It seems to date back several 100 years. Unlike sneakers the previous 450 years of these shoes have returned to the the ecosystem while that will never happen with sneakers or as some say trainers. It is difficult to be environmentally aware and wear sneakers at the same time. These shoes are sheep nubuck suede and leather lined. They nowadays have a small long wearing synthetic sole. We custom make these in any colors with various trims.
