I am considering actually cording off time every day to write. I’m the type of person that when inspiration hits I get kind of ‘in the zone’ and write non-stop, which is great but it’s not like I can take a sabbatical from work/other responsibilities so I wonder if that would somehow achieve that balance of continuing to write without it interfering with the rest of life… anyway that’s what all the “writing blogs” recommend but eh

#especially because I have boards in 4 weeks and I don’t want to stop writing but also don’t want to get too ‘in the zone’ #and ignore my studies #but I also have a super inconsistent work schedule #like I work some nights this week and some days I have research responsibilities and some I don’t really….. #urgh. I also like the spontaneous energy of writing when possible #and I don’t want to treat it like a job #like what if you don’t feel like writing that day? or you’ve got writers block? #…I’m overthinking this let’s give it a try #I’m an incredibly disorganized #person with no internal motivation so I doubt it would do anything for me lol
