I have a lot of feelings about the Hakkesshu and I bet you do too! With a bunch of folks coming back to life, what do you think are the odds that Goenitz comes back as an antagonist in another game?

Oh, I'm quite sure that Windy Asshole will be back in the next game (maybe even as next DLC in XV). XV's endings were 90% fillers (lord, what even was 3ST's...) but it was clear Orochi Team had a plan, and Goenitz's presence will be, of course, required.

And you know what I'd LOVE to see happen and that of course it won't?

Seeing Chizuru going absolutely berserk on him.

My girl never truly had a chance to mourn Maki, and in the old KoF: Kyo manga she says to Goenitz she wants to kill him. And you know she has the skills to do it, firebois are physical powerhouses but her powers and skills put her on another, scary level.

Seeing her getting her revenge, or at least trying, would be a dream for me.

But of course it won't happen, so... *quietly sobs*

How about Frankenstein?

It’s been too long since I meant to answer this, and I had to dig a little for the original post. Sorry about that.

Frankenstein: if your muse had to choose, what three traits describe them the most? who taught them these traits, and who do they think had the most influence in making them who they are? 

First and foremost is tired. The amount and scale of shit Ilyssae’s dealt with in the last few years is, frankly, almost hyperbolic, and now that she’s (relatively) safe again it’s all caught up to her and manifested in hyper vigilance, sleep problems, worsened memory retention and attention span… She REALLY should be seeking professional PTSD therapy, but for now she’s convinced herself she’s fine (enough) self-medicating with mageroyal smokes, too many naps when she can manage them, and maybe the occasional cup of magewine or arcane dust hit. It’s going to become a real problem.

Second: angry. Between all but a few recent years of her life locked in Dire Maul with her mother, trauma from a certain terrible old man she’d rather forget, and the recent disappointment of meeting her absentee father in the flesh (metaphorically speaking—you know how liches are), she’s got an incredible amount of bitterness and spite pent up. Worse, she no longer has her prior reservations about keeping it back. If someone pisses her off, they will hear about it from her, and she won’t pretend to be nice or professional about it, consequences be damned.

Third: curious. Simultaneously the source of many of her worst problems, and the driving force that keeps her moving forward through the worst points of her life. Ilyssae is just so nosy about figuring out the nitty gritty details of how things work. Part of it’s natural from being raised around ancient books and secret-keepers for over 400 years, and some’s left over from her eagerness to catch up with the rest of the world after the other Highborne rejoined the Alliance. It’s doubly fascinating when magic bullshit is involved! Even when it’s dangerous magic bullshit! That, and she gets such a rush from mastering tricky spells and holding power in her skinny little twig hands. Granted, this has mellowed out a bit now that she has peers eager to share their knowledge about less stupidly risky things. All knowledge is worth having!

How many active muses do you have?There’s really just Bowan right now who’s involved in active storylines in Wow. All the other Wow characters I used to play are more just aesthetic blogs for now until I find somewhere to get them involved again/ move them into other games/universes. When I really wanted to get back into RP again I picked Bowan to start writing stuff for again because she has the biggest involvement in the Kul Tiras story and she’s just my oldest/favorite.Outside of Wow I have a much larger pile of characters that I write/RP for in D&D and Larp games though!
