Made this were the reader was the only one injured because that makes it more fun, and also might make a part 2 so that will come into play if I make that. Also feel like if it was just the reader it would be more interesting.

Warnings: Blood, gore, knifes, violence, yandere actions, reader being injured, me going slight into-depth on how the reader gets cut. Pretty much the whole thing.

Reader wants the family to all get along while the chaos is going on. She is sweetheart like her sister, but she doesn’t have the sight as her sister does. So she notices most of what’s happening, the other half of her sister.

Reader stops Aemond from getting picked on when she’s near because she has the power to make the boys calm, and the rest of the family at that. So she can get mad and upset so aemond feels at ease when his sister is around. But all the boys long for her affection and love, so they all cling to her.

The funeral is a very sad time for her since she loved Laena and the thought of her cousins losing their mother. Or her uncle losing his wife.

So to the readers surprise when she see aemond and jace have a small moments it brings a warmth to her chest in this dark time. Hoping that this was the gods way to bring her family together, but her hopes soon vanished when night came.

She had heard the others walk through the hallways as she tried to fall asleep, opening her door and their whispering calls. They got her attention and claimed someone stole vhagar so she went with them.

“I think we need to wake up our parents.” But her words were shoot down as they dragged her through the halls and down through the castle.

As soon as she saw the white hair she knew it was aemond and she wished she stayed in bed. The kids started to shout, while aemond replied in a time she never heard before, not shy. But proud and filled with venom.

When the fight broke out and all the reader could do was scream and cry for them to stop, but her body froze up. As soon as aemond grabbed ahold of Luke she ran towards him and grabbed ahold of his arm.

“Please, do not hurt them anymore. We- We can all stop this madness,” she looked around at all of them with tears. “Let us all be family.” Aemond was so caught up in his own wrath he pushed the reader back so she wouldn’t get in his way.

He threw Luke to the ground after calling jace and Luke “Strongs.” Then throwing the younger boy to the ground. Jace pulled out a small knife and the reader gasp as they fought again, but the knife was thrown elsewhere.

She watched as Luke crawled to the knife with a interesting to hurt aemond so her body moved on its own. “Aemond!” Just as she shouted she was cut off with the sound of flesh being cut with his blade and gushing sounds. They watch the horror in front of their eyes go down. Blood rolling down her throat and gasped of failed attempts of air when she fell to the ground with her hands clawing at her own throat.

Luke dropped the knife and steps back in disbelief of what was happening. Aemond caught his sister and laid her down in his arms trying to stop the bleeding. “How could you! I’ll kill you! I’ll feed you to my dragon.” He started to cry as did the others.

“What’s going on here?” The guards shouted as the walked up on the children and soon realized the princess. They took her in their arms and sent for the maester and the king at once. Everyone soon garnered in the hall for what had happened.

Alicent screamed when she first saw her daughter and it was loud that everyone in the castle heard. Running to her daughter with tears in her eyes she started to move her hair out of the way as the maester worker. Viserys screamed at the guards to answer who had done it but he wasn’t expecting his own grandsons. Aemond sat at his mothers side while handing the readers hand. Healana looked at the ground with a sob. She had saw it in a nightmare once’s that felt so real, this exact moment.

The boys stayed back and far away. Luke not even daring to look at the reader knowing he caused her harm and pain. All of them wondering if she would be dead soon. Alicent was so focused she didn’t even pay attention to anything but the reader being life and to keep her that way.

When rhaenrya entered it was hell to pay. Reader had just got done with her stitches while still knocked out cold as her body tried to heal itself. “You,” Alicent screamed and pointed at the princess. “You’re filthy sons did this.” Rhaenrya had not see the reader yet as she looked at her sons. When her eyes looked onto the readers body her eyes went wide and looked back at her sons not believing a word.

“They did this?” She asked around the room as the boys tensioned up. “It’s true, jace brought the knife to the fight and his brother, Luke, did the deed.” Cole spiked with a snare. Luke tugged at his mother’s sleeves, “But I did not mean too. Aemond was going to kill jace! The reader got in the way.” All the children started to scream their own defense as everyone watched.

The king was mad but not at the children but at the guards for not doing their jobs. Saying this would have been avoided if they were watched closely. “She would not want us to fight and surely you all know it.” He turned to look at young Luke in the eyes. “I know you did not mean it boy, things can be forgiven.” Alicent looked at rhaenrya as she smiled softly and pull her sons behind herself and listened to Viserys plead of forgiveness and family.

“He deserves no forgiveness,” Alicent stood up and let go of your hand. “The knife was brought to the fight and one of our children could have been killed- Y/n almost died, or might not make it.” She inched closer with a glare and her hands made up into a fist. “Our little girls life being stolen can be..Forgiven?”

“It is what’s right! I love her with my heart but it has been decided, no more blood needs to be shed. Do not let your hatred blind you Alicent.” She stared at him as he spoke so calmly and started to walk away. Her eyes went to the dagger on his hip and her mind filled with red to see her daughter avenged. Moving quickly she took the blade from his side and held it up going for Luke.

“If you will not see to justice then I shall.” Rhaenrya pushes her sons back and caught Alicent before she got closer. They held each other, pushing and pulling to get what they wanted. “Another insult to my family and you get away with it? Just under falling under that pretty foot. It is not far, where is duty? Where is sacrifice?” Rhaenrya looked at the blade as it reflected off the fire light.

She was about to say something but a loud metal sound caught them off guard. They both looked back as the reader laid on the floor with her eyes open and reached out for them. Her head shaking as she tried to speak out but nothing was coming out. Aemond coming to her aid and helping her up but she had used her the rest of her strength to get out of the chair. Reader looked at her brother for help to help and speak her mind, pleading to do the right thing.

“No more blood shed mother.” His spoke but his eyes do not match his words. “She does not wish it.” Helaena came rushing down to her twins side and held her hand. Alicent looked back at rhaenrya one last time before pulling away and dropping the knife. Slowly inching back she looked around at her husband, only with anger and devastation.

Everyone was quiet as she ordered someone to carry her daughter out of the room with the maester. The kids walked with her and held onto their sisters hand as she fell back into a deep sleep. No one could speak a word as they all stood stocked.

For years that was the last time rhaenrya and her kids saw their aunt, along with Daemon. But letters where sent in private from the reader to all of them with updates and her forgiveness. But luke refuses to open and read them as his guilt rotted away at his soul. But each week for years new letters still came from her. The next time they all saw eachother, they all grown so much. But they all remembered the first acted of war.

One side trying to make amends and the other full of revenge.

Aegon II Targaryen

Aegon will make a good husband for Baby!Reader, unbelievable as that is. He would be completely loyal to his darling, not only because he is in love with them, but he is deeply obsessed from a young age and now that he has them, Aegon will not let anything spoil their marriage. Nothing matters more to him than his sweetheart, and now that he finally has them, Aegon will do anything to make them happy and content by his side. It's you against the world.

Aegon is extremely clingy to his darling's affection and will become very sullen if he doesn't get the attention and affection he craves. He is completely emotionally dependent on Baby!Reader and doesn't even try to hide it. If anyone has all the influence and control over the Green King, it's you. Aegon will do anything for you, anything at all. You deserve the world and Aegon will give it to you. The only thing he wants in return it's your unconditional love.

Definitely a possessive and jealous husband, but not for less. Aegon has spent years pining for your love and he won't let anyone spoil that. You are his and his alone. He will make you and the others understand that they shouldn't try to steal you from him if they don't want to be fed to Sunfyre. Aegon gets jealous very easily and it's up to Baby!Reader to reassure him, to show him all the love Aegon is so desperate for. Definitely very jealous sex as he is absolutely crazy about you and jealous. It's not pretty to see him jealous and it always ends up in someone's death and an angry Aegon at Baby!Reader, though he will never hurt you or lift a finger at you.

Aegon is affectionate and kind to you, but a big pervert too. It's impossible to count how many times you and he have been caught in intimate moments because you can't control each other. He can be smooth as a beast in bed, it all depends on how you're feeling. Definitely very sticky and loves aftercare. He will lie on your chest and fall asleep right there, naked under you. You are everything to him.

How much this man loves Baby!Reader isn't said enough. Aegon will do everything in his power to make them happy, he's not the type to bring you flowers unless you ask him to, but Aegon has his own way of showing how much he loves you. Helaena is, without a doubt, the best wife anyone could imagine, although this is not shown. She is so kind and passionate about her sweetheart and is always thinking about them. She's so devoted to them that it's adorable and disturbing at the same time, Helaena loves everything about Baby!Reader and was ecstatic to find out that she was going to marry them, it's been her dream for as long as she's known herself in person. There is no doubting Helaena's loyalty to her darling and she will be very happy to have children with them, to have a family with Baby!Reader.

Helaena is not usually possessive of her darling's attention, she understands that she can't always be attached to her spouse, but she can't help but want that. Their presence is comforting and much appreciated by the princess and Helaena will make the most of you. She enjoys spending time with her bugs when Baby!Reader isn't around, but prefers to stay with them. She is understanding and so loving, it is very common to see her smiling from ear-to-ear when she is with her darling, when she is with the person she loves more than anything.

It's very rare for her to be jealous of someone, she knows her spouse loves her and has nothing to worry about, but she can't help but feel insecure when she sees them around people who could have married them. Helaena is shy and will keep quiet about it, but inside she will be seething with jealousy and wishing someone dead. She will be upset and hurt and it will take Baby!Reader to understand her insecurities in order to reassure her of their love, usually with gentle kisses and soft caresses, plus a few gifts that please her.

Helaena loves being gently and affectionately touched by her spouse, not always in a sexual context, lying in Baby!Reader's arms is heaven according to her and she will be more than satisfied with passionate hugs and kisses, which can take something else or not. She is very affectionate and soft when touching her darling, with hesitant and passionate touches, with some incense present in the room to make everything more romantic. Helaena prefers to take care of her spouse but doesn't mind being pampered and would love it if they did.

It's no secret how in love Helaena is about Baby!Reader, as she always has been and seems to follow him with her eyes everywhere, yearning for them all the time. Definitely the type to send them gifts, not always fancy jewelry but self-made gifts like embroidery and handmade stuff. She is extremely devoted and passionate about them and knowing that they feel the same way about her makes Helaena more than happy. Aemond is the best husband Baby!Reader could ask for under the right circumstances. He always considered himself the best option for them and was pleased when others realized the same. He makes a great husband, is kind and protective of his sweetheart, and is deeply in love with them. Aemond worship the floor Baby!Reader walks and will do anything you ask, your one and only loyal protector for the rest of your married life. Although Aemond can be difficult to deal with at times, you are the only important person in his life and nothing and no one will take you away from him. You are his and he is yours.

Aemond isn't usually clingy and it's rare to see him demanding your attention, but that doesn't mean you can give it to other people. He will almost always be hanging around Baby!Reader and coldly staring anyone who gets too close, especially if they are people who are of the same family as him.

To say that Aemond is possessive is an understatement, no, this man is made of jealousy. He will be seething with jealousy of everyone who approaches his darling, who looks and even breathes in their direction. An jealous Aemond is extremely more violent and furious than normal, he will challenge anyone to a fight, telling Baby!Reader to note how he is worthy of them and no one else. He will be clingy in cases of extreme jealousy and will not leave his sweetheart's side, making it very clear who they belong to.

Aemond is delicate and kind to you, his soft touches and callused fingers will touch you however you like, the way you like. He can be as affectionate and gentle as he is strong and furious, it all depends on what you want and your mood. Aemond likes to be touched by you, whether it's sexual or not, he likes to be hugged or just holding your hand affectionately. It makes him feel safe, secure that his darling loves him just as much as he does love them. He'll never admit it, but Aemond can feel particularly needy and have self-esteem issues in his relationship with Baby!Reader, so every now and then he needs to be sure that his darling will never leave him.

A marriage to Aemond Targaryen may have challenges along the way, but he loves his darling and will do anything to make it work. He has and must make it work. Though he has his issues, Aemond proves to be a suitable and loving husband for Baby!Readr, always looking out for them and loving them the way it should be done. ☆ He meets his darling in college and is charming enough for them to trust him almost immediately. Aemond is smart, and often offers to tutor his darling in any subjects they're having trouble with, even going as far as renting out a room in the campus library so they can study without being bothered by other students.

☆ There comes a time where Aemond becomes romantically involved with his darling, after careful planning, and he invites them over to his apartment. He's a Targaryen, so he lives lavishly, but his apartment is tasteful, and you wouldn't know that he's rich just by looking at his home. Inside resides his large Maine Coone, Vhagar. She's this huge, extremely old and grumpy cat, who surprisingly takes a liking to Aemond's darling, and is always more active when they come around.

☆ Aemond is smooth with his relationship, yet he's far from perfect. Aemond is jealous, possessive, and obsessive when it comes to his lover, and hates sharing them with anyone else. He's more on the traditional side, as well, and desires to make them his little housewife as soon as possible.

☆ He most definitely tells his mother about his darling! Alicent and Aemond have weekly lunch dates, and she loves (Name) already from just hearing her son talk about them. She wants to meet them so bad, and once she does, she absolutely adores them. Aemond is a mama's boy. Not meeting his mother is out of the question!

Aegon Targaryen II

☆ The resident fuckboy, Aegon desires his darling more than any of his hookups, but she just doesn't seem interested in casual stuff. I can definitely see Aegon going for the nice girl, and he's an absolute menace when it comes to his darling! Aegon is high key annoying, but he's definitely an art student, which makes a lot of sense.

☆ I feel like his darling would be good friends with Helaena, so he asks her to put in a good word for him. Despite his reputation, Aegon is really devoted to his darling and has a hard time with anyone else that he tries to bring into his bed. It's a very toxic situation because while he's in bed with someone else he's thinking of (Name).

☆ Aegon is a bitch, like he'd let a pretty girl walk all over him kind of bitch. Once he does get involved with his darling, he's incredibly good at pleasing them. It doesn't matter what they want. He's there. This isn't just a sexual thing. Either way, he'd literally do anything for their approval.

☆ He's dependent on his darling, as well. He loves his sweet girl so much that he's unable to imagine his life without her! He wants to crawl into her body so she can never be without him, and Aegon recognizes how creepy that is, so he settles for keeping her in his bed as long as humanly possible.

Helaena Targaryen

☆ This sweet girl is an entomology student! She loves her bugs and is so passionate about them that she goes into that kind of career path. She meets her darling through her mother, unsurprisingly. Helaena doesn't have many friends, and so when she finally finds herself a companion, she's very happy!

☆ Helaena's feelings for her darling don't stay platonic, obviously, and she ends up wanting them to be more than friends. I definitely think she's neurodivergent, so Helaena isn't quite sure how to navigate her emotions when it comes to romance, but she knows that she absolutely adores (Name).

☆ She's a stalker. That's the only way to describe Helaena. She loves observing. She always has, but it's different when it comes to (Name). They're very close, and Helaena just loves looking at them! She thinks that her darling is so pretty, the prettiest in the entire world. So, Helaena follows her darling around constantly. When they're not hanging out together, she tries to steal glances of them. She's so sneaky about it, too. You'd never catch her in the act.

☆ Helaena hyperfixates on things, so she really appreciates it when people take in interest in her hobbies or whatever she's into currently. Like, she went through a phase where she was absolutely fixated on doing crochet, and she was making little bugs to give to her family and darling. She blabbers on to Aegon about her darling. I feel like in a modern AU, they would be very close :((((

Alicent loved her children. The world seems to stand still when Alicent takes reader in her arms for the first time after the birth is over. Alicent's feelings and thoughts are captured by the yandere mother mode. Alicent looks after reader herself. She doesn't trust nannies or maids to care for the princess. She is the only one who breastfeeds the princess herself. Princess shares a room with her mother until she is almost seven or nine years old. Princess's separate room will be next to the Queen's room. Washing princess, combing and styling her hair, dressing her clothes is entirely Alicent's responsibility. Otto takes on the role of father and grandfather for his youngest grandson. Moreover, these roles are adding to their tendency to yandere. Otto is very involved in the upbringing of princess. Aegon almost adores his younger sister. Aegon loves the love and attention he receives from his younger sister. He is protective and possessive towards his sister. Helaena is possessive towards her sister. One of the few people who does not see her as strange and spends time willingly is her sister. Helaena spends a lot of time with her sister. Aemond is dependent on his sister. He guards and defends his sister Amond, in the absence of his dragon. When Aemond loses his sight, his sister demands justice. This scene will never leave Aemond's mind. Aegon, Helaena, and Aemond depend on their sister for love, attention, security, and support. They don't want to share their sisters with anyone. They are protective of their sisters. Their sister is the only person who gives them everything they are missing in their life. And that means a lot to all three Targaryens. They are ready to do anything for their sisters to be happy and safe. Princess is never allowed to leave the Palace. All marriage proposals for princess are rejected. Maybe Viserys, Rhaneyra (and her children), Daemon, Velaorions will develop yandere tendencies for Princess. The war is for Princess, not the throne.

Your friendship was already problematic. After all, your mothers never liked one another due to recent events. Despite such a thing... a wonderful friendship bloomed between you and Helaena.

Helaena has always been eccentric, rambling on and on about strange cryptic sayings. Despite this you never judged the girl unlike her siblings. That... and Helaena never judged you.

You were not blind to what you were. Like Jace, you knew you were a bastard. However, Helaena never held that against you.

Even if your mothers didn't particularly enjoy you being so attached to one another, neither of you cared. Helaena only ever wished to chat with you and her dragon, Dreamfyre. You two were attached to the hip.

Which is why it began to anger Helaena when you were going to be separated from her.

Alicent didn't want you near Helaena anymore. Aegon and Aemond already were causing enough trouble with your siblings. So... to "spare" her daughter, you were to be sent back to Rhaenyra upon your dragon's back.

Helaena pleads and begs her mother to let you stay. She doesn't want to raise her and Aegon's kids without you. She doesn't want her best friend to go.

Things only get worse when Aemond's dragon, Vhagar, kills Luke. When the Dance of The Dragons begins, Helaena dreads the idea of letting you go.

So... she doesn't.

Behind her mother and Aegon's back, Helaena takes Dreamfyre and takes you away.

On your way home on your own dragon, Helaena sabotaged you. Similar to Aemond and Luke, she attacked you on your way home. By the time you woke up... you were in a cell and your dragon gone.

In her eyes, this was the best decision! Even though Aegon showed distaste towards Helaena using Dreamfyre to abduct you... he lets her do as she wishes. Having a captive might be good for the upcoming war.

However, even though you're in a cell... Helaena doesn't view your abduction as such a thing.

In her eyes... she's simply bringing her friend back to where they belong... with her.

“Shhh please be quiet. Everything will be alright.” Helaena whispers to you, holding you tightly to her chest. You shake against her, your chains rattling against the cold stone of your cell. You just wanted to go home... seven hells, you wanted to be away from the war.

"Where's my dragon!?" You panic, only to have Helaena shush you softly. She doesn't answer at first... but her pained look tells you everything.

Your dragon's dead by Dreamfyre's claws... but it's unknown if Helaena ordered such a thing.

“... Don’t be scared. I don’t want to hurt you.” Helaena coos, pulling you tighter against her. She lays her head on yours... yet your shaking doesn't stop. "I do hope Dreamfyre didn't harm you... I tried to make sure she was careful. Your dragon, however..."

There's another agonizingly long silence between you. You begin to feel yourself cry, Helaena wiping away your tears. You didn't want her comfort.

"Since I was young mother tried to separate you from me, she said you weren't true Targaryen." Helaena hums. "I don't care what she thinks... or what your mother thinks... I think you're meant to be here with me."

"In a cell?" You bring up, Helaena stiffening for a moment. "In a cell, captured by The Greens, with my dragon dead?"

“They tried to take you away from me! I had to do something!” Helaena snarls a bit. Her anger gets the best of her for just a moment before the dreamer calms herself down. "I couldn't let you leave me... Aegon won't mind... in fact he ignores me, and I won't let mother touch you!"

"This... doesn't feel like you, Helaena." You hiccup, only for Helaena to frown and hold you tighter.

"Time changes the best of us... it's about time I fight to get what I want." Helaena mutters bitterly. "I'm tired of political ties telling me who I can and can not speak with... since birth we played together..."

Helaena pulls away to cup your face in her hands. She rubs your cheeks affectionately. Her eyes are dark... yet at the same time, adoration shines within them.

"Since birth we were meant to be beside each other like siblings, my dear friend..." Helaena smiles.

"Nothing will take you away from me... not with Dreamfyre by my side."

How would yan!BlackFamily and Yan!GreenFamily deal with this? 🤤

you're such a lovely and kind girl, rhaenyra's only daughter and middle child. you're the spitting image of rhaenyra, gold-white hair and purple eyes. you're so lovely.

it's not strange that boys would flock around you, your beauty, your kindness was something out of this world. countless marriage proposals were sent to rhaenyra and daemon, all of them rejected because they wished for you to stay with them.

jace, luke, and joffrey are soooo overprotective, constantly batting away admirers as you take walks with your mother and stepfather or with baela and rhaena. they'll keep you safe from all those rabid men!

of course, there's also your grandfather and aunts and uncles. rhaenyra refuses to return to king's landing and listen to alicent's offers of marriage between one of her sons and you until her father commands her to return, wishing to see his daughter and grandchildren.

You had been precious as a child, sweet and polite, always tottering after your mother but as a teenager, you were beautiful, all light and friendly in contrast to the gloomy atmosphere of your former home. You didn't let it bother you as you chatted with your grandfather, telling him all about what you had been doing throughout the years.

aegon, aemond, helaena and daeron are a different story completely. of course, alicent, in private, encourages them to get close to you. she had been fond of you as a child but rhaenyra had blocked every notion to bring you into her family as one of her son's bride.

it's especially hard for them to get close (apart from helaena) when you have such an overprotective family. helaena gets close fairly easy since no one suspects helaena at all.

you take frequent walks with her, picking flowers as she finds new bugs to add to her ongoing collection. you laugh as she tells you stories about things you've missed.

aegon, aemond, and daeron have definitely come across jace, luke and joffrey while stalking you and neither party will let it go.

How would everyone react if Aemma lost her eye instead of Aemond? Like she tried to break up the fight and jumped in the middle, thus taking the knife for Aemond? I can imagine how devastated Viserys and Rhaenyra would be, it feels like they failed to protect Aemma again…

Tw: Yandere themes, the loss of an eye, the taking of others’ eyes, and a brief mention of incest

It would depend on who Aemma!lookalike was the child of honestly. If she was Rhaenyra’s child I think Viserys would be more likely to have one of his kids take out their own eye for the one that was damaged for the Reader. Alicent would still very much fight it, but if Aemma!lookalike was her child she’d be demanding an eye from Jace or Like all the same. The only difference would be she would rely on the fact that it was in regards to Aemma!lookalike that she would hopefully actually get Viserys to command one of Rhaenyra’s children’s eyes as recompense.

Rhaenyra would feel especially guilt ridden. She would get after the other children involved for having started a fight in general but most importantly for not having kept the Reader out of it. She definitely feels like she has failed her child by not protecting them and now they’re not only scarred but literally missing a part of themself now. Rhaenyra would be reminded of the fact that she failed Aemma!lookalike everyday, even if the damage is hidden (the Reader may wear their hair a certain way to cover their missing eye now), Rhaenyra would forever have to look at her poor child knowing full well she wasn’t there for them when they needed her most. One thing would be for certain though, after this ordeal Rhaenyra would never allow her precious child anywhere out of her sight let alone out of her reach.

Something that would really make Rhaenyra’s heart clench would be if the Reader were to just be accepting of the situation from the start. Like, “Yaeh this happened and it’s my life now but at least my brothers and cousins are safe.” Even if they were to just fake it and put on a brave face for her would mean a lot. It wouldn’t take away from anything at all but it would have Rhaenyra adoring her child all the more. Especially if they were doing so just to ease everyone else around them after such a distressing situation.

Viserys would definitely feel as though he also failed Aemma!lookalike!Reader. He would feel just as guilt ridden as his daughter. He may even have one of his children take an eye out just so the Reader doesn’t feel alone. Viserys would definitely have Rhaenyra keep the Reader close after this incident. He would want her to be extremely cautious from then on out when regarding the Reader in particular. Afterward, Viserys would always compliment the Reader even more than he did before. He wouldn’t want them to feel like any of their beauty has diminished all because they were missing one measly eye now. He would enforce that his children, Alicent, and Daemon go out of their way to compliment and assure Aemma!lookalike that they are still the same as they were before, that nothing about them has changed due to this unfortunate situation.

Daemon would have no problem cutting out one of Alicent’s children’s eyes for the Reader. He’d happily do so if given the chance. Other than that though he would certainly be the one to tell the Reader that their scar looked pretty badass. He’d be the one to hype them the fuck up and to give them the real confidence they need afterward, even if they’re trying to put on a brave face Daemon could see right through it. He would even offer to cut out his own eye if it would make them feel better and he would actually go through with it if they so wanted.

I like to think that in the scenario that Aemma!lookalike was Rhaenyra’s child and lost their eye that Alicent would finally come to realize that they aren’t just solely the doppelgänger of her husband’s late wife but also their own person and a child at that. Like, this is a child that just went through something traumatic and took a injury that was meant for her own child. I think that Alicent would feel a sense of remorse for what happened to the Reader, especially if her children were affected by it (mainly Aemond and Helaena). Maybe not enough to have any of her children lose an eye just so the Reader doesn’t feel bad but there would be some grief in her about the incident. She may try to put her resentment towards the Reader aside and start anew with them, not even taking her and Rhaenyra’s own relationship into account.

Helaena would be so incredibly worried upon seeing her best friend after everything. She would want to immediately go to them and see that they’re truly okay for herself. She’d want to be with them every waking moment after that. It would hurt her knowing that her own brother had a part in all of this but Aemond and Alicent would be able to spin it around on her that Luke was really to blame since he was the one wielding the dagger that injured the Reader. I see Helaena being the one to really touch and caress the Reader’s scar the most afterward, paying more overall attention to that side of their face from then on. She just thinks so much of the Reader and no scar or missing eye could change that. She would want the Reader to not hide their injury in her company, wanting to be able to see it. Helaena would really strive for the Reader to embrace it and she’ll be with them every step of the way to help them get to that point.

I think some the biggest and most prominent reactions are going to really come from the ones who were actually involved in the reason why the Reader lost an eye. Aemond, Jace, Luke, Baela, and Rhaena would be the ones who would really take the hardest to the whole thing having been there to not only witness it but also be the reason behind it.

Aemond would wholeheartedly blame the other kids involved. If it weren’t for them Aemma!lookalike wouldn’t have been there in the first place and certainly wouldn’t have lost her eye because of it. It would definitely mean a lot to him that she did end up getting injured for him, at least that’s how he would see it. She was just trying to help him and got severely hurt because of it. Aemond wouldn’t be able to bring himself to trust the other kids with the Reader after this. They just proved to him that not only are they incapable of protecting the Reader but that they also would end up putting Aemma!lookalike in dangerous situations. Even though he himself wasn’t capable of protecting the Reader in that moment he’ll train hard enough to be able to in the future.

Jace would feel utterly terrible. He didn’t protect his sister, he got her into a mess and she ended up losing something irreplaceable because of it. He would never forgive himself for not preventing it from happening and for not being strong enough to do something more in the moment. Jace would blame Aemond for the entire situation, as do the other kids. After everything he would become extremely overprotective of his sister, especially around Aemond. He can’t trust that Aemond won’t start trouble again resulting in the Reader getting injured all over again. Jace won’t let that happen, not again. He won’t fail his beloved Aemma!lookalike or their mother again by not being able to protect her.

I think Luke would be the most affected by the whole thing. He was the one after all who pulled the knife and ended up hurting his sister, although his target was in fact Aemond. He would never be able to forgive himself for disfiguring his own precious sibling. How could he? No matter what anyone said to him; from his mother to Jace or Daemon to the Reader themself, Luke wouldn’t be able to let go of what he had done. He would vow to make up for it for the rest of his life. He would work hard not only to earn the Reader’s forgiveness (no matter how many times they’ve already forgiven him) but to also be able to protect them just like Jace and Aemond plan to. Luke would be attached to the Reader’s hip afterward, helping them as much as he can. And whenever he saw their scar he’d always apologize from then on, asking how they are or how it was.

Baela and Rhaena would both feel guilty, like they’re at fault for the Reader being in that situation in the first place. Of course they both still wholeheartedly blame Aemond for taking their mother’s dragon and stand by him being the real reason for all of this as a whole, but they still feel terrible about what happened. They would also stay by the Reader’s side, similar to Jace and Luke. Comforting and consoling Aemma!lookalike whenever they feel they need to. They’ll also take after Daemon and assure the Reader of how incredibly powerful and beautiful they look with the scar and the eye patch they have to where now. Even if the Reader does still go ahead and cover their eye with their hair, Baela and Rhaena would still hype the shit out of her.

I like the thought of Aemond, Jace, or Luke, maybe even Balea or Rhaena offering to take out one of their eyes of their own accord for Aemma!lookalike. I more so see Aemond doing so, especially if he and the Reader were best friends or he had a crush on her. Like, I imagine the Reader being tended to by the maesters, Rhaenyra by her side, and in walks Aemond missing his own eye and offering said eye to the Reader himself. Alicent would be fucking horrified that her son would do that but it would also be weirdly sweet. I could see Daemon kind of respecting the action. (Also, I couldn’t help but have the idea of Aemond cutting out and offering his own eye to Aemma!lookalike as a marriage proposal👀.)

Viserys Targaryen + Meeting soulmate in dream every night

He was always looking forward to his dreams, looking forward to you. Initially, he believed it might have been one of his visions, one that somewhat always involved you. But he came to understand there were more than just visions.

Whether you two were lying in a flower field or strolling along the beach, Viserys loved the conversations and times he shared with you. The moment he opened his eyes in the mornings caused his desire for you to swell with each passing day. In the dreams, he begged you to tell him where you are, willing to sail to the end of the world just to see you.

The intensity increased when he assumed the throne and realized that you were the only person with whom he felt at peace. The king was allegedly never to be awakened from his sleep by the servants. When there came a day, he looked up across the court and saw you. The lord and ladies all stare in surprise as the king leaves his throne to approach you, cradling your face in his hands, becoming teary-eyed.

Rhaenyra Targaryen + Sharing the same injuries as your soulmate

Your father brought you along to the coronation ceremony of King Viserys where named his daughter Rhaenyra as his heir. Your father decided to spend a few days at King’s landing, leaving you free to explore the castle. It’s there you could truly meet the princess and befriended her.

During your many walks together, you trip scraping your knees only to hear the princess wince in pain as she lifts her dress, revealing a scrape on her knee. Could it be. It was expected that your soulmate would be a man.

The princess and you exchange a look before she presses her nail into her knee, making you flinch. This all confirms it. You weren’t sure how she would respond, but you weren’t certainly expecting her to reach for your hand, a smile showing on her eager face. Rhaenyra told your father that you’ll be staying at King’s Landing with her from now on. Her father agrees, happy that his daughter made a new ‘friend’.

Daemon Targaryen + Sharing your soulmate’s emotions

You came to the conclusion your soulmate must be quite a violent person, often feeling their strong emotions-their bloodlust and rage, which left you feeling all the more frustrated. Daemon could feel your frustrations and it left him amused. With you, there was much more happiness in the air. Giving him a taste of what inner peace might be like.

Sitting among your family during the tourney. You felt it. The adrenaline, the unbridled excitement of your soulmate. But this time, the feelings were much stronger that it almost made you feel queasy. It's when the rogue prince comes riding on his horse wearing his black armor, do you make eye contact.

And at that moment, you're sure he knows it's you. Sinking back further into your seat as the rogue prince gives you a smirk. Feeling your chest tighten as his horse got closer to you. His lance is right in front of you and he asks for your favor. And you do it all while he can sense your giddiness. Returning to your seat, you are well aware this isn't the last you'll see of Daemon.

During his nine sea voyages, Corlys was said to return with countless treasures. Silk, jade, spice, ships, gold and so much more. But upon his return from Essos, he was said to have returned with what he told to be far more valuable than any of his treasure. When he returned, he had a princess by his side—who now is his wife.

Corlys knew what he wanted. And he set out to pursue it. He observed the constellations in the night sky and learned that the brightest one pointed in the direction of where he needed to be. Upon his arrival to your kingdom, the sea snake requested your hand in marriage.

Once he had seen you. It had to be you. Corlys was certain. The sudden beat in his heart. An unseen string tugging him in your direction. And there, he gave you the most extravagant gifts with a ship big enough to carry half of a village, and a dress so plush that it felt sheer. And how could your father refuse upon seeing such devotion.

Rhaenys Targaryen + Touching your soulmate allows you to see glimpses of their future

Soulmates. Seemed like a ridiculous notion to Rhaenys. But perhaps that notion was needed. In this world soulmates rarely cross each other's paths. And if they did, it was not as happily as all those tales portrayed over and over again. But what were the chances she’d meet you on this particular day.

After arriving at King's Landing, you spent some time getting to formally know Rhaenys. Many times, having her over for tea. But once, your hands unintentionally brushed against hers. Rhaenys catches a fleeting glimpse. Her hair blown by the wind. Sensing the touch of another. The aroma of salt and seaweed. When the haze clears, a face so eerily similar is seen.

A cup breaking on the ground rouses her senses. A look of worry on your face. You can't help but ask if she's disappointed. Her expression, however, tells you otherwise.

Laena Velaryon + Sharing the same heart beat

At driftmark, you attended the wedding of Laenor and Rhaenyra. The entire ride, your heartbeat has been slightly racing. It continues to bother you, yet you ignore it. As the door opens, it starts pounding rapidly and intensely, almost flopping in your chest.

As you look at Lady Laena, you feel faint and short of breath. It seems she is also struggling, but her expression remains calm that perhaps you are only imagining things. All eyes are on her when she asks you for a dance. When your hand finally touches her, you feel as though you can breathe again. With each passing second, your body becomes more relaxed and at ease.

As the two of you danced, you tried to hide your awe in the face of her breathtaking beauty. When the dancing comes to a close, she whispers in your ear how she would love for you to spend a few days at Driftmark. There was no way you could refuse.

Otto Hightower + Meeting your soulmate after the worst event in your life

As any with common sense, Otto believed the concept of soulmates was utter nonsense. Believed duty to far more proceeds one’s desires and whims. And taking a wife who wasn't his soulmate-whom he loved deeply further solidified his convictions.

But all good things come to an end. Now left with the news of his wife's death. Days after, he still carried out his daily duties. That's when he finally took notice of you; a friend of Rhaenyra and Alicent. As soon you walk away, Otto notices his eyes start to follow.

Moments are spent where he'd ask you of your house or day, and soon the subject shifted to more personal manners. Right then and there, Otto understood his feelings, his gravitation towards you. You must not have known. Envisioning someone much more spirited and youthful. Surprise trickled through you when Otto announces his impending marriage and at the sight of Alicent's expression of betrayal.

Alicent Hightower + Soulmate marks are only visible after touching

In her younger years, Alicent found some solace in the prospect of soulmates, but that all changed when she was made to wed the king. Beginning to scoff at the notion, dismissing it as nothing more than a frivolous dream of little girls.

As she awakens in the morning, a new handmaiden greets her. The queen moves to stand as the handmaiden hastily dresses her. There, she felt fingers graze her skin. An intense stinging pain ran over her body, giving her skin a burning sensation. Holding her wrist. She sees it now. The mark.

A gasp is heard. The handmaiden grasping her own wrist. The implications cause the handmaiden's eyes to enlarge and her mouth to hang open. As they lock eyes, a knife-cutting silence permeates the chambers.

Aegon II Targaryen + A timer for when soulmates shall first meet

As far as Aegon is concerned, he couldn't care less whether he discovered a supposed soulmate—if they even existed in the first place. Looking at his wrist, the timer indicates a decade or possibly longer. And as he grew older, he became more detached to the prospect. Maybe not even his soulmate would have loved the man he came to be.

A day at the feast, however, Aegon's vacant eyes drifted to his wine cup. Where he saw it. His wrist. His head tilted downward, eyes narrowing when seeing the timer rapidly decrease. Has it been that long since he last looked. His wife speaks, but it is all muddled to him. Eyes glued to his wrist, watching it still go down.

He hears more wine being poured into his cup. And then it happens. 0-Inked on his wrist. Finally, Aegon lifts his head at the servant who had stopped pouring his wine, and the prince is met with a horrified look in return.

With his hand still in yours, Harwin now gazes into your eyes. A gaze of longing. When your father asks what's the matter, you pull your hand away from his, reassuring him that it's nothing. Lionel gives you a knowing look. His son certainly won't allow you to leave after this.

Jacaerys Velaryon + Soulmate’s name on each other’s wrist

On his wrists, read your name. The prospect excited Jace. The idea of unwavering love, being one's other half. He'd study with the Septon intending to learn of other houses, asking them of their daughters. Perhaps he'd find you among them. Only to be left disappointed when your name was never mentioned.

The other servants are to leave, leaving just you and him. Reaching for your hand, he sees a cloth wrapped around your wrist. Removing it, he exhales heavily upon discovering his name inked on your skin. It's you. At last, he found you.

The wolf of the north never bothered himself with the idea of seeking out a soul mate. More important than love or desire were one's duties. As she and her brother explain their arrival to the situation, the princess's voice is shaking as she still hasn't fully recovered from her recent overstimulation. There’s also a slight waver in Cregan’s voice as he speaks. As he pledged to fight for them, the princess swears she saw his eyes soften for a brief moment.

You haven't heard much about Rhanyra and Daemon, your niece and older brother. You have tried to send several letters to them, but no replies.

You finally arrived at the doors of the king's bed chambers. The knights bowed on either side and opened the door. "Princess y/n Targaryen, your grace," one screamed. You entered the room. In front of the fireplace sat your sick older brother, the King, and beside him stood your sister-in-law, The Queen Alicent. She turned around and smiled happily. “Y/n” she said and hugged you.

You have very nice relationship and get along very well. You were grateful to her for taking care of Viserys. You ended the hug. "My queen" You whispered. You turned your glance to your brother, walked beside him and knelt next to him. "Brother, how are you?" You asked softly. You heard the door close and assumed that Alicent had left you alone. "Who is it?" he replied weakly. You felt tears in your throat but you held them back. "Viserys, it's me. Your sister, Y/n" "Aah Y/n. Of course. My dear sister. I feel like I'm gonna die any moment" he joked. Your eyes widened. "Don't say it like that, Viserys! What would Rhaenyra think? You are strong, brother. You are a Dragon, like Daemon, like me," You said softly sobbing now. Viserys placed his hand on top of yours which was on his planket. "The one who was promised. The long night… it's… the promised…" "Viserys? Viserys!" He turned to look at you, confused. "I think.. I need to rest a little," you nodded and stood up. "I'm gonna tell Alicent," and after saying that you left.

The garden had always been your favorite place. The smell, the colors, the picture was just breath taking. You walked around until you saw your niece, Helaena sitting alone on one of the seats there. You walked over to her, smiling sweetly. "Helaena, how are you?" She turned her attention from her hand, where a yellow butterfly rested, to you. Her face lit up when she saw you. "Aunt! Sit, sit!" and so you did, your red dress swaying with every movement. The butterfly flew away and she took your hands to hers. "I'm fine, aunt. Today is a beautiful day, isn't it? Did you come from seeing my father?" she asked hurriedly. "Today is a very beautiful day, my darling. Yes actually I did. Your mother told me you'd be here," her face fell. You frowned and put your hand on her shoulder. "Is something wrong, me dear? Are you spending much time here?... Alone?" she looked at the floor dreamily.

"I don't have anyone to talk to most of my time. Father is sick, mother is busy with Kingdom, Aegon… does his own things, Aemond also don't care. You're the only one I have, aunt." "Don't ever say such things again," you took her head and hugged her against your chest. She hooked her arms around your waist, strongly. "Never Helaena. Your parents and brothers love you, they really do. I love you. You don't have to feel alone, never." She took her head from your arms and looked you into the eyes dreamily. "I wish you were my mother, y/n." You looked at her sadly and hugged her again.

What you didn't hear were the words she spoke to herself. "The one who can't fly can't breathe fire."

After that you were to search your two nephews and talk with them about Helaene. Like you expected they were on the training ground. You watched from the balcony as Aemond's and Aegon's swords clashed. A few knights and lower lords around them. You knew how proud they were. They liked to show off, especially to you. You never knew why thought.

You made your way down the stairs. The knights and lords bowed when they saw you. "Make way to Princess y/n Targaryen," this took your nephews attention. Aegon smirked. "Came to see how I beat this brat's ass and cheer me up?" he asked arrogantly. "Not today, Aegon." Aemond looked at you with narrowed eyes. He never liked how his brother talked with you. "Actually, I would like to talk about Helaena with you," Aegon groaned and rolled his eyes for that. "My lovely aunt. Can we not talk about her again. I'm about to win this battle and I would like some cheering with your beautiful voice." Next thing you knew Aegon was bleeding from his right hand. The maesters ran to him and took him to his chambers, while Aegon cried and whined dramatically.

You looked at Aemond, shocked. He had thrown his bloodied sword to the ground. He looked unbothered. "He got too close to you." You had nothing to say. What was wrong with these boys? "Aemond… I have to talk with your mother about this. This is not…" "Don't worry, he has seen worse battles," he mocked his brother. You shaked your head, turned around to walk away and said, "I need a hot bath. Now." "I will see you at the dinner, Aunt," said Aemond, watching your beautiful figure walking away.

Every time you train she watches. I mean really, she is always watching over you.

Even when she was younger and both of you were friends she was so curious how you took interest in training and fighting. Women weren’t aloud to like or do such things but here you are.

Little Helaena thinks it’s so cute that you train. Because you’re still young and don’t have much skill yet, so she smiles when you trip. Though when you get hurt she jumps up and looks so worried.

The only reason Alicent lets her watch is because you train in private and don’t actually do anything dangerous. Plus you’re her baby’s best friend and she loves you too.

Older Helaena can’t help but just find it adorable how much you have grown with your skills. She claps when you win or do something cool. Always gives you kisses when you both get away from eyes but don’t be fooled she is always touching you in public.

Is your cheerleader for these things. She will sit and read books or anything, but she loves to be there for you.

If you get hurt she goes wild. Always thinking it’s worse then it actually is, like a small cut for instance. You are seeing the maester and taking a few days off. She rushes to your side immediately and checks on you.

Calls you her knight in shining armor.

You are not aloud to participate in anything, even just between the other trainees or anything. Because she fears they will hurt you, even though you could take it. And you already know if you do get hurt, she will kill anyone.

Gifts you the finest sword and armor. And when she becomes queen she will knight you, always by her side after.

She loves it when you play with the children. Making them little wooden swords that don’t have any edge.

She doesn’t like swords but if you happen to want to teach her a bit she wouldn’t say no. Only if you are holding her and showing her everything, like how to stand and just how to hold it. Will love it so much that she always pretends to forget each time just to have you touch her.

Kills anyone at court who has a problem with you training or says anything bad about you. Can’t they see how happy you? Oh well, they will have plenty of time to think about it with the gods.

What would happen if gn!baby!reader (Rhaenyra's baby) loses an eye? As if he was caught in the middle of a fight between some lords or knights and stabbed by accident.

Chaos.

That's basically it. If something like that happened to bby!reader nothing good would come of it, deaths and many violent fights would just be icing on the cake. It is capable, regardless of the degree of influence of those who injured bby, the entire family to be eliminated or lose the eye as a form of retaliation.

Bby!Reader got caught in the middle of a fight by some drunken knights and accidentally get cut its eye out. And now everyone will pay the price.

Rhaenyra was absolutely horrified and furious at what happened to her precious baby, she rushed to her child's aid when she saw what happened, she started crying right then and there when she saw the damage done to you. As she clutched her bby in tears, she started screaming promises of revenge.

Whoever dared to touch his precious baby would pay with his life. One eye was not enough, it had to be life.

Criston was mad with anger and worry upon hearing about what happened. Anger filled his body and he went after whoever hurt his bby, he could take care of them later. They would be safe with the family and Cole would check on them after making sure he beat the perpetrator to death.

Laenor was shocked and furious when he arrived in the room with Rhaenyra and saw you being taken care of by a maester, he didn't know what to say or what to do. His mind was filled with murderous thoughts and soon he broke free of the protective embrace he placed around you and went along with Criston to find who blinded you. They would pay and you can be sure it wouldn't be any fun.

Viserys and Alicent were both shocked when they saw you and Viserys was quick to order them to find who did this to you so they could pay. Alicent came over and tried to comfort you, assuring you that you would always be perfect for everyone, regardless of the scar on your face. She ordered them to bring you the eye of the one who hurt you.

Otto and Corlys reacted the same way, filled with rage and strong feelings for revenge. This shouldn't have happened, not to you. Otto would make sure you were taken care of by the best maester and Corlys would help find who hurt you to make sure they were dead. Without eyes, preferably.

Daemon was mad with rage, he had no more sense of rationality when he saw you'd been hurt. That his bby was hurt. And that was unacceptable. He would hunt them to the ends of the world if he had to, but they would pay. It doesn't matter if it was an accident, you got hurt, you lost an eye and he wouldn't have that. They would all pay off one way or another and Daemon can be very creative. Maybe that person's entire lineage goes blind in one eye.

Rhaenys was shocked and worried about you, but she didn't have the same reaction as her husband. She stayed by your side the entire time, making sure you were going to be okay. She took care of you along with your mother and Alicent. Helaena was shocked by all of this. In a way, she already knew what was going to happen but she felt sick to witness the barbarity in which you were a victim. She clung to your side, making sure you knew she was there for you.

Rhaena was worried and unresponsive to see you injured, clinging to her twin for comfort. Baela tried to comfort her sister, but she was just as angry that you had hurt her..

Jacaerys was so worried and irritated that something like that came over his sibiling that he didn't know what to do. He was irritated but didn't know how to help. Jace felt powerless and that's why he stayed to the side, just watching you with pain and anger in his eyes. He would get his revenge. Lucerys was terrified, remembering an incident, and he didn't know what to do with himself when he saw that you were hurt. He was forced to stand sideways with his brothers, hissing every time the needle touched your skin.

Aegon was mad with rage, similar to Daemon. He was livid, maybe it was the drink, but knowing you were hurt made him beyond mad. He would feed the perpetrator to his dragon, he would make sure they suffered for what they did to you. Nobody can hurt you and get away with it.

Aemond was the calmest, in terms of the family, he didn't react as violently as expected. Of course, he was furious that anyone would dare touch you, let alone maim you, hurt you. But a part of him warmed to the prospect that this was fate, the two of you truly belonged together.

Everything indicated. Of course, he would make sure whoever cut you was dead, but not before taking a good look at you. So perfect.

As always, Daemon ruins everything.

Unlike his wife, Daemon holds no love for his brother's other children, and Helaena is no exception. He doesn't like Alicent, which means he doesn't like her offspring. Rhaenyra holds a special kind of love for Helaena, and Daemon doesn't understand it at all. He hates the Targtower kids with a burning passion, but up until the war Rhaenyra wouldn't let him do anything so he stays unpleasant towards them.

When he and Rhaenyra lock their eyes on (Name), Daemon is excited for their new potential lover. He doesn't care that it's obvious Helaena loves them, he doesn't care that they're loyal to their odd princess, and he doesn't care that Helaena has no one else to turn to. Daemon Targaryen is greedy, and he wants their darling to belong only to them.

When he finds out that Rhaenyra intends to let (Name) go to be with Helaena?

All hell breaks loose.

He isn't onboard with this at all! He wants to take their darling back to Dragonstone and marry them in a traditional ceremony and leaving them here with one of those little Hightower rats is not something that he's willing to do. Rhaenyra would be stubborn and order Daemon to leave her poor sister alone, but he's the farthest thing from content. (Name) would make the both of them so happy, and Rhaenyra was just throwing that away.

Needless to say, Daemon would have to play devil's advocate once again.

I think a lot of people have this misconception that Rhaenyra knew that B&C was going to happen, but Daemon 100% did that behind her back.

He goes against her wishes in this regard as well.

Daemon would send some of his loyal men to go kidnap their darling and have them brought to Dragonstone. He doesn't care that Helaena is going to be devastated and alone in Kings Landing.

He just doesn't care.

Just like Alicent, her motherly instincts would probably kick in too. Any duties would be put off until further notice, right now her only job is to make sure you get better.

Aegon could care less about anything else he had going on that day, for as soon as he saw that you were ill, he locked himself in your chambers with you. I headcanon Aegon as being naturally warm to the touch, so that would be very convenient if you were having chills. He is all on top of you, not giving a damn about the maester's warnings that he could get sick too from being within such close proximity to you. His health would be an afterthought, you are his top priority right now; not anyone else, or even himself.

Aemond is alarmed at the sight of you curled up in your shared bed. He had grown up with his father being very sick, so even though it is just a little cold you have, it stirs something in him. He’d do everything for you, bathe you, dress you, feed you, etc. He’d even go up to the maester’s in charge of caring for you and ask about what teas or other medicines he can make on his own to give you. During the whole time you are sick, you don’t even lift a finger for Aemond is hell-bent on doing things for you that normally you would do for yourself.

Jace just completely neglects himself. He’s so caught up in worrying and caring for you that he doesn’t make time to cancel meetings or plans. He’d hold you in his arms almost the entire time, and when he wasn’t, he was busy bothering his mother for advice on how to care for you. He’d let the maesters come in and do their thing but he’d be there to oversee that everything they were doing was up to his standards, and if they weren’t, no mercy would be shown. He’d kiss you all over your face whispering about how he would rather burn at the stake than see you suffer.

Daemon would probably be angry at himself for allowing you to get sick. He’d find out who spread this sickness to you; but would push dealing with that to another day, in favor of caring for you. If you were feeling rather hot, teetering on the verge of having a fever, he’d put you in a lukewarm bath to try and make it go down. He’d climb in behind you and hold you close to him. Daemon’s philosophy is actions speak louder than words, hence why when he does hold you like this, he tucks his face in the crook of your neck and says nothing, allowing you both to relax in the comfort of one another.

Ser Criston doesn’t have access and power to request the best maester’s to come and care for you or put off his duties, but nonetheless, he would still pull whatever string he could, by any means, to get the time to care for you. "What are you doing?" Helaena asked . The two of you were sitting outside the training ground. It was one of the rare times you didn't spend your time in your study room. The boys had insisted that you watch them during their sword practice.

"I'm checking my notes" You answered. You've been restless since you saw Laena at the celebrations. She was going to die soon—which she didn't even know about. You had to make a decision until Laena's funeral, a decision you hadn't been able to make for 11 years. You were either going to save everyone and change the future , or you were going to choose the original future, the future where everyone died.

“Why do you always take notes or check your notes?” Helaena asked innocently. You lifted your eyes from your notes and looked at Helaena. You swallowed. "Because I don't want to forget." You answered. You didn't want to forget: your past, your family, your friends, your life 11 years ago.

You looked into Helaena's lilac eyes, innocent but equally frightening eyes, those eyes that seemed to understanding what you were saying.

Helaena was about to ask another question but Aegon and the others came running up to you.

“I won Y/n. I won the fight." said Aegon excitedly. He was looking at you with eyes waiting for you to praise him. Jace sighed, unable to accept his loss. Aemond and Luke were waiting for you to take care of them. You smiled and congratulated Aegon.

You looked at the notes on the table. You thought, 'I have to make a decision’. It was like a dream to open your eyes in the series you love 11 years ago. Seeing and talking to your favorite characters live. It looked great at first, because you knew the future, you could change the future and give everyone a happy ending and stop the war.

You tried and you paid the price. The slightest change was causing you to gradually forget your past. You were afraid of forgetting your family, your life, what you knew, so you withdrew. As time passed, you realized that you were not getting old. This scared you even more.

The whole room was covered with charts, notes and paintings you had drawn. Everything was to remember and to return. If it weren't for these paintings and notes, you'd have forgotten your past. You looked at the picture in which you drew a happy moment with your family in your most recent work. You thought, 'Everything will be fine'.

There were screams. When you looked around, everything was on fire. Kingslanding was on fire. A silhouette was coming towards you through the fires, Laena. She was wearing a blue bloody dress.

“Laena. I- you- why? “You said hesitantly.

Laena just looked at you sadly and smiled.

She said "You could save me but you didn't"

“Laena I-” you swallowed.

"You were afraid. But you are the reason why everything is covered with fire and blood right now,” she said, pointing around.

“You didn't save me, you didn't save them, you couldn't save us. You left us to our fate,” Laena continued.

“Us?” You said

“Yes, us.” Said Laena

Then came the screams from below. Voices of familiar people. Rhaenyra, Helaena, Lucerys… others. They were all bleeding under your feet, begging you, pulling you towards them.

“Laena I-!”

“Make your decision before it's too late! Please,” Laena said. While you're being pulled down.

“Laena!” You Looked around. You were in your room. It was just a dream, a nightmare. The door knocked .

A maid hurried in.
