Very confused by all these posts assuming that anyone who's enjoying the April Fools joke must have completely forgotten about all the many many problems with this website's leadership (transphobia, racism, zionism etc). Like sure, if people are praising the site for the joke or claiming it shows that Tumblr ~truly cares~ about its users then they need to shut the fuck up. Murder Drones Episode 5 Thoughts (Spoilers!)

Minor Speculation.

What was that?! Okay. Okay. It starts off with the Zombie Drone video, N waking up in the Drone dump and then cuts to the mansion. He is reading about Golden Retrievers. We get to see our first look at Cyn who has the AS voice and very jerky movements. Later on, we learn that a program has caused N and V to collapse when they were hanging out with Uzi. Memory Tessa plus J help them distract Cyn/ASolver.

Doll ends up taking the robo-roach Uzi got from the Cabin Fever place so she can focus on helping N. Something visible is that Doll’s right eye is covered—at the very end we see Tessa fire off a warning shot “just to check”. I’ll wager that the technician did this to limit the abilities Doll can use. Uzi, N and V manage to track down where the red-eyed absolute solver drone went… with Tessa and J being there. The Lake.

Everyone was surprised to see each other.

There is a lot to unpack in this episode. But I’ll keep it short in order to put more into my next theory. What I don’t understand is if Cyn/AS attacked N and V, then does Tessa have control of her/it? Or did Cyn time this to make the six run into each other? The Absolute Solved was a little dorky in the memory simulation thing. It couldn’t pick up surgical stuff with its claw so it called V over to do pick things up. And almost conveniently forgot Drone V needs glasses.

Making me think Cyn was just a cover for its true personality rather than an actual Worker Drone who got taken over by it. I know why the Against Humans Trio is surprised by the Tessa, but J being surprised too raises questions. The rogue Disassembly Drones would have been reported to the Company, right? So why does J seemed taken off guard to see her teammates?

Is it V joining the rogue Drones? Them still being alive and not having exploded cause of the sun?? Something along those lines???
