Rapunzel Appreciation Week days 2-5 because I totally forgot to post on Tumblr LOL

Day 2- Sunshine, I tried to make it look like she was standing in the sun but idk, that one's not my favourite

Day 3- destiny, I'm really proud of this one! I just love the concept I came up with and the pose.

Day 4- Alternate Universe, I chose the angsty AU where Rapunzel heals Eugene and then keeps her promise and lets Gothel take her away.

Day 5- Life as a princess, quick screencap redraw. Brunette Rapunzel is so great, I need more content!

I don’t think Rapunzel and Eugene will ever go through any adventure as dramatic as the ones they had on the series, but THAT DOESN’T MEAN their lives became “Boring”. A happy couple running a kingdom together is still pretty fun and interesting. A television continuation of the Tangled series is incredibly unlikely (due to the low ratings and the sense that the main story is done), but Rapunzel and Eugene’s time as rulers would be PERFECT for a spin-off picture book/novella, and that would be an excellent parting gift for fans. And let’s not forget all the fanfic and fanart…

Yeah, I'm not good with words. The past few days have been so hard for me, trying to cope with the end of the Tangled series. Art is cathartic, so I decided to make this artwork of myself surrounded by all the tangled characters. This show has largely taken me through high school and has led me to embrace myself, Tangled obsession and all. The end of this show, and consequently of Tangled content, feels like a part of me died, but I'm trying to remind myself that the movie and the series will always be here for me to love and rewatch.

So....Tangled: the series ended. I feel like a part of me has died but I'm so thankful for all this series has brought. I'll probably be making tons of fanart this week, because of course I'll never be over the finale, but I just wanted to take a moment to thank the fandom for being so welcoming even though I only got her in August. This is one of the most wholesome fandoms I know, and I'm glad to have found you guys. I hope we never die! Let the TTS Fandom live on!!
