 and I really want an escape. Can u please explain how to make my script and how to shift

I recommend doing research and figuring out what works best for you when it comes to your personal sifting experience! Try different things out and see what works best (some people use subliminals, affirmations, methods, shift while asleep, shift while awake…) Find out whatever you feel works best for you! Make sure you keep your mindset clear and don’t let your doubts about shifting guide your experience.

For scripting, I use notion and go on tiktok to find users who make script templates on notion! You don’t NEED a script, since your subconscious already knows what you want, but scripting is just a way to get a more organized feel of what you want. If you use a template you don’t have to worry because you just have to basically fill in the blanks :)

Shifting is as easy as breathing.

I never understood that, because how was something so extreme so easy?

I get it now. Shifting is basically just tricking your mind into thinking you’re going to wake up somewhere different, so you do. You can rely on your subconscious to do the hard stuff like remembering the details you want. All you really have to do is put your mind in a different space. You could blink with the intent of being in another place and be there within (literally) a blink of an eye. At the base of it all, it’s literally just thinking. All you’re doing is thinking.

Shifting is as easy as thinking.
