mobius has done enough damage to sebastian castellanos and his family. the aftermath they left behind in his life feels like a scar imbedded into his skin. and every time sebastian looks at his daughter, he feels the scar itch until he cannot ignore the phantom feeling. he hides himself away; not wanting to deal with the remnants mobius have inevitably left behind after their downfall. but when an old friend, juli kidman, asks for sebastian's one last assistance in stopping mobius's resurrection, he knows he can no longer ignore the itch.
