The new Pokémon, Gimmighoul, in both Chest and Roaming Formes! It's a Ghost-type with the Rattled Ability!

Info from its bio on the Pokémon SV site:

These Gimmighoul hide inside sturdy treasure chests. While this provides them with a solid defense, the treasure chest’s weight causes Gimmighoul to move slowly, making travel difficult. It is not uncommon for Chest Form Gimmighoul to be mistaken for an antique and taken home or sold to an antique store.

When Gimmighoul senses a person or Pokémon draw near, it ambushes them. It then uses ghost energy to control its target, forcing them to collect coins. Because it often hides in warehouses, shop corners, and other places people and Pokémon don’t frequent, it tends to keep persistent control of those it does manage to encounter.

It seems that Gimmighoul has a second form called Roaming Form Gimmighoul. This kind of Gimmighoul doesn’t hide in a treasure chest. It’s small, carries a single coin on its back, and can be found hiding all over Paldea. However, since they run away as soon as a person approaches, it seems not a single Trainer in Paldea has ever managed to catch one.

Surprisingly, Roaming Form Gimmighoul have been spotted in the world of Pokémon GO as well! It appears that Mr. Jacq—an expert on the biology of Pokémon in the Paldea region—and Professor Willow, who has been carrying out research alongside Trainers in the world of Pokémon GO, have joined forces to devise a way to catch them. July 18th is Desi and Arab Goth Representation Day and, in celebration, Uttar Pradesh, India-based darkwave act Willow Scarlet released a video for "Pishach," the first part of their new dark South Asian folklore and mythology-inspired release Veeran, which celebrates by featuring clips of various Desi and Arab goth influencers. A pishacha, the subject of the song, is a flesh-eating and blood-drinking demon in Hindu lore.

Some little messed up guys!

Meet Willow, Scarlet, and Coal.

They have. A lot going on. But I thought up a little story and couldn’t help making some designs (and turning them into dragons).

The short version is they all used to get along really well(they were dating. At least in my head they were). But then seemingly randomly broke apart, and no one around them is sure exactly why?

All people know is there was a big fight, that ended up with Willow vanishing, and Scarlet and Coal having a lot of grumpiness with each other. The story is mostly about others around then(their friends and family), trying to figure out what happened…

Along with some cool action story-esq stuff in the background, hehe.

Episode 1 | The Willow Tree Freedom

Eternal Sugar was exhausted.

Staring down the massive gash in the silver willow that held her in this place, this lifeless version of her home, she looked disgusted.

She hated this.

Still holding her harp, in a way so unfamiliar to her, she raised the instrument once more. Preparing to strike the tree again, her body trembled.

She swung as hard as she could, the crack of the wood so audible as the harp was once more lodged into the damaged trunk of the tree, the sound surprising even her.

For a moment, she stumbled back, watching as the crack grew across the tree, spreading up the trunk in a star-like shape.

Her eyes widened, pink irises sparkling like diamonds under the light of the moon.

Black sap spilled from the tree's wounds like jam from a cut, an image swirling in the shiny surface.

Vibrant colors…silvery green grass…home.

A smile formed on Eternal Sugar's face as she surged forward to grab her harp.

Yet, before she could grab it, the instrument was swallowed up by the sap, disappearing into the pretty much portal created by the sap.

She was quiet for a moment, staring with an open mouth as she watched the harp appear in the image reflecting back at her from the sap's shiny surface.

There's only one way to go from here, I guess, she thought.

She reached her hand into the sap, cringing at the texture of the sticky substance, but despite her turmoil she pushed forward.

Placing her hands on the edges of the crack in the tree, she took a deep breath, holding it as she pulled herself forward through the sap.

On the other side of the silver willow, outside of the beast of sloth's prison, Carameleon watched the tree split down the center, black sap seeping from the bark and pooling against the grain of the tree.

A harp appeared from the sap, covered in globs of it and tumbling down to where the small cookie stood behind a bush.

The next thing the little shifter knew, there was an entire cookie clawing their way out of the sap, white, pink tinted, wings spreading out behind them.

The tree split further as the cookie clambered their way out, hitting the ground with a solid thud.

Carameleon stood in shock, staring at the cookie that wasn't at all hard to recognize.

Eternal Sugar.

This is bad, was the only thought to enter the chameleons mind as he watched the winged cookie begin to work globs of sap off her body.

This is, so, so bad.

I knew they were hinting at something before, but i was too dense to see it cause i thought it was a filler thing. The way Willow says with that tone "maybe a nice.. postcard.." and showing the postcard there too was enough of a hint to tell us that vivillion will also be in SV by sending postcards from GO to SV. Maaaannn
