Hello! I’m Lee, and you may know me from my main blog @we-fight-as-one. I tried to run a whump blog last year, but it didn’t work out, so now I’m trying again🤞. This will be a mixture of non-whump writing, whump, art, and reblogs. I don’t have a ton of free time so can’t promise I’ll get content out that often, if at all, but I’m gonna try. I have a storyline fleshed out that I really want to share (the only issue is actually writing it lol).

Whumpmas in July - Day 1: Intro

So I'm Kuusi and I use he/they pronouns, I'm still a minor for the next 10 ish months.

I like to write and draw. Mostly like villain whumpees and non-human whumpees. I also love reblogs. So, please reblog to make me a happy little gremlin

I have many project that some are shorter than others, some have plot and some are just plain whump. Only To be Forgotten, Where am I? and On Thin Ice have written content that has been posted

What did I do?

A villain whumpee named Micah who doesn't remember his crimes gets whumped for the "greater good" also translated from Finnish to English

A small writing thing I made that's hero x villain (also gay) with a bit of past whump. Here's part 1 and here is part 2. Inspired by @the-three-whumpeteers's prompt

On Thin Ice

Poor Colby got into some trouble (he's a former villain, who got tortured by a hero and her sidekick). Mostly comfort and mishaps with the caretaker being the whumper's twin brother ^^

Like Ash

Here we have a soft boi called Asher. Asher id a half-demon meaning he has powerful and uncontrollable magic. For the past few years he has been used as a weapon. Currenly that the kingdom he belonged to was in a war with an Empire. The kingdom lost and now Asher is being given to the Empire, so that the kingdom doesn't get destroyed.

Pretty Bird

This one is about a winged whumpee named Emethiel who is small, fragile and overall weak due to being too sick to even learn to fly like the others. So, he is a disgrace to his family, meaning he ends up being traded for protection from the Empire next door and well, who knows what will happen to our poor pretty bird.

This one is in the works and is based on @whumpwillow 's prompt that you can find here.

Also there are many more ideas that are taking the back seat since they could easily become wayy to much for Tumblr since even On thin Ice has 12k words

Whumpmas in July: Day 1 - Intro

Hello! I'm Curio, and this is my grand debut into the whump community! I've been lurking and quietly liking posts from a different blog for at least a few months now, and I figured that this event would be the perfect time to make a blog dedicated to whump where I could reblog stuff, maybe start posting some of my own work, and make some friends!

As for my favorite types of whump, I can't think of the names of tropes off the top of my head, I just know what I like. Bloody and bruised, of course, restraints are always good, torture is fun. After looking up some stuff, I think a some of my favorite tropes and things are pet whump, fantasy whump, and nsfwhump. I've read a lot of great BBU stuff, I stumbled across @haro-whumps' Ren and Soren a while ago and instantly fell in love and spent a few hours going through every installment. That's what led me into the whump community proper, and I've been here ever since! Some other blogs I really like are @comfy-whumpee, @deluxewhump, and @whumblr.

Aside from my whumpy interests, I like being outdoors (especially kayaking and biking), (re)discovering music (I love MARINA, Glass Animals, Mystery Skulls, Bastille, Ken Ashcorp, I Fight Dragons, and Caravan Palace), D&D, video games, anime, all sorts of arts and crafts (cross stitching, making friendship bracelets, a bit of painting), and I'm slowly learning about fashion and how to play guitar. And my favorite color is green!

(Re-)Introduce yourself and/or your creations!

(I'm not sure how much of this I will end up doing, but -- the more the merrier for a whump event, I guess?)

Hi, I'm Callaei! "Callaeidae" is the scientific name for a family of three NZ wattle birds (kokako, tieke/saddleback, huia).

I'm quiro-rom(aro?)/asexual, and from NZ!

My favourite whump tropes: fainting, unconscious, carried, hurt comfort aftermath of whump, tied up/bound

My original novel series is "Kindall K" series / "The Case of Kindall, K." It's a thriller, action & adventure story with major themes of hurt comfort and found family. I've been drawing a lot of art recently of the two main characters, Kyle Kindall and Yuuki Takahashi. (I mostly post on this main blog, but also sometimes post @kindallkseries ). At the moment I'm working on finishing writing the prequel to The Case of Kindall, K., called "The Ninao Incident", and planning for KK4-6 (second trilogy)! The first trilogy (KK1-KK3) is available in paperback/digital formats through various online bookstores!

@callaeibooks is an independent publishing business that I've been working on - the logo for it is a kokako! As a long term goal, I'd love to help non-mainstream writers get their original work out there, but at present it's just my own work that I've been publishing as I'm still in the process of figuring it out !

I'm also currently working on undergraduate academic research about whump interest! @callaei-researches is a blog I created to post updates about it. There will be a questionnaire available soon (this month!) for my current research project, if anyone's interested. It'll be completely anonymous and is a mix of multi-choice and open answers!

@whumpmasinjuly Day 1: Introduce yourself and/or your creations

Back from vacation!  I get to gloat and say I started Whumpmas-in-July a day early, and we are not going to talk about my sprained or whatever-the-fuck knee that occurred when I was out cosplaying in a forest and not doing anything actually stupid...

Aaanyway, I am FortheTaintedSorrow-Whump, and my blog is devoted to any and all whump that I like (favorites include stress positions, collars/muzzles, dehumanization/experimentation, non-con body modification), and has a special focus on the anime Bungou Stray Dogs.

I write whump content for BSD, and someday, I hope to do a bit of whump art for it.  I usually write for Chuuya and Dazai (90% Chuuya XD).

Chuuya is a Mafia Executive, arrogant, stylish, short, has a short temper to match, and is the Yokohama Port Mafia’s greatest martial artist.  He also has the ability to control gravity of things he touches.  He was forced to join the Port Mafia when Dazai tricked his original gang into turning on him.  He highly values loyalty.

Dazai is a former Port Mafia Executive, their master torturer and strategist, was Chuuya’s partner before he defected, and is now a detective in the Armed Detective Agency.  He’s tall, styles himself as a lazy, dramatic slacker, but is actually very intelligent and manipulative, and has now been using his skills to help rather than harm as he grows his compassion in the ADA.  He has the ability to negate other special abilities with a touch.

I don’t have any single story arc with these characters – instead I have maaaany AUs I am writing with them (well over 30), a Bad Things Happen Bingo Card for Chuuya, and I use them for any prompts I feel like doing.  My key AUs that I’m currently working on are: Murder on the Orient Express, Little Mermaid, Cyberpunk Dystopia, and Jumanji.

Hey Everyone! 

I dont know if Ive officially introduced myself or not! My name’s Ashley and I use she/her pronouns! Im 29 years old, and have no idea what I want to do in life haha. Thankfully whump and the whump community make things a little simpler sometimes! I recently discovered I was Aromantic, which was pretty big after spending a good part of my life thinking there was something wrong with me.  I write whump sometimes, but not often! Mostly I like to make gifs, I find the process pretty satisfying. My favorite part of the gif making process is color correction for some reason haha. But other than that, Im just excited to be here! I’m so happy to have found a name for this feeling, and in conjunction a vibrant, thriving community! Here’s to more whump adventures!

Happy Whumpmas in July y'all!

I'm brand new to the whump community but have been a fan of the concept since I was. . .four? Fairy tale dungeons, gladiators under an ancient sun, wuxia battles leaving blood on the snow; still some of my favorite whump settings.

Although I've been telling myself whump stories for years this year is the first time I've shared my writing, on AO3 mostly. That's where I post full stories, but drabbles and short stories will live here. I'm so new to Tumblr this is going to be a real learning experience so bear with me please :)

WIJ Day One: (Re-)Introduce yourself and/or your creations! @whumpmasinjuly

I’m Vanne (she/her) but I also go by Savanne, Anna, Van and ‘Hedgehog Lady’. I’m nineteen and studying Animal Management at college with the intention of going on to study Veterinary Nursing and becoming an RVN. I have been running a hedgehog rescue and rehabilitation centre for almost three years now and am currently caring for a mother, Garcia, and her five hoglets: Spencer, JJ, Morgan, Rossi and Emily. Yes, the naming theme this year is Criminal Minds and no I won’t take criticism. As well as hedgehogs, I have seven rats, five fish and eleven ferrets.

I’ve been writing whump for years but only ventured onto Tumblr in late 2019 when I realised that the Instagram writing community wasn’t for me. I mostly write emotional whump and hurt/comfort. Some of my favourite tropes include non-con body modification, dehumanisation, self-sacrifice, toxic romantic relationships and drugging.

I have a continuous new stream of projects and I’m currently sitting on about forty novel ideas but here are my top five!

BADLANDS:

Achilles, Cairo and Damascus. BADLANDS follows Achilles and Cairo after an abduction by Achilles’ stalker. After tormenting them and instilling fear, Damascus kills Cairo in a fit of rage, leaving Achilles to fend for himself. With his energy tied to Achilles, Cairo has no choice but to stick around and take care of his boyfriend who can’t see, hear or feel his presence.

CUJO:

Cujo and Vincent. Cujo, an ex-underground fighter is bought by Vincent, an unsavoury type. His long-running involvement in the drug trade, along with other low-level criminal activities, began to put him at risk. He brings Cujo into his home as a personal bodyguard, bounty hunter and hitman. Cujo has no choice to fulfil his new duties, only starting to spiral when he realises how deep he is with no way to get out and someone new depending on him.

Lost in London:

Ferris, Halden, Isaac, Kay and London. Lost in London follows Kay, a pharmaceutical industry heir during a money-motivated kidnapping. When the ransom demand goes unpaid and Kay’s disappearance is swept under the rug, he is released with instructions to leave the country. He does just that, only returning to New York upon hearing of a family emergency. After a poorly received reunion, Kay moves away once again. Word gets back to the orchestrator of the ransom and he takes it upon himself to finish the job this time. Kay is abducted from his apartment with London, a close friend, and the both of them endure a week of hell while authorities brush off London’s boyfriend’s concerns.

ORNATE:

Alistair, Elliot and Zahlia. ORNATE follows Elliot who is an art student living in LA. He meets Alistair, a photographer he idolises, at a gallery event and Elliot is awestruck to find out that Alistair is interested in his portfolio. After some back and forths, Elliot moves into Alistair’s penthouse and becomes heavily involved with him. Eventually, Elliot drops out of art school and works with Alistair full-time. Under Alistair’s thumb, Elliot is pushed into taking on modelling contracts and body modifications, becoming Alistair’s pet project.

Unnamed WIP:

Damien, Katarina and Zero. This WIP is still very new and doesn’t have much in the way of plot. Katarina is a veterinary surgeon specialising in exotic animals. She spends a lot of time researching and decides that nothing is quite exotic enough for her until she stumbles across a dealership offering a new type of pet. Humans. Zero is her first, breaking to her will easily and becoming the perfect pet. Seen and not heard. Concerned for Zero’s happiness and his level of coping being alone, Katarina brings in Damien who only makes things worse.

And a couple of honourable mentions:

Mercy is a WIP following an EMT after the fiancé of a patient takes it upon himself to get revenge for his fiancée’s death. He abducts Logan and, when torture doesn’t work, forces Logan to watch and care for other victims who have little chance of survival.

Empty Hearts is inspired by TV shows like Bones and Criminal Minds and is structured in a similar way. It follows Seaver, a taxidermist looking to complete his collection with Evander, his only live victim. It also follows the law enforcement team tracking Seaver and their efforts to apprehend him.

Hello! I’m Glitch, he/him, I’ve been hanging round the edges of the whump community for a while but I’m trying to interact more.
