(ask-theunderworld) Bonnie@Haines: "Ohoh, a revenge plan? How juicy~" The Weavile chuckled softly, massive claws slowly tapping on the Delphox's rifle. "I do love a good hit, tell me, signora--" she paused, tilting her head with a devilish grin. "Do you by chance, need a hand? I have many a good man or woman who can help lure or take out anyone you need, for a fee of course...~ How much is this man's head worth to you~?"
Ah yes. Bonnie. She was aware of the Black Family from having to be very weary of the pockets of control in Southern Unova. In fact, the Arcadium Alliance was formed to stamp out any potential of influence from gangs like her. For someone so young, she expressed a lot of potential.
One thing Haines found amusing was her weirdly good public image. Chung jokingly called her the mafia don with an PR department. While it was smart to not have your dark side bleed into your public life to make you look clean as possible, the way she went about having a public face was too much.
“You do huh?” Haines did not even try to address her demeanor. Chung, who was also in the room with her, could not believe how detached Haines sounded. “I remember when I to took pleasure in hits.” To anyone who knew the delphox this seemed like a strong person moping. “My tastes for that kind of work changed. I enjoy the coordination and planning, rather than the hit itself anymore. I have moved on to higher cuisine.”
There was the Haines everyone knew about, her sinister air returning. “While I want Frederick dead, I want to go one step further. I want his network of support to implode from the weight of his many mistakes he thought he could make go away. Mistakes that I have helped him make go away coming back because I know his many secrets. This needs to be less an assassination and more of an annihilation. Do you have the taste for that?”
At this point her purple prose was getting self-sabotaging, so Chung stepped in. “Sorry about that monologue.” The pinsir chuckled, which drew a sharp glare from his co-leader. “Behind all that...I don’t know what I would I call it, she says she is interested in your help. And I am to. Provided your terms are reasonable. We could use any hands in getting hid of the Bohemian Company.”
The fire type sighed. “Despite my colleague’s bluntness, yes I will accept your help. But what are your terms?”

Kass@Chung: "Can't say I blame ya for ditching the boys in blue. Nothin' but trouble comes with dealing with those filthy Tepigs. Fought some of them on Alola myself when I was just a Hakamo-o." The Kommo-o grins, thinking of some bygone memory. "Anyway, if this 'Kanto-Johto Triad' or whatever is an alliance, surely there must be another leader, right? What happened to them?" Kass stares at Chung suspiciously. "I may not be the smartest 'mon out there, but something tells me you know something."
This dragon sure knew how to make a good impression. A bit blunt, but he at least seemed like someone who would be someone who could be a  good muscle if he took any kind of pay. “I think some of my younger guys say ACAB a lot. I have to love the new lingo for shitting on cops. Kind of earned it.” The pinsir adjusted his glasses.“You know when I was  younger I tended to get into fights with cops. Then I wound up joining  the force. Now I cause problems for cops again. Life is funny that way.”
Talking about the Triad. Hoo boy. There was some of the nitty gritty he could not get into but he figured he could give a light on details explanation on this. “Well you are attentive I’ll give you that. I’ll award your curiosity with a detail that is on the bigger picture. The Triad as it sounds is composed of pokemon from three regions: Kanto and Johto. Now I bet you are wondering; Chung. That’s only two regions. Are you going flakey on me? To which I would say: yes but let me answer your question.” The pinsir chuckled at his own bit of self-depreciation. “The third region is considered Mt. Silver and Victory Road. Basically because Moltres made that area its nest at some point some pokemon consider it sacred territory. I think it is a load a bunk but it gives me three superiors to worry about. Each from one of these 3 regions. These three dons are in perfect harmony and command everyone in other branches.”
The bug type had been dodging the questions regarding what it was actually about; Eri’s death. “Well for a while we had the same tradition in any area we needed to do any sort of racket. Each region would have a branch run by 3 pokemon. This would lead to a lot of infighting and squables over credit. So me and a few other heads made a case to disolve the system for local branches. The 3 dons could keep their holy trilogy or whatever and each region would have one boss per area. Keeps things nice and compact.”
“Eri, the mon you have been alluding to, did not take this downsizing well and she is one of many upset lieutenants who got shafted. She was just one of the dumb ones to try and fight the system. Which lead to her being killed.” Chung did not chuckle at this expression, but based off his eyes he seemed relaxed. “I say good riddance. She was crazy and groomed children to be her own soldiers.”

Robin @ Chung: "I may not be more than the occasional petty thief, but I can tell another troublemaker from a mile away." The fox snickered. "Pray tell, how'd a bug like you get 'imself all the way up to what you are now? I hear you're quite the big shot."
Well, this was a surprise to the Triad boss. This was some weird looking Eevee. Possibly. The pinsir had heard about the Galar region but had never actually had gone over there. He did not have the time to do so, especially with Haines possibly going nuclear being a full-time job now.
If anything this not eevee was a smug little prick trying to rile up another smug prick.
This was going to be fun.
“Wow, you got an active radar on you. You aren’t too far off.” Chung adjusted the scarf he was wearing. “The word big shot is less accurate. It’s more I’m good at riding the whirlwind that is surviving in Pokemon society.”
Reaching into his jacket, the bug type pulled out a metal badge from his jacket. The hunk of metal had seen better days. It was dull, covered in scratches and in one corner looked like it had been burned.
“I used to be a police officer, another type of trouble maker who is tasked to hunt down other trouble makers.” Chung sounded jovial, although incredibly bitter.
“Ironically enough, I used to be part of Kanto’s undercover police and was used to bust Kanto’s criminals and my long term assignment was to work to infiltrate the triad.”
Face shifting back to exhausted, Chung also took off his sunglasses, his pupils looked deep black. Anyone looking at him would be able to tell these were the eyes of someone who was dead inside.
“You ever decide to move into a Pokémon City take my advice. Don’t become a cop and don’t put too much faith in any Pokémon cops. Because they are all really jumpy, quick to escalate to violence and are probably likely to get dumped either by the mon stronger than them, or the poor human cop who screwed up and got assigned to ‘pet sitting’ duty.”
After a short pause, Chung gave the fox a long look. “I was one of those undercover mons that was left to dry by my boss.” His face shifted to a scowl, “You want to know what part stings about? My boss was a Pokémon. He knew what he was doing.”
Despite how bitter he sounded, the bug type recomposes himself into his usual fake jovial self, sealing the shift by putting back on his sunglasses and putting back on a smile. Or how much he could do given his Pinsir mandibles.
“Thankfully I knew a lot of things the Kanto-Johto triads would want to know and after some regime changes, I fell upwards into running the Unova branch.” This sounded sarcastic, but he sounded slightly better than when he talked on his background.
“If you don’t mind me asking I got two questions; what are you and do you have any business with Haines or myself?”

(Pikafe: Pikkan > Haines) The Pikachu would nudge the Delphox, holding up a box. "I hear sweets are a good thing to cheer up someone, and that weavile there seems pretty down. Though if you had a better idea, I'll defer to you!"
Out of all the people she had seen in her office Haines never would have expected a humble baker. Not that Haines was complaining, she had enough of business related matters.
Seeing the box presented before her, he had a strong point. Haines needed to try and talk to Piko. She was one of her most loyal soldiers and the weavile has been in an emotional slump since her mission succeeded.
Despite Haines’ own negative mood, she took the box from the pikachu, nodded at him with approval, and left the room.
“That was sweet of you.” Chung chimed in from his own desk in the office. “Now get out.”
In Piko’s personal quarters, the ice type was looking over some old photos of her with Yumi, reminiscing on old memories, now sullied by her required betrayal. As her eyes began to become glassy with tears, she heard a knock on her door.
“May I come in?”
“Come in.”
The delphox walked in with a box of sweets and an uncharacteristic smile. This was not that surprising for Piko as Haines had raised her upon being found as a child and she had seen the don’s kind side. However, as both have gotten older the rapport had become more reverent and professional.
Haines walked in and opened the box of sweets, with some biscuits, some pastries, and some different types of rolls.
“Oh! Thank you.” Piko reached in and grabbed a cream-filled roll.
“I just wanted to check in on you. I know I have asked for an uncalculatable amount from you and I cannot even begin to make it up to you for your sacrifices, but...thank you.”
This touched the weavile more then she would have cared to convey. This made her give a touched smile, with tears forming in her eyes. Piko did not reply but at this time both women just wanted this reprieve to last.

Ball In Court
This had not been a good week for either crime lord. One of their most persistent opponents had slipped between their fingers due to one of their hires going rogue and was now in the hand of another group of pokemon who cause them trouble. If there was any solace Chung or Haines could take, it was over the Beams not being the type that kills their men. Drafting Yumi in their ranks could possibly solve that problem, or make their situation way worse.
Both sides of the Crime Syndicate of Arcadium sat in their office, which had been recently tarnished due to some recent fights.
“Well Haines we have a mountain of shit staring before us and we are facing an unknown horizon and problem. What do we do now?” The bug type sounded exasperated, clearly exhausted from all of the recent events that were threatening to bring their system into chaos.
Haines looked even worse. The fur under her eyes looked droopy, clearly having not slept in several days. “I opt that we keep searching for the costumed freaks. We find them and bring them in. And kill them.” Haines’ brows angled downward as she pulled out a cigar from the box on her desk. “I even have a special plan for the one that seems immortal.” The delphox pressed her thumb and pointer finger against the tip of the cigar and tore it off with a snap.
The proposal that was presented to the pinsir was a sound one. Despite his experience with the nastier aspects of the crime world, Chung could not help but cringe at the sheer idea of what she was going to do to him. The one thing that would come close is drowning the pain in the ass. Drowning would at least cut off any and all air to the brain, at least ceasing any and all brain function from his end.
“Sounds good. After we re-scramble our forces, we will have do some sweeps every so often.” Haines’ gaze turned sharp at Chung. “No. We need to do it daily.” Chung pressed his two stubby fingers on his forehead and sighed. “Haines. That would be wasting so much time when we have wares to transport and we do not even have enough men to make that even practical.” Chung did not sound scared as he said this retort, which Haines always saw as a blessing and a curse.
“I will get more if I have to.” Haines growled, finally lighting her cigar and taking a long puff.
*wham*
Within second their door whips wide open, causing both to stand up in alarm. The delphox formed a shadow ball to form in her hand and Chung entered a readied fighting stance. To their shock what was happening was a bloodied gothorita being thrown into the office room with Urami not far behind.
Haines had her attention on Gwen. She was alive, noting her feeble attempts to try and get up. With much cruelty and thoughtlessness, she used her foot to turn over the bloodied psychic. He face was severely beaten and bluddied. Her right eye was severely swollen, leaking a mixture of a tear due to pressure and injury to her eye, while also leaking blood, due to a cut underneath her eye. Her stomach has several superficial stabs, cuts and bruises that were covering her body, as a child would be covered in chicken pox.
Very low and quiet breaths could be heard from the young psychic as she just stared dead eyed at fire type looming over her.
Urami was in no better shape. His usual resistant skintight armor had several cuts and gashes that were either bleeding superficially. If it were not for his armor, her shots would have punched through him like a drill into a chunk of earth. His right eye was bright red due to some shots he took to it. He could still see out of it, but it hurt to stare into any sort of like for long, forcing him to squint.
“Urami! What is the meaning of-”
“You are welcome!” Urami did not even let Haines’ finish her statement. “I found her trailing Castelia City alongside Lenox and Brittany. They got away but I managed to get her at the least. Figured you would know what to do with her.” Out of malice, Urami dropped his foot on her stomach. Causing Gwen to groan in pain.
“Wh-what’s wrong Urami?” Gwen managed to say, despite sounding quieter due to feeling intense pain. “You want me to get your finger back for you?” A sickly chuckle was all that came out of Gwen’s mouth.
In a bit of short white hot rage, Urami punched her unconscious, only stopped from going further by Chung holding his arm.
Haines could not help but feel like a bit of fortune had presented itself to her. Someone from Freddy’s company under her thumb could be useful as either leverage and information. A grin slowly grew on her face as she realized the great fortune that just presented itself.

Plot RP: The Bug Problem
It has been 3 weeks since Haines had burned bridges with her former colleague and friend Freddy Pancotta, and there was still an air of tension for anyone who had to work directly for or near her. Haines might have done well containing her anger, but many who have worked with her consistently could tell there is an air of bitterness with her general demeanor. The news that Chung was going to relay to her however, was going to tip this in one of the worst ways possible.
The pinsir placed a photo on the table the two bosses were talking at, while Piko loomed behind Haines. The photo was that of a crime scene. The image showed six mons all killed in a way to look like a massacre. “Six of our guys were killed and looking at the photo, I think you will be able to know who is back.” The mons had shards of sharp rocks embedded into various body parts as well as large, sharp needles, which were close to pencil size in length and width were embedded into the walls, the dead mons, and the car they were driving in. Haines let out a low snarl. “Yumi. She finally resurfaced.”
Piko felt her heart skip when she heard that. Yumi and her had been friends during her time was a mole for Eri’s personal group of assassins. The weavile felt a knot in her stomach. Haines turns behind the chair she is sitting in to look at her. However, the delphox says nothing. “So do we have any plans on weeding her out?” Haines asked Chung. “I mean you had her under you for a while.” The pinsir nodded. “Actually. I do have someone I’m going to call. You remember that theif who stole ‘the Tape’ from Eri? Well he might want in on this since he might take an interest in the person who botched the heist for him.”
The Kanto mob boss, pulled out his cell phone and pulled up the contact information for Mark. “Mark. It’s William Chung. Don’t know if you remember me, but I might have a job for you.”

RP: The Tape
"See him in" Chung said sitting at his desk.
His two body guards escorted in the greninja thief into the room.
"Oh hi Mark. Thank you for coming to see me on such short notice. Take a seat.
Mark sat down in the chair in front of him.
"Now the job I have in mind is I need you to retrieve a piece of evidence the Johto Crime Family. This tape has some... evidence she aims on using against me. I need you to obtain a tape that is located in a safe in her office. Here is the building layout." Chung then slides a file containing the layout towards Mark.
"Fair warning: you will have to deal with these pokemon to." He pulls out another file with 4 faces on it.
Yumi the heracross- her face was horribly scarred, with the right side of her face being stretched by her mouth and her eye looked stretched out." She is the leader's right hand woman. VERY dangerous hand to hand fighter.
Piko the weavile- very fast and the best assassin out of all of them. "She tends to stalk those who are unwelcome in the Johto family.
Chelly the megnium- the combat medic of the group. "DO NOT FIGHT HER! Her fighting style is one of the most brutal in the mobs. Avoid her under all costs."
Finally the leading lady herself: Eri. The head of the Johto mob in Arcadium. "Yeah... I've fought her personally, it's for the best you avoid her under all cost. The less you know on what she does to thieves the better.
Now I understand this a tall order, but can you do it?
