In all seriousness, that a “Clock Tower guy or gal is going to be dispatched to lord over Chaldea because Olga is dead” is heavily pushed subplot in all 1.5 and ending of pt. 1. It wouldn’t make any sense to foreshadow this important storyline which will shake the Chaldea dynamics (because they are banning leyshifting) because Nasu needs to pander to crying waifu fanboys/girls of the western fanbase by bringing back the Director, a character none of the core cast has mentioned in months. I’ll like to think he has a bit more of credibility as an author than that.

Not even Riyo event had Olga which would have been the chance to get her included if her gag version. There are other timelines she’s alive, go and read those if you miss her.
