Easy Matcha Peach "Baked" Oats - TaylorKitchen.net. Hearty "baked" oats using my favorite shortcut kitchen assistant, the microwave.  I use matcha for that iconic flavor, some freeze dried peaches (you can use fresh if you want but I happened to have a package of freeze dried on hand), egg white powder for an additional 6 grams of protein if you like,  and a bit of coconut sugar for sweetness and the caramely flavor it brings.  I blend it up and 90 seconds in my microwave later I have warm, delicious "baked" oats that are perfect with a bit of coconut whipped cream or even a spoonful of fresh peaches atop for the perfect bite. Epic Lemon Rosemary Roasted Potatoes - TaylorKitchen.net Epic potatoes.   That's what these lemony, herbaceous roasted nuggets are.  Truly epic.  What makes them uniquely spectacular spuds is that you roast a lemon right along with the potatoes.  The lemon gets soft, gummy and slightly sweet to the point that you can eat it rind and all  You simply snip the roasted citrus into tiny bits and toss it right in with those crisp and golden spuds, combining the slightly sweet tart lemon bits right in with the potatoes.  Like I said.  Epic. Shrimp and rice is a super easy and adaptable go to weeknight meal.  It also happens to be absolutely delicious and typically you can get kids to eat it.   I like to make different taste profiles of shrimp and rice and really like this southwest version that has a great chili powder and cumin vibe, some heat from jalapeños, a sweet pop of corn and it all comes together with help from a jarred enchilada sauce. With the shortcut of pre-prepared rice that you've either cooked yourself in advance and have hanging out in the fridge, or the packaged kind that you can microwave, this slightly spicy dish comes together in 20 minutes.  Perfect for the Monday through Friday hustle. The Best Mash Up Cheeseburger Pizza -TaylorKitchen.net. Everybody loves cheeseburgers.  Everybody loves pizza.  I'm here to attest that a mash up of the two is a match made in Heaven, or at least made in my kitchen. I've taken everything that is so quintessentially wonderful about a cheeseburger and put it into pizza form.  The pizza dough being the bun and I've not spared the pickles. Even the sauce is a mayo, ketchup and mustard mix with an extra zing from sriracha to give it a slight element of heat.  Add more sriracha if you want. Best Spicy Tahini Broccoli Salad - TaylorKitchen.net. Traditional broccoli salad with a spicy, honey, tahini crunchy twist.  I've enjoyed broccoli salad for years, but am loving this version that lightens up the mayo base by adding in some tahini (think sesame seed butter), replaces the sugar with natural honey and adds some chili garlic sauce (or sriracha) for sone heat.  Fabulousness!  Try this crunchy salad on picky kiddos (careful of the spice level) and see if you can't win one over for the green side.  We'd love for you to like & subscribe to our YouTube channel.
