Rantception S1•E1 - princeofmints exposed | ft. TatSquirp

(I am about a month late on posting this here)

Welcome to the first episode of my brand new series titled Rantception where I talk about a topic or some unfortunate soul who became a total jerk as of recently. I am starting this series off by talking about the user by the name of princeofmints.

princeofmints is apart of the Eddsworld community and they are apart of the official EW Amino, Tumblr, and Instagram. Unfortunately princeofmints is in some hot water right now.

Oh and before I get to that, I just want to make this clear, the princeofmints that I am referring to isn't the one who made tomtord p*rn. This princeofmints is actually accused of tracing and being a total d*ck.

Also they got banned from Amino, but they are still going strong on both Tumblr and Instagram.

One more thing: don't harass them. Instead I want you to stop supporting them. Don't not praise them.

With that out the way, let's get into the news.

I unfortunately didn't know any of this drama that happened till seeing callout posts about it. But I used to like princeofmints's posts until what happened recently.

I decided to to take a look at their wall after seeing a few callout posts on them before they got taken down.

Annnnnd yeah.....they are such an arsehole. Just...just look at these screenshots....

I'll be honest with you, the third is the one that show the bitterness of princeofmints. Trying to guilt trip you. I'm sorry to say this, but it's not working. Nice try.

Now I'll handing the rest of this over to the one and only Squirp/TatSquirp who've agreed to be on the show and I certainly didn't kidnap them.

Lbat1901(me): Shhhh! Just give the audience your side on this

Squirp: Ok, fine...*clears throat*....so a week ago, I've made a callout post exposing princeofmints titled "Dethroning a Prince". It took me awhile to everything and not too soon after posting it on Animo, I've also posted it on Instagram.

Oh boy...it got taken down. No actually I got told by a model on Animo to take it down which I did while on Instagram it got flagged for harassment. I eventually reposted it.

princeofmints (or what I like to call her, Prince) is a 15 year old artist who mostly draws Tom, Tord, and the ship TomTord. She was on the EW Amino since January 13th of this year before getting banned. S

Alright with that out of the way, I'll try to make this brief

She also has been known to cause quite the trouble.

I have been caught up to speed on what Prince has done even learning th as t she had actually scammed someone.

I believe that Lbat told you this already, but Prince's name was stolen by someone who has the same name, but let's dwell on this.

Part 1 - Tracing:

Squirp: Ok so, a few days ago some of my friends and I looked at one of Prince's art and discovered that it was traced from an already existing drawing made by P-Nim. Of course Prince denied this and claimed that it was her own art.

Ok I'll make this clear, Prince didn't draw it for a DTIYS. If Prince didn't trace it then she shouldn't be claiming it as her own.

Also if you want to compare posts or have a look for yourself, you can't cause she deleted it. So much for being reasonable which goes into this next part....

Part 2 - Blocking those who've cornered you for being unreasonable:

Squirp: Oh yes, just like TBATF, Prince also blocks people for calling her out. Unlike TBATF who only block people for giving them criticism and calling them out on their behavior, Prince blocks people for many reasons.

One of them being totally unreasonable. She blocked one of my friends who called her out for tracing. Prince even deleted several comments when trying to defend herself for being called out before deciding to hit the block button.

She even blocked me after I tried to call her out on her wall. I did PM her a few days later about and guess what her response was. The reason why she blocked me was because she didn't like me.

My god....that has to be most stupidest as all hell reason to block someone and folks, we're on the second part on this and things are already getting heated.

Part 3 - Being a b*ch isn't all that cool:

Squirp: Hold on a minute, why is b*ch censored?

(Editor: that's because it's Lbat's show and I am meant to help with anything that Lbat puts out for everyone to see)

Squirp: Yeah, but why? Who cares anyway?

(Editor: well you're probably have a point, but it's my job. Now are you going to continue to argue or are you going to keep going with your side of the story?)

Squirp: I am...geez! I've never meant an editor that's who picky. This isn't YouTube with the whole COPPA thing you know.

Anyway..... pt 3....Prince has to be one of the biggest d*cks that I have ever talked to and- oh my god, why would you censor the word- forget it. Forget it...

Erm...yeah....she cursed at some many people that it's just mindboggling. She's not the most pleasant person to talk to on Amino or anywhere else.

Before you say that she probably has some mental health issues, don't even bother. Well I know she does has some issues, but it doesn't give her the excuse to not be a total d*ck. People who do have issues are at least well spoken and are respectful to others.

But Prince on the other hand, not a freaking single chance.

Part 4 - Stop acting sad:

Squirp: You're probably thinking to yourself, "Wow, Prince is a jerk" and you'd be right. But to make matters worse, she likes to guilt trip people.

How? Well she tries to make you feel sorry for her by giving you a sad sad tale before deciding to cuss you out.

That's right, it's pretty low for her. I don't need to explain why this is bad just because it is. It's really scummy especially when she's in the wrong here. Next!

Part 5 - Don't let Prince do commissions. EVER:

Oh yeah, she actually did this. I did found the person who got scammed and they are a person known as BadBoy.

You see BadBoy commissioned Prince to do a drawing for 92 coins. Unfortunately for BadBoy, Prince said that the price was actually lower than that. But it gets much much worse than that.

Prince got wicked with them and refused to give other pieces of art to BadBoy. Eventually BadBoy had enough and asked for a refund. That's when things started to escalate really fast.

Prince told BadBoy to piss off. After a long battle, Prince gave BadBoy 72 coins back when BadBoy asked for a full refund.

Squirp: I have been saving this part for last and it gave me a reason to make a callout on Prince in the first place. She literally scammed someone over 72 coins.

In summary, Prince just stole BadBoy's money and was a total d*ck towards them.

And that should do it for now, but I one final message to Prince. If you're reading this now while getting harassed for being callout for your crap: none of this, and I stress this a lot, none of this wouldn't have happened if you were to just act a tad bit kinder and a whole bit wiser.

Oh and maybe if you would've just listened. Also running away from your problems, lying, and pretending that they didn't happen makes you look like the bad guy here.

You know, I wouldn't mind you being on Animo at all if you just shallow your pride and try to do better by apologizing to everyone.

I didn't mean to make my callout post to hurt you in a way. In fact, I still believe that you can change. But atlas, your problems need to be addressed to make that happen.

All you need to do is try. That's it. That's all I ask for.

Hello!!

Welcome to my Tumblr page. I vent here, I post what I am interested it, and I do get “political” sometimes. Mostly, I do the political thing on Twitter, but I vent about people/politics here A LOT!!! Over the years there has been one person I vent about the most...besides my mother LOL.

About 12 years ago, my husband had an affair. It was long distance, at first, and against his wishes...she left her own husband and moved here to Fl from NY. I didn’t find out for about 9-10 months, but when I did, he ended it and she went back to NY. It doesn’t end there, it was back and forth, we went through an actual separation where I packed his things and asked him to leave. She moved back here and they lived in a one room motel for 3 years until he decided he was done and came back home. It took another 3 years for me to finally get her away and him in therapy to get our marriage back. Yes...it was REALLY tough...but we did it, together. Fast forward to now... we are still married, coming up on 25 years in April, we renewed our vows in December 2015, our daughter got married and we now have a grandson and just bought a brand new home and moved in October 29th last year. Life is amazing.

Along the way, through many trials, I have forgiven her. I tried to be civil to her because she pretty much asked me to. She lives here, is remarried with a child of her own now. We live in the same city though, so I tried my best to keep tabs so we wouldn’t run into them. My husband hates her. Yes, it takes two to tango, but at least he realized his part, his short comings, and his need to change his behavior to keep our marriage and yes...make it stronger than it has ever been. She remained friendly with one of my husband’s sisters even after all this. My husband and that sister do not speak because of it and because that sister is one of the direct links to my suicide attempt in 2014. So is the other woman. I was bullied relentlessly by both of them. The minute I would try to fight back, it would just get worse.

Even after all of this, I forgave her and at one point, tried to be her friend. She confided in me so much. Even when she was claiming her marriage was imploding and she left her husband and was having online relationships with other men...I did not judge, I listened. I could see her going down the same pathways again and again. I still tried.

Her politics are Trump...and QAnon. She is fanatical about it. I don’t want to associate with anyone like that so I decided to try to talk to her a couple of times about it and explain why her politics hurt me so much, but she didn’t care. Seeing everything she has been posting politically for awhile now, and seeing her pushing the worst conspiracy theories out there, really scared me. I blocked her. Then, I decided that was too drastic so I unblocked her and tried to explain yet again. I actually apologized TO HER. The posts didn’t stop, the racist crap, the awful conspiracy theories and the QAnon idiocy was too much. She finally blocked me. I decided one last time to try to reason with her, because I hated to see her believe and act this way...especially having a toddler. I truly feel bad for the little girl she is raising to be the same way. I used an old account and posted on a couple of her tweets, nothing harmful, nothing harassing, nothing hateful. Just trying to strike up a conversation. She decided to unleash her followers on me. I was trolling some other asshats and posted that on my main Twitter and they screenshot it and harassed me over it posting Pepe the Frog meme’s and hateful things on my Twitter. I reported them and blocked them finally. I don't usually block people unless they are blowing u my DM’s or my feed with hate and that is what these people were doing. I am Native American, a member of The Seminole Tribe of Florida, and the Pepe the Frog nonsense gets to me because it has turned into a racist, alt-right, QAnon piece of propaganda. I am no stranger to racism coming at me. I took inventory and thought about it and decided to just let it go. As my husband says...”that fuck face isn’t worth the time or energy, plus she is crazy anyway”. Its pretty true, as she has shown over the years...claiming to be some kind of reptilian alien or some kind and things like that.

Anyway, this is what I have been dealing with. If I happen to get anymore harassment, I wanted followers that would back me up with facts, not fiction and conspiracy nonsense. That is why I am following so many of you fine #resisters and asking for follow backs. I have your back, and I would love for you to have mine. I try to adhere to the whole, “they go low, we go high” mentality as much as possible, but sometimes... you just wanna say fuck off. I can only take so much. Seeing what is being posted by her and her followers has really opened my eyes to the racist, cult-like person she is. It is sad, but one day she will regret it. She calls me a narcissist and a hypocrite, but I am not the one preaching love and acceptance and “living with a high vibration” in one breath and then spreading these QAnon theories and tribally supporting a racist misogynistic sociopath as POTUS. In my eyes, that is hypocritical. She never takes responsibility, never has, everything is always someone else’s fault, and especially in relationships...all her ex’s are the crazy ones...not her. I tried overlooking all this to have peace and be forgiving. My mistake.

Soo uhh yeah as I am writing this, I’m not about it. If I’m real, I’m not interested in um ya know giving up my money, my time and energy listening to people I don’t really want to talk to, hanging out with prostitutes or hanging out with homeless people (seriously scared of that), oh yeah I really don’t want to tell my family members or random strangers on the street about Jesus because that is freaking awkward as heck.

Okay maybe once in a while, but like every day or on like a freaking regular basis? Ugh, I have to actual keep in touch with that annoying kid in my community group and like get coffee with them and be there for them even though they are not my kind of person tbh? (Also community group friends, this is none of you right now, thinking past instances here)

Yeah I’m not about it. I’m not into it at all. No thanks, Jesus. I would like to be right where I am, surf as many days I can here in sunny San Diego, build a keen af photography portfolio so all the brands will love me, find some hot Jesus loving surfer dude to wife me up and make babies with him. Yep, that’s what I’d like very much instead, thanks Jesus.

But thanks to FRANCIS CHAN’S STUPID BOOK Crazy Love, our homie Francis over here points out to us that people who really love Jesus give up crap for Him. But not just any crap, like our spaghetti leftovers from two nights ago, He wants us to out of genuine love for Him and joy & power of Jesus in our lives, give up things that genuinely cost us something in a worldly sense for the sake of the Kingdom of Heaven. For the sake of more of His glory and His love to shine upon the earth. To shine upon us and to shine upon others too.

OH GOSH, are you about to have a heart attack too?!!! LOL.

Oh GOD I’M GOING TO HELL.

Okay, yeah I’m taking a deep breath now. It’s okay. Everything is FINE.

So recently, I made a decision to 1) make this blog to share about Jesus more to acknowledge Him so that He will acknowledge me in Heaven, 2) give some money to Jesus and 3) try to go have some burgers with some homeless people with my church community group this coming Saturday. All three of these things are out of my comfort zone and make me anxious.

I did/am doing these three things because I don’t want to miss out on the more that is out there with Jesus than just living comfortably in America where 99% of the day (this poll includes my roommates btw, so that contrasting 1% pretty much are my roommates) people don’t know that I am a Christian and people don’t ever come to know Him and the Spirit doesn’t move radically through me and the lives of others.

I freaking look at Acts - HOLY COW!! TALK ABOUT THE SPIRIT OF GOD MOVING! - and I don’t have God in my life like that. I don’t make the sacrifices the followers of Jesus did at the time that made Him alive, working and active in their lives.

I want to be in a community like those in Acts, where we sell everything we have to give to one another and ensure no one goes unfed or unclothed or without food, where we share in everything together and do life together, where the Spirit of Christ is moving powerfully and upon us in sharing the gospel & the numbers are increasing every day.

(If you don’t know what I’m talking about, read Acts in the Bible. If you’re not a Christian, still read it, it is dope. It shows us what God’s vision is for the church today even yes here right now in America in the time we live in.)

SO I FREAKING WANT THAT but I don’t know how to get it because 1) I don’t want to give up my comfortable life. I really don’t. It would be way easier to just worry about the things on this earth: building my business, finding a hubby, keep working out, tryna look gewd. That would be fun fricking times in my mind, man. And 2) I don’t really believe I love God enough to give up that much, make sacrifices or get uncomfortable. I just don’t feel like these sacrifices really bring me the joy and the love and the happiness that I want.

The good news is that I think that I am wrong about the second part. I remember when I first accepted Jesus in middle school, He was all I wanted and then I got distracted and had a lot pressure to get into a good college and find friends and boys and all that. Things changed.

There was a time when it was real though. When all I wanted was God and to give everything up for Him and that really felt enough.

And when I think about when life was the most worth it, I would say it was then when things were in full surrender. That was...living.

It was life to fullest. The fullest I’ve felt inside was when life was all about Jesus.

So now I’m here and luckily, Francis Chan isn’t a butt face and didn’t write a list of things that the American church ignores that makes us pretty subject to judgment for ignoring without then telling us how to get back to Jesus.

Below is a screenshot of an excerpt from Crazy Love that really encourages me and I’m stoked to tell God how much I don’t want Him, how much I’m not into it, and not about it in all these ways. I’m stoked to get super real about it and see how He changes me.

I have a feeling this might be something that might be encouraging for you guys to do, too, because as soon, as we get real with Jesus, He starts to change and transform us for His will and it ends up feeling good and we end up desiring God more than earthly things. SO I’m excited for that transformation to come.

And no fear, I’ll be sure to give you guys an update in a day or so on how God has done that transforming and been freeing me from all this caca.

Maldives Twitter wakes up to a fever dream where everyone is Ali Rameez

At 12AM on Friday the 23rd of November 2018, a whole bunch of Maldivian twitter users changed their profile pictures to the one above. It shows a young Ali Rameez leaning back, relaxing his head against his arm. The incident is referred to by some as #NationalAyyaDay.

This is a bipartisan effort, okay? Whether you’re a snowflake or a YAG supporter or a feminist or a humanist, please come together for this one day so we can all celebrate the greatest Maldivian singer of all time: Ali Rameez. Happy #NationalAyyaDay! ♥️

To make things worse, many users changed their names to song lyrics by the one time Maldivian king of pop. There was once a time when you could not walk two feet in the Maldives without hearing one of his songs on the TV or radio. I’d post more screenshots of the incident, but most people have already changed their pictures and names back. Guess the world can only take so much Ayya.

Of course I say one time because Ali Rameez is currently a violent extremist “sheikh” who constantly spreads hate and fear speech against Maldivian minorities such as non-Muslims and LGBTI+ people. While being a massive sexist of course. On top of this, he also regularly promotes such lovely things as child marriage.

In the above screenshot, the Dhivehi text reads “Islam dheenun beyru vejje meehaa; gathul kuraasheve’”, which roughly translates to “Slaughter those who leave Islam”. The first comment below it reads “It is best if such children move to a country where they can get the freedoms that they want. No space for atheist in this country”. It doesn’t take a genius to see how this encourages vigilante violence against non-Muslims. I suppose it is also worth pointing out again for the thousandth time that the Maldives is one of the few countries in the world whose constitution bans freedom of conscience. Ali Rameez promotes these views on his official twitter account and his facebook page, where he also pimps out his extremist buddies from religious NGOs like Jammaiyathul Salaf.

With all this in mind, it shouldn’t be surprising to anyone that Ali Rameez hates his pop star past. He did famously dump all of his CD’s into the ocean after all.

So while people took the opportunity to mock / celebrate him by sharing his music and reminiscing about the days when he wasn't a psychopath, others took the opportunity to gaslight Maldivian minorities by claiming that the good sheikh was being bullied.

we advocate for tolerance and acceptance yet we are intolerant to those that have an understanding different to us. I really don't believe @aliramyz should be bullied and bashed like this. This has gone beyond a simple friendly joke. This needs to stop.

This kind of gaslighting is typical from “liberal” Maldivians who fall head over heels to defend extremists yet never utter a single word in support of Maldivian minorities whose very existence is criminalized. As such I am sure these people are not ignorant of Ali Rameez’s extremism. Instead I think they are sympathetic. I think extremists like that say what these people are afraid of saying. What they really think.

You will never get any of these people to admit whether they support something as basic as freedom of conscience. However they will rarely admit they don’t support it either. Instead, they will prop up the extremists who have the courage to actually express such darkness. This is why I respect honest extremists who will say to my face that they want to kill me. I have no respect at all to closet conservatives like this who pretend to sit on a fence while they crap on minorities below. It is not an equal conversation when one side has their existence criminalized.

Comments like this one are referring to an incident in the past when a woman on twitter made extremely homophobic remarks. For once a lot of people on Maldivian twitter called out this woman for her blatantly bigoted remarks. Not this crowd of closet conservatives though. Much like this incident, back then they sided with the bigot being roasted. How could you bully such an innocent person they all decried.

This past event, and the common occurrence of conservatives and extremists to claim to be victims of “bullying”, is what has led to the creation of the local meme of “bleeing”.

This type of gaslighting would be funny if it wasn’t the norm. Gaslighting, for those unfamiliar, is when an oppressor makes a person doubt their own memories and self. It is a common tactic used by abusive people against their partners. Wikipedia defines it as “a form of psychological manipulation that seeks to sow seeds of doubt in a targeted individual or in members of a targeted group, making them question their own memory, perception, and sanity. “

They states that the signs of gaslighting are:

Withholding information from victim;

Countering information to fit the abuser's perspective;

Discounting information;

Verbal abuse, usually in the form of jokes;

Blocking and diverting the victim's attention from outside sources;

Trivializing the victim's worth; and,

Undermining victim by gradually weakening them and their thought process.

When have he ever advocated killing anyone he deems as infidels? Any reference?

Look at the response above. Ali Rameez is well known for blaming rape victims and his support for child marriage. Yet the original tweet dismisses this as having a “different understanding”.

It’s nice that everyone’s having a bit of fun. But do try to keep in mind that @aliramyz thinks it’s okay to marry 13 year olds, promotes violent jihad, is a core member of Jamiyyathul Salaf, and advocates the death penalty for those he considers laadheenee.

The day led to some clashes within the more progressive parts (relative to the Taliban) of Maldivian twitter as well, with some people thinking that the incident downplayed Ali Rameez’s extremism.

Ali Rameez towards the end of his music career was in a band called “Freeze Band”. Once he gave up music, he capitalized on this by creating “Freeze Brand” - a company that sells dried fish and other products. Gotta admit that some of their stuff is pretty delicious though.
