RIGHT?! So many y0//i haters are fanboys who watch anime like Ke//ijo. Just say you’re not the target audience and move on, instead of taking every opportunity to hate on it for no real reason. The hypocrisy is unreal

Story time! I went to an anime con several weeks ago. The con had this photo booth where you could take “selfies” with various anime characters, like it was a green screen, and you choose the anime and character you want to take a picture with, then you can have the photo sent to your phone. Really awesome, adorable idea, I took like four selfies that weekend lol. But anyways, one of the anime options was y0/i (one of the other options was os//oma//tsu-san and there were like two or three others but I can’t remember).

So I’m standing in line by myself. There’s a group of people in line behind me, a guy and two girls. They were talking about the different anime you could choose from in the photo booth. The guy then goes “ugh yeah I tried to watch y0/i but it was dumb.”

So there I am, standing in front of them, with the full intention of taking a damn selfie with either Phichit or Yuuri, looking at my phone which has a y0//i lockscreen. And I wanted so badly to whip my head around Exorcist-style like “BRUH are you for real rn?!” But I didn’t have the courage to. I’m very soft-spoken and only 5 feet tall, so I’m not at all intimidating. I just awkwardly stayed in line, when I got to the front I happily took my selfie with Phichit, and I went about my day.

Later I saw that dude looking intently at a booth that had idol anime stuff, like Love Live and all that. Just… the hypocrisy, man, you can’t make this stuff up lol
