My attempts to translate ch99 of 123 Rhodes Island on Valarqvin. Keep in mind I am not a professional, I did this for practice so some things might not be right. The 2nd comic's speech bubble was especially hard to try to translate since it's said in a weird way.

It miiight also be akin to "the future is set, what you say doesn't matter"

I, ally elemental damage hater... Have e2'd Valarqvin this morning. Right after getting her as well. Harrowing. The (transient yet still ongoing) lack of enemies with any resistance for this damage type was too alluring. Also - you can kind of tell by her proportions - her profile says she's 188cm tall, making her the tallest woman in the game. I wonder if all cyclops sarkaz are taller than average or if it's just her individual physiology. Either way, pretty cool for a mysterious character.

IS4 first impressions: I like the new mechanic designs, they feel a lot more like they're all part of the same idea for the game mode rather than being complexity added for its own sake.

Keys are actually important now, and there's a meaningful choice whether you spend or save them. There are more fights that can ruin your day if you don't have the right operators, but the floor layouts are also larger with more vertical paths, so between that, the keys and Foldartals, it feels like picking your path is going to be a lot more tactical now.

Collapse is also a nice improvement over the Light system. It's much less swingy, while giving a more varied mix of challenges each run.

A lot of the new relics look like they can get pretty funny. Though, I find it odd they brought the King's set back again when there's a node on the upgrade tree that heals you whenever you perfect a fight with low HP. It was already hard to keep their buffs active before, so now they're even more of a waste of space.

The default final boss feels very straightforward, once you know the stage is just two tricks and a DPS check. I feel like it might end up just being a victory lap of sorts compared to the regular stages you pass through to get there.

I'm curious to see how the high movement speed gimmick will feel in the long run. It favours melee blockers over ranged DPS, which is unusual for AK event mechanic priorities. Though, we do have plenty of dangerous drone stages this time, so maybe the idea is that it's a hard requirement to have both?
