Hello WATT fandom! I would like to introduce you to an event I just made up because other fandoms have their week, and We Are The Tigers deserves one too! WATT Week 2023!
WATT Week 2023 starts on July 25th and ends July 31st, the day of the WATT reunion concert! (Hence the final day’s prompt) You can do all of the prompts, or just one if you want! This is an open to all fanwork, so you can write fics or draw art or anything else you can think of for WATT! Currently announcements are up on my Instagram and Tumblr (here!), but this event is open to all social media platforms. (I just don’t have any others so it’s harder for me to announce this and view things elsewhere.) If you participate in this event, make sure to use the tag #wattweek2023 + #wearethetigersweek2023 so others can see your creations! It’d also be cool if you could tag me since sometimes things in tags don’t show up and I want to make sure others can see others’ works! This community is small, but is very talented and dedicated to the murder mystery cheerleaders!

no love for ned is back on wlur tonight from 8pm until midnight. i took last week off to catch a couple of my favorites bands from the nineties live in dc- velocity girl and tuscadero!
speaking of the nineties, two weeks ago i did a best of 1993 show that's now on mixcloud. as always i played a couple songs that turned out to be a year off due to the damn copyright dates listed on the cd. i know the sdre was actually 1994 and the portastatic might be too! we'll still be doing a 'best of 2003' show in a couple weeks!
no love for ned on wlur – november 24th, 2023 from 8pm-midnight

★ Trade experts explain why no Hindi or Pan-Indian film clashes with Salman Khan’s films at the box office: “He’s 100% an ORGANIC star; clashing with him can prove SUICIDAL”!
Nov 7, 2023
Salman Khan’s Diwali release Tiger 3 is nearly a week away and the excitement is tremendous. What’s interesting is that it’ll have a solo release of sorts, as no other Hindi or Pan-India South film is clashing on the same day. In fact, Salman Khan has not faced a clash since 2010. The last time that happened was when his 2009 action super-hit film Wanted was released on the same day as Rani Mukerji-starrer Dil Bole Hadippa.
Dabangg (2010), Ready (2011), Bodyguard (2011), Ek Tha Tiger (2012), Dabangg 2 (2012), Jai Ho (2014), Kick (2014), Bajrangi Bhaijaan (2015), Prem Ratan Dhan Payo (2015), Sultan (2016), Tubelight (2017), Race 3 (2018), Bharat (2019), Dabangg 3 (2019) and Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan (2023) released with no competition. Antim (2021) faced a collision with Satyameva Jayate 2 (2021) but then it didn’t feature the superstar in the lead.
Other stars haven’t been that fortunate. Shah Rukh Khan’s Dilwale (2015) and Raees (2017) were released alongside Bajirao Mastani (2015) and Kaabil (2017) respectively. SRK is at his best position arguably right now and yet, his next film Dunki will have to share screens with Salaar on Christmas 2023. Aamir Khan’s Laal Singh Chaddha clashed with Akshay Kumar’s Raksha Bandhan last year. Salman’s last few films have not done well and yet, no one is ready to come on the same Friday as him.
We asked trade experts about this rare phenomenon. Trade veteran Taran Adarsh said, “He has a huge following and is a darling of the masses. The business he has generated over a period of time in mass pockets is phenomenal. Though he has had a rough patch, he's the pied piper of Bollywood.”
Trade analyst Atul Mohan, in agreement, exulted, “Salman is a very big hero of the masses. He has always had such a huge fan following; Shah Rukh Khan ka aisa following ab bana hai. Aamir Khan never had such a mass pull. Salman’s craze is one of a kind. Hence, filmmakers are wary of clashing their films with him. Itna bada hero hai, kaun takkar lega iske saath?”
Girish Johar, producer and film business analyst, remarked, “Salman is the only superstar who people want to see on screen. He has the maximum on-screen superstardom out of all the actors. It’s a very critical factor. He’s also not on our social media every time, going to malls, opening ribbons, dancing, etc.”
He continued, “Unfortunately his films have not worked as he hasn’t paid much attention to the storytelling, packaging, direction, etc. He has that power that if he gets these things right, then there’s no stopping him. That’s why many are wary of clashing with him as they know that at least in the opening weekend, their film will get butchered.”
Raj Bansal, the owner of Entertainment Paradise cinema hall in Jaipur, explained, “Salman Khan is an action hero. When no one was doing action, he was the only action excelling in this genre. Somewhere, his confidence shook and he also did non-action films like Tubelight (2017), Prem Ratan Dhan Payo (2015), etc. Only Bajrangi Bhaijaan (2015) worked in this regard. But even when his films were gadbad, they still made Rs. 100 crores plus. There was a time when the hit films of Akshay Kumar and Ajay Devgn did Rs. 100 crores. But Salman’s flop films do Rs. 100 crores even today! And his hit films have done more than Rs. 300 crores. It’s thanks to him that the industry realized the true potential of a Hindi film. Hence, clashing with him can prove suicidal.”
He also said, “He’s 100% an organic star. Even Sunny Deol is.”
Girish Johar added, “If he moulds himself to the sensibilities that cater to his fans and also provides intelligent content, then sky is the limit. I think Tiger 3 will do well. It ticks all the right boxes.”
Taran Adarsh also said along the same lines, “Tiger 3 being a brand and essaying a role that is much-loved, I am sure it’ll have a great run and a huge opener.”

Luftwaffe performs 'Rapid Viking' exercise in Iceland
Diego Alves By Diego Alves 30/07/2023 - 10:00 in Military, Military Operations
The German Air Force (Luftwaffe) began what it called the "lean and mean" operation on Friday (28) to demonstrate its ability to move quickly to Iceland as part of a two-week exercise named "Rapid Viking".
From July 28 to August 10, six German Eurofighters and 30 military personnel from the 73 "Steinhoff" Squadron of the Tactical Air Force will be deployed at Keflavik Air Base, according to a statement. Once on site, the squadrons will carry out several daily training flights.
The Rapid Viking Exercise is an opportunity for the Air Force to demonstrate how it can move to Reykjavik “at supersonic speed,” said Lieutenant General Ingo Gerhartz, chief of staff of the service.
The Luftwaffe intends to serve as the "first response," he noted in the statement. "That's why we are training for a fast displacement with as few human and material resources as possible, especially in this scenario."
Tumblr media
Two A400M aircraft sent 25 tons of material and personnel to Iceland. The first plane carried nine pallets more personnel, while the second plane carried five pallets of material plus a hydraulic test bench.
On average, the Air Force would require between 130 and 150 tons of material to participate in an exercise, at a cost of up to €200 million, said Sergeant Oliver M. This amount of cargo can take up to a week to be "packaged", including three days just to load the pallets on the aircraft.
For Rapid Viking, the 25 tons of material, worth about €2 million, took only two days to be packed and one hour to be loaded into the aircraft.

A Luftwaffe squadron was last deployed in Iceland in 2012 as part of a NATO air policing initiative. Iceland is a member of NATO, but does not have its own armed forces. The allies show solidarity with the 375,000 inhabitants by temporarily reallocating forces to the island nation.
The invasion of Ukraine by Russia in February 2022 led the European military to reassess the state of their capacity stocks, as well as their ability to prepare for battle quickly. Last October, the German air force and naval troops carried out a rapid deployment in Estonia, participating in a month-long exercise dubbed the "Baltic Tiger" to test how quickly the services could provide reinforcements to the allies in need.
Last year, the Luftwaffe also held its first deployment in the Indo-Pacific, completing its goal of reaching Singapore less than 24 hours after takeoff from Neuburg Air Base in Bavaria.

Auburn: 2023-24 Southeastern Men's Basketball Champions
Tumblr media
Long before he first arrived at Auburn as the school’s new basketball coach in 2014, Bruce Pearl was known for showcasing his emotions, whatever they may be in a given moment.
As the Tigers wrapped up an SEC Tournament championship Sunday, Pearl had no trouble showing exactly how he was feeling. In the waning seconds of Auburn’s 86-67 victory against Florida in the conference title game at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee, ESPN camera crews cut to a visibly emotional Pearl standing on the sideline.
When asked by ESPN’s Marty Smith after the game why he was tearing up, Pearl discussed the extra meaning the accomplishment carried following the death of his father, Bernie, last August at the age of 88. Pearl described his late father as “my biggest fan.”
“How about the way Auburn showed up today?” Pearl said. “For me, I’ve got to thank my father. I’m just happy for the players. We played great. Florida’s a terrific opponent. That’s why I’m so emotional. I wish he was here.”
Bernie Pearl’s connection to the Auburn program was strong. Despite being born and raised in Boston, Bruce Pearl said his father asked him if he thought Auburn fans would be bothered if he were buried in a Tigers jersey even though he never went to school there.
"He was a loyal guy,” Pearl said in an interview with Auburn’s athletics website following his father’s passing in August. “He was grateful to Auburn for giving our whole family the opportunity to lead this basketball program. He watched or listened to every single game."
The SEC Tournament title is just the third in program history for Auburn, which also claimed the honor in 2019 before making a run to its first-ever Final Four. The victory improved the Tigers’ record to 27-7 overall, giving them the fourth-most wins in a season in Auburn history. Five of the Tigers’ six winningest seasons ever came under Pearl.
As he soaked in the achievement, those numbers meant little to Pearl. He was thinking about not only his players, but his father and the lessons that he passed down to him.
“He worked hard,” Pearl said. “My dad worked six days a week. He prayed on the seventh. We didn’t have a lot, but we had enough. I thought my dad was the best. I wish every kid had that. That’s one of the reasons why I’m hard on these guys. My dad held me to a high standard and I hold these guys to a high standard.”

NJPW Match Card Set for June 17 + Match Predictions for NOAH's Green Journey in Nagoya 2023
Earlier today, NJPW announced match cards for their televised events in Chiba (for June 10th and 18th) and Hachioji (for June 17th). Down below is the official match card for their June 17th which is part of their "New Japan Road: Road to Strong" tour which starts in Chiba on June 10th. There will be a total of 8 matches on the card 4 of them are pictured down below:
Opening Match: Kosei Fujita vs. Master Wato
Match #2: Yuto Nakashima and Ryusuke Taguchi vs. Boltin Oleg and Tomoaki Honma
Match #3: EVIL, SHO, Yujiro Takahashi, and Dick Togo vs. Hirooki Goto, Togi Makabe, Toru Yano, and Hiroyoshi Tenzan
Match #4: Dan Moloney, Clark Connors, and Gedo vs. Great O-Khan, TJP, and Francesco Akira
Tumblr media
Match #5: Alex Coughlin and Gabriel Kidd vs. Oskar Leube and YOSHI-HASHI
Match #6: Shota Umino, Ren Narita, El Desperado, and Tiger Mask vs. Kazuchika Okada, Hiroshi Tanahashi, Tomohiro Ishii, and YOH
Semi-main Event: Tetsuya Naito, Shingo Takagi, and BUSHI vs. Taka Michinoku, Yoshinobu Kanemaru, and Taichi
Main Event: Yota Tsuji and Hiromu Takahashi vs. SANADA and DOUKI
"New Japan Road: Road to the Strong" in Hachioji airs on NJPW World at 6 PM Local Time/5 AM Eastern/4 AM Central/2 AM Pacific.
But before that, we will have Pro Wrestling NOAH's "Green Journey in Nagoya 2023" which will air on ABEMA and Wrestle Universe at 5 PM Local Time/4 AM Eastern/3 AM Central/1 AM Pacific on the same day as "New Japan Road" in Hachioji in which right now I will give you my full match predictions for the NOAH event as promised when the match card was officially announced last week.
Tumblr media
Opening Match Prediction: I can understand that Hiroki wants to prove himself but by leaving Kongo, he has left a big hole. Already knowing he'll lose to Kenoh, losing to Hajime Ohara is not a option but...with the way he's been going, can't see him beating Ohara. Hajime Ohara will win the opening match.
Match #2 Prediction: This match is very intriguing but if I'm to pick a side then I'm going with the team of Mohammed Yone, Super Crazy, and Alejandro for the win.
Match #3 Prediction: Apparently Hideaki Suzuki is not happy about this match and based on how he is. I'm expecting this singles bout against Shuhei Taniguchi to be a brawl. Hideaki Suzuki will dominate and win in easy fashion.
Match #4 Prediction: When this match was originally announced, I thought that this would be used to determine Hijo del Dr. Wagner's next challenger for the GHC National Championship. But with Kaito Kiyomiya's participation in the G1 announced, this is his chance to show his 7 block opponents (which will be announced on June 10th) what he's made of. I still see Kiyomiya winning and at the same time make a statement as G1 Climax 33 looms for him.
Match #5 Prediction: This is no typo everyone, Naomichi Marufuji is actually teaming up with Eita against Daiki Inaba and Atsushi Kotoge in which I see the crumbling of Kotoge continue. Eita and Marufuji with the surprise victory.
Match #6 Prediction: Welcome back Jack Morris, we missed you. GLG vs. Stinger and Sean Legacy is sure going to be something. My prediction on this match will be very interesting for I have Stinger and Legacy continuing that momentum they've been having since May 4th in Ryogoku. Stinger and Sean Legacy with the win.
Tumblr media
Match #7 Prediction: A rematch from May 14th and a preview match for June 22nd all in one match. AXIZ returned on May 14th in a losing effort as Go Shiozaki was pinned by Kenoh in the main event. Since that loss, AXIZ has won their next two matches and it is expected by the time they get to Nagoya they will be 4-1 since reuniting. My prediction is that AXIZ will get the win here but it will be interesting to see if this match will be for the AJPW World Tag Team Championship by then. Also, note...Go Shiozaki has never defeated Kenoh in singles competition. A win here in Nagoya could boost his confidence to get that first win over the Kongo leader in Korakuen Hall five days later.
Match #8 Prediction: Very hard match to predict here but one thing is clear, Dante Leon will do whatever it takes to win back the GHC Junior Heavyweight Championship and though I can see him winning somehow I don't. HAYATA will retain but how though remains to be seen.
Semi-main Event Match Prediction: My expectation here is that whoever wins between Kongo and AXIZ two matches earlier will be the next challenger team for the GHC Tag Team Championships. This match is hard to predict because when you have Saxon Huxley in the ring, he's out of control. He's the true definition of being the savage David Finlay wants in his Bullet Club. Anyway, this match...I'm predicting as of right now new tag team champions with AXIZ coming out as the next challenger team. However, should the champion team retain, this could be the chance for Go to exact some revenge because it was Timothy Thatcher that put him on the shelf in Osaka back in September. Nonetheless...here I see new champions but always expect the unexpected when it comes to Saxon Huxley.
Main Event Prediction: There's a saying, be careful what you wish for, you just might get it. My prediction here is a very intriguing one for I see Jake Lee retaining despite being dominated by the challenger Takashi Sugiura throughout most of the tour. Jake Lee's toughest challenge will result in his toughest victory and should he emerge victorious be interesting to see who' will be next.
So, those are my predictions for Pro Wrestling NOAH's "Green Journey in Nagoya 2023". Sorry but no predictions for "New Japan Road". The next NJPW event that I'll do predictions on will be their "Forbidden Door" event at the end of June and their two Independence Day Events during the 4th of July 2023.
"New Japan Road: Road to Strong" in Hachioji airs on NJPW World this Saturday at 5:00 AM Eastern while "Green Journey in Nagoya 2023" airs the same date at 4:00 AM Eastern on ABEMA for Japanese Commentary and Wrestle Universe for English commentary.
Go to timeanddate.com, type in the city you live in to find out the start time to these 2 events in your area.

2023 Hater's Guide to the NCAA South Region.
Tumblr media
1. Alabama (29-5). Nate “Quaker” Oats has a long way to go before his squad graduates to levels of orchestrated murder and cover-ups not seen since the 2003 Baylor squad – but buddy, we are getting close! Let me recap: their best player has yet to face any discipline for delivering a gun to his (now former) teammate, who committed a murder shortly after. As a result of the shooting, there’s now a five-year-old who will grow up without a mother because apparently “nobody fights without guns anymore.” The response from the university, athletic department, and head coach has been – at best – tone deaf and at worse, embarrassingly trite. Now, their fans are wearing shirts reading “Killin’ our way through the SEC in ’23.” Nuke this entire state from orbit – it’s the only way to be sure.
2. Arizona (28-6). They always manage to have a solid team despite their location in the middle of a desert. You know, playing basketball in a desert offers a lot of difficulties. Number one being, you’re playing basketball in a desert.
3. Baylor (22-10). During an external review of how the university handled sexual assaults, a final report stated Baylor administrators actively discouraged reporting of sexual assaults, the athletic department continually failed to address sexual assault and high-ranking school officials suppressed reports of 52 (!) rapes and sexual misconduct incidents between 2011-14. FIFTY-TWO. Like most institutions of higher education, Baylor is more interested in protecting their brand than their students. Cocaine Bear is 100% based on the daring and exhilarating adventures of Baylor live mascots (Buckshot and Juan) rampaging through Waco!
4. Virginia (25-7). If we wanted to watch the most boring brand of basketball ever, we would have invited the Wisconsin Badgers to this tournament. Virginia will always be the school for students not racist enough to get into Mississippi or Tennessee but too white to go anywhere else (looking at you, Sam Hauser).
5. San Diego State (27-6). Every year we are forced to read a myriad number of stories detailing how experienced (read: old) this team is, or how “it’s finally the Aztecs’ year!” Until this team employs traditional Aztec warfare strategies – capturing their opponents to sacrifice them in religious rituals -- you can count on them never making the second weekend of the tournament.
6. Creighton (21-12). Stop trying to make Creighton happen. It’s never going to happen. These idiot fans practically rioted when the basketball team hired a black head coach. For the last twenty years they’ve sported a full erection for white three-point shooters who can’t play defense. You might as well root for a team of IT project managers playing basketball while wearing those inflatable dinosaur costumes; they have the exact same chance of making the round of 32 as Creighton.
7. Missouri (24-9). The Tigers have not won a conference championship in 30 years. 96% of their fans pronounce the state name as “misery.” That is the perfect way to describe living in this state. Can you name one relevant historical “moment” about Mizzou basketball? Don’t bother checking the internet; their Wikipedia page is just a list of their records against Big 12 and SEC schools. This school has no redeeming value, every single one of their 24 wins could be defined as “empty,” and I would rather drink battery acid than watch them play.
8. Maryland (21-12). The charter member of the ACC will never be accepted as a member of the Big Ten, but oh wow, look at these bags of money we got from TV networks! Oh, well we guess you can join. Where do I start with these people?
Kevin Willard ain’t it. This guy bitched nonstop the one year the Big Ten played their conference tournament in NYC. He still looks like a penis in a suit.
The women’s team is tougher than the men’s team six days a week and twice on Sunday.
People usually riot when they are angry about something; these idiots do so when their teams win key games.
They had a student group called “The Turgeonites” who dressed up as…their head coach?
This program’s glory days ended before the ink could dry on Gary Williams’ retirement papers.
9. West Virginia (19-14). It’s hard for me to like anything Buzz Williams has done during his career traveling to various backwoods outposts of college basketball, but this moment of him dancing to “Take Me Home, Country Roads” on the WVU logo after a Marquette win in 2012 was incredible. Fuck Bob Huggins and his stool; get this guy a Lazy Boy recliner already. West Virginia recently gave Huggins’ stool a degree because its IQ is better than 2/3 of the student body.
10. Utah State (26-8). Between 2000-2010, the Aggies amassed the fourth most wins in college basketball behind Duke, Kansas, and Gonzaga, but nobody noticed because…it’s Utah. The campus boasts the oldest continuously operating college of business in the West. They are too busy claiming they invented fry sauce (ketchup + mayonnaise mixed together) and catching powder to pay attention to a bouncing orange ball.
11. NC State (23-10). It’s OK if you’ve forgotten about this school, what with their proximity to Duke and North Carolina – Chapel Hill. The Wolfpack have not won their conference since 1989 and their conference tournament since 1987. In the late 80’s, the program – led by Jim Valvano, now known as “Jimmy V” – was accused of grade fixing, lowered or waived entrance requirements for athletes, frequent drug use by athletes (hey, it was the 80s), and the selling of sneakers and game tickets for spending money. Look, those Cookout burgers and milkshakes weren’t going to buy themselves. Any school that boasts Philip Rivers and Russell Wilson as alumni can be rocketed straight into the Mariana Trench.
12. Charleston (31-3). They’ve had a nice season and are a bit under-seeded here but miss me with this team as a popular upset pick; four appearances in the last quarter century have netted a 1-4 record. Pat Kelsey seems like a genuinely nice guy though. Charleston is the 13th oldest institution of higher learning in the United States and their most famous alumni are “not good enough to be a Wayans brother” Orlando Jones and Erick Avari, a guy you vaguely recognize but HAVE NEVER HEARD HIS NAME UNTIL NOW.
13. Furman (27-7). Yes, this is a real basketball team – with uniforms, too! The always entertaining Eye on College Basketball podcast noted that this school should adopt FurMan – just a hairy beast – as their mascot, and I’ll never not think of that now. Fun fact: the university was closed from 1861-1866 so most students could enlist with Confederate forces during the Civil War. Cannon fodder indeed.
14. UCSB (27-7). What is a Gaucho and why has this university chosen a folk symbol of…Argentina as their mascot? Apparently, a gaucho is a skilled horseman, reputed to be brave and unruly. I usually laugh out loud when I think about horses, solely because of this skit. It was a horse.
15. Princeton (21-8). I fully expected this spot to belong to Yale and had a great writeup by longtime Hater’s Guide contributor CW. Everyone wants to pick these paper tigers because a long, long time ago they managed to upset UCLA in the first round 43-41. While you ponder that blindness-inducing final score, read the writeup on Yale anyway:
Yale. It’s always a question about who is smarter: Harvard or Yale students? Well, this story should answer that question. Harvard Pranks Yale With Hilarious Fake Admissions Tour. Harvard students buy Yale sweatshirts then march onto the Yale campus where they pose as tour guides. It’s not entirely clear how they do this without the notice of the Yale admissions staff (Editor’s note: they are dumb), but in the video, they attack a group of a half dozen prospective students and their parents and proceed to give a spiel that makes Yale sound far inferior. “Yale is in many ways Harvard’s little, perhaps less successful sister,” says one fake tour guide, who goes on to make fun of the excessive amount of Gothic architecture on campus. “Yale students are stupider than Harvard students, Yale students are not as successful as Harvard students, Yale students are not as attractive as Harvard students,” he says, while the touring families look on, weirdly unfazed. Even the potential Yale students are trash.
16. Texas A&M-Corpus Christi (23-10) / Southeast Missouri State (19-16). Neither of these teams has a snowball’s chance in Hell of upsetting Alabama, so when picking a rooting interest here, just think about where you would rather live – Corpus Christi, Texas, or Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Missouri just scares me for no other reason than a lot of people got their heads blown off in Ozark. At least in Corpus Christi you have actual beaches on a nice body of water -- the Mississippi River doesn’t count, you savages.

Best streaming services 2023: Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus, and more
Tumblr media
When you are looking for the best streaming services in 2023, then Netflix is a service that has been recommended to us again, and we can say with confidence why. For those who love watching movies or shows on demand, Netflix also offers excellent original content! You won't be disappointed in their selection of films available for viewing anytime. If you want something fun without all the complicated plot line-up stuff, go ahead and watch one (or five) episode volumes instead; they're cheaper anyway.
Top & Best streaming services 2023
Netflix– Editor’s choice ($9.99–$19.99/mo.)
Disney+– Best for families ($7.99/mo.)
HBO Max– Best for original content ($9.99–$14.99/mo.)
Hulu– Best on-demand/live TV streaming combo ($6.99–$75.99/mo.)
Prime Video– Best value ($8.99–$14.99/mo.)
Peacock– Cheapest (Free–$9.99/mo.)
ESPN+– Best for sports ($6.99/mo.)
Apple TV+– Excellent original content ($4.99/mo.)
Paramount+– Deep TV and movies library ($4.99–$9.99/mo.)
Discovery+– Best for reality TV fans ($4.99–$6.99/mo.)
Netflix is a relentless fire hose of original programming, but it doesn't have anything to shake up its streaming service until next year. That could change if Thailand's Tiger King decides he wants his internet show back!
Netflix has been our top pick for on-demand streaming services because it offers original content, like House of Cards or Orange Is the New Black, and plenty more movies and TV shows. So, whether you want to learn about a new show thoroughly researched by Netflix's team members (like thinker13) or enjoy some good old-fashioned entertainment with characters your kids know from their childhoods—you'll find what you need here!
Netflix compatible devices
Netflix is available on Amazon Fire TV, Android TV, Apple TV, Google Chromecast, LG TVs, Nintendo consoles, PlayStation consoles, Roku, Samsung TVs, Vizio TVs, and Xbox consoles.
Best value: Prime Video
With over 18,000 movies available to stream on Prime Video and free shipping with an Amazon Prime membership, it is hard for viewers looking into streaming services. Netflix only offers 4500 titles but still provides excellent value as they offer their service for $8 per month instead of the usual price, which ranges anywhere from about $7-12 depending on whether you have student pricing!
One thing I love most about amazon prime video. The large selection of film genres, including foreign language films such as Italian cinema--something my hometown doesn't produce much, so there's always fresh content every day.
The video streaming industry is booming, but Amazon seems to be focusing more on original programming instead of living TV.
It's no secret that cord-cutters are in high demand these days. With more people cutting the cable daily, there has never been a better time to catch your favorite team on Live TV streaming services like Prime Video! You can stream live NBA games and NFL Thursday Night Football with this fantastic service for only $14.99/month (or less than ten bucks per week)!
Prime Video-compatible devices
Prime Video is available on Amazon Fire TV, Android TV, Apple TV, Google Chromecast, LG TVs, PlayStation consoles, Roku, Samsung TVs, Vizio TVs, and Xbox consoles.
Best on-demand/live TV streaming combo: Hulu
Hulu is an excellent value for those who want live TV streaming, but only the monthly fee gets you to access shows on-demand. If your goal in signing up with this service was recording and watching programs for days without advertisements, then head over here: hulu. If we're talking about going all out, there are other options available - some even offer more channels than what comes standard within Hulu Plus!
Hulu is a great place to find hit TV shows and movies, with series like The Handmaid’s Tale earning rave reviews. It may not have the sheer volume of content that Netflix or Prime Video offers, but if you want high-quality programs Hulu will be there for your viewing pleasure year after year!
With exclusive content from FX, the cross-corporate deal produces new shows for Hulu and instant streaming of previous episodes available on demand. That means you can now watch What We Do in The Shadows or Mayans (if it’s still being aired) without having cable!
Hulu compatible devices
Hulu is available on Amazon Fire TV, Android TV, Apple TV, Google Chromecast, LG TVs, Nintendo Switch, Roku, Samsung TVs, Vizio TVs, and Xbox consoles.
Final take: Netflix is still the king of on-demand streaming TV
When you thought it was safe to go back into the streaming abyss, hundreds of on-demand streaming services are ready and waiting for your respective device's app store. We've listed 16 of our favorites below so that finding something good won't take too long!
We love to stream, but we also have a soft spot for cable television. The best of both worlds? Check out HBO Max and Apple TV+! Call on(855) 561-1333 for the Best streaming services in 2023!

Team Alabama The Greatest Ever The Best College Football Programs Over 150 Years
I was hoping Delores wouldn’t become a Team Alabama The Greatest Ever The Best College Football Programs Over 150 Years aggressive rooster, as my recently deceased “Lance” had been, before passing on to “rooster heaven” with the assistance of a local coyote. The rooster I currently had, Gordon, was a sweet boy and was very happy to have Lance gone. Lance had been a fierce rooster who attacked literally every moving thing but the hens and me (displaying extreme good taste and discretion) and I was not prepared to live through as second several years of yet another “attack rooster”. Neither were the neighbor dogs. Nor were the neighbors, for that matter. I really didn’t think this would be a problem, as Delores was such a sweet rooster – showing no violence or aggression at all, and just wanted to sit on my shoulder (rather like a parrot) and look around. He’d snuggle against anyone’s neck or in anyone’s lap who would hold him and he adored being petted. Delores ran around digging for bugs in the lawn – but was just as happy sitting by the kitchen sink watching me trim vegetables or whatever. He made (as all my chickens did) a truce with the cats and was friends with the goats, horses

The last week of writing has been a TRIP. The collaboration with Q.Alias is really strengthening the story for both parties. Marigold is such a mama bear to the Ashford clan. JUST finished drafting the ending for Ashes in the Fall and really happy with the outcome.
I’ve been teasing an alternate reason for why Alfred has gone as far off the deep end as he has since about July 2022, and Q.Alias is starting to unveil it in The Antarctica Incident. I have an extended piece that’ll hit towards the end of AitF that will break it down in detail. Those who hate how he was portrayed in the games might enjoy this version.
There will also be a full collaborative piece that will serve as the ending of Paper Tigers, set in 1981 with Marigold, the Ashford twins, and Q. Alias’ OC Grayson Harmon (age 13). I can already tell you that these children are savage. Just, absolute snipers.

Pinned story link for Resident Evil fanfic series  (weekly serial, Tuesday release) over on AO3. Basically what would happen if Mary Shelly and Jane Austen rewrote the Resident Evil games. Ashford-focused. Sorry, no giant vampire lady (for now). It’s primarily Wesker x OC.
Flowers and Ash - Part one of the main story, spanning from 1968 to 1998. Completed June 2022.
Ashes in the Fall - Part 2, Main game timeline (RE2/3). Scheduled to be completed/fully released December 2022). NSFW by about chapter 9.
Paper Tigers - Short stories filling in the gaps of the early days of Flowers and Ash. Chapters are released in tandem with main story chapters referencing events therein. Paper Tigers stories ARE relevant to the main plot, and contain seeds of the full mystery.
Frozen Ashes - Upcoming part 3 of the main story. Aiming to start posting New Year 2023, depending on buffer requirements.
---
Marigold Ashford, my OC and main character, also features heavily in The Antarctica Incident by Q.Alias  starting in 5-1. There’s been a big effort to soft-merge to two storylines between the two of us for an Ashford Cinematic Universe. Between The Antarctica Incident and Frozen Ashes (Marigold’s side of the Code Veronica story), we’ve got something pretty solid.

Calendula Chronicles update: Ashes in the Fall, What We Left Behind II (chapter 25/27)
New chapter update! Raccoon City is in ruins. Now what? Marigold reviews the situation, and a dynamic shifts.
Next week I'm posting a double! That means that Ashes in the Fall will be concluding next week. I decided to do this because the last few chapters are super dense, and they're pretty closely connected - separating them out for reasons other than formatting seems wrong.

My #1 post of 2022
I have questions about all of the fic titles you shared - who are the main characters? Are any of them a continuation of the calendula chronicles?
All of them are Calendula fics! I live here now, I think.
Ashes in the Fall is Part 2 of the main story, and I post the last 2 chapters next week!
Frozen Ashes is Code Veronica, and is actively being blocked out rn. It'll be on part with the first two. Q_Alias is writing the other side of it in the Antarctica Incident, so I'm developing the story as they progress.
Golden Ratio is a little outline I have for a fluffy short story in 1967 for the Ashford family, set when the research is just taking off. I have a lot of headcanon for when Marigold was a normal teenager. I may actually make this one an Alexander fic, not sure yet. Marigold and her friends will be around for some good-natured sibling torment, of course.
Elegy is probably ~2004-2006? Wesker/OC, mixed in with some Ada and Krauser. It depends on where Frozen goes.
Paper Tigers is the 1970s anthology, and it fleshes out a lot of the characters introduced from Marigold's past in the main story. It's technically done! Danse Macabre was the last official chapter.
HOWEVER, Q_Alias and I are working on a full collab piece with our respective OCs (Marigold Ashfold, Grayson Harman) set in 1981, when the kids are all pre-teens. Super cute, istg, and it's some important backstory for the Antarctica Incident/ Frozen Ashes.
