I've read a lot of fanfiction where the Aizawamic's adopt Midoriya and...

Izuku had no idea how much hair humans actually loses. He always cut his hair short because it was more convenient for him.

And so, the first time he helped them clean the bathroom, he was shocked to see so much hair in the drain. How?! From where?! He was seriously scared and did his best to slip all kinds of food with hair vitamins into his foster parents.
