hi i feel dumb asking this lol, but can you please explain to me what the difference of the unrated versions of the movies are?

Don't feel dumb for asking, it's a fair question!! <3

The unrated versions contain slightly extended bits and footage that was removed from the R-rated/common release version of the movie. Mostly super explicit bits like a full genetalia shot or something too graphic to be included on the normal release of the movie. There's obviously run-time differences because of that, by a few minutes usually.

Here's the differences, if you're interested:

Jackass The Movie (Unrated):

'Muscle Stimulators' is extended and includes extra shots of Dave's gutch shot and Knox putting the stimulator pads onto Pontius's penis.

Dave shitting in the van's extended slightly, with a slightly longer scene of Lance before he throws up. Directly after Lance vomits the scene is slightly extended showing the vomit. The bit where Dave's using the bag to clean his pants is also slightly longer.

After Dave shits in the toilet in the store, the camera lingers slightly longer on the shit and then pans to a customer.

Steve-O eats more in the sushi restraunt before he snorts the wasabi

The bottle rocket scene with Steve-O is slightly longer, with an extra shot of Steve with a rocket in his ass attached to Chris's penis and Loomis lighting it. There's also a small scene of Steve playing with the string attached to Pontius.

Ehren's yellow snowcone is extended by seconds as it includes Ehren unzipping his pants. There's extra gagging and laughing scenes. Ehren also picks up and eats the vomit covered snow whereas in the normal version you just see him puke.

There's a close-up of Dunn shoving the car into his ass. Longer scenes of the room and everyone laughing. There's an extra scene of him pulling the condom out and throwing the shit-covered car on the floor.

Jackass: Number Two (unrated/unseen):

Butt-Chug is slightly extended with a more graphic scene of Steve putting the tube in. Multiple scenes in butt chug are also very slightly extended.

There's a graphic shot of the horses's.... member in 'how to milk a horse', the scene is slightly extended and the scene where Pontius drinks it is uncensored and shown in full.

At the leech healer stall, Dave puts a leech on his one ball, in the regular version, it cuts straight to Steve's eye. Steve also says "now for the grande finale, the leech monocle." This wasn't what was said in the original, as Dave's bit wasn't included so it wouldn't have been the "finale" of anything. There's a couple other vocal/line differences.

In the old man bit, the dog is licking Knox's fake balls for longer and the shot is more head-on.

The terror taxi bit is extended slightly with the prep of the pubic hair being longer shots showing genetalia.

Jackass 3 (Unrated):

Super Mighty Glue is extended by quite a lot, there's extra scenes of Dunn sitting on Phil's back and Bam grabbing Dunn's beard.

Fart Darts is extended slightly by Bam having Will light a cigarette with his farts and then Bam vomiting.

Parks Bonafay is included in the skeet shooting bit.

Rick's rocky is included.

Chris's dialogue is extended in lamborghini tooth pull.

In the credits, the scene of Dunn on Phil's back/Bam grabbing his beard is replaced by an aftermath shot of Ehren's face after the tooth pull, because the super mighty glue bit was shown in full.

decided to cross another horror classic off my list, now seated for Tobe Hooper's The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (1974). i actually know literally nothing about this, like other than the name of the villain and that it's a horror movie. i don't even know if this is a slasher or whatever. i don't know literally anything about this movie, i don't even know what the premise is other than there's some dude called Leatherface and he's probably killing people and, by the sounds of that name, doing some shit with their skin. love going in blind to these movies anyway. alright, let's fucking get into it.

(This thought brought to you by the fact that I got so mad that Stargate isn't on Netflix NOR Amazon anymore that I finally hooked up the DVD player my mom got me for Christmas and started playing my 20 year old DVDs. Which, by the way, have the best design ever (each disc is a little Stargate and they say "ENTER THE STARGATE" in a dramatic voice to get you to click into the DVD menu). The box they're in is bigger than the DVD player itself (I think I got them for Christmas in 2003 or 2004).
