जलकंचना: जलकंचना एक विशेष प्रकार का स्वेदन है जिसमें एक छोटी सी बर्तन में गर्म तेल या जड़ी बूटी का तेल डालकर इसे रोगी के शरीर पर मसाज करते हैं। यह शरीर की ऊर्जा को स्थानिक रूप से बढ़ाता है और शरीर के विषाणुओं को बाहर निकालने में मदद करता है।
