Whipped Cream Canisters May Not Be Purchased By Anyone Under 21 in New York Stores. Reasons why

In the US state of New York, whipped cream canister sales to anyone under the age of 21 are prohibited by nearly one-year-old state legislation. The rule allegedly came into force in November 2021, but it wasn't until recently that convenience stores in the state were made aware of it, according to Newsweek. The goal of the regulation is to stop youngsters from inhaling nitrous oxide, sometimes known as laughing gas, from whipped cream canisters. Nitric oxide is an approved chemical for proper professional usage, but when the cartridge is used incorrectly, it can be exceedingly dangerous, according to US Senator Joseph Addabbo, who sponsored the law. The law was introduced last year in response to worries that youngsters are increasingly using nitrous oxide, sometimes referred to as "whippets," as a propellant in the canisters to get high. Convenience stores in New York started putting up signs to explicitly forbid consumers under the age of 21 from purchasing the canned dessert topping once they learned about it. According to Fox News, the first offense of selling whipped cream canisters to a person under the age of 21 carries a $250 fine (about $20,000), and successive offenses can result in fines of up to $500 (almost $40,000). #WAOUGHAOUGH. just watched an under21 semi final from fuck knows when i dont keep up w ballroom dancing #and jesus fuck. couple 74 did a little bit where they released hands and then rejoined in such magnetic timing #chills. so fucking good #before that i rewatched a quickstep ~compilation (wasnt rly a compilation idk what to call it) #and like. i mean i feel like quickstep is the obvious one but its not Just one specific style its All of ballroom dancing #(i mean im not a superfan of ballroom tango i mean dont get me wrong i find the contradiction of it fascinating) #(how this famously Passionate dance is twisted into something so rule-abiding and strict) #(but it just doesnt work as well for me as all the other styles)

I can’t be neutral because I want Australia to lose (of course) and I’m happy for Levi Colwill and some of the players who don’t get to play much, but my god he plays in a bus drivers league.

Parte bene il campionato del Real Cornaredo che batte senza appello per 6-0 la Futsei Milano. Rispetto a una settimana fa contro il Cometa in Coppa Lombardia, si vede un Cornaredo decisamente più disinvolto in fase offensiva e sempre attento in quella difensiva. È Mandalà a rompere l’equilibrio della partita con una botta terrificante che rompe la resistenza ospite. Gli vanno dietro Pellegrino e Meroni per il 3-0, con gol di ottima fattura. Prima dell’intervallo è ancora Mandalà, su tiro libero, a firmare il 4-0. Nella ripresa il Cornaredo è anche parecchio sciupone, non concretizzando una grande mole di occasioni da gol. NAME: haruno sakura.     in japanese,   her full name can be interpreted as "spring field of cherry blossoms"   (春野桜,   haruno sakura)   or "cherry blossoms in spring"   (春の桜,   haru no sakura).  AGE: verse dependent,   12-33.     (part II is the baseline,   so upwards or backwards from there! i’m not caught up to boruto and i don’t really care about it,   either,   but the naruto timeline spans around 20 years,   give or take.) BIRTHDATE: march 28   (an aries through and through!) SEXUALITY: bisexual AFFILIATION: konohagakure RANK: jonin HEIGHT: 5’9 HAIR: pink;   she keeps it relatively short   (shoulder-length)   for combat-convenience.  EYES: seafoam green;   her eyes used to be her biggest tell when she was younger.     still are,   if you know her.  OTHER DETAILS: 

her hands are pretty heavily scarred;   mainly the skin around her knuckles (from punching) but also the soft parts of her palm   (from palm strikes);   lots of healed-over blisters,   as well,   but the multitude of tiny scars on her knuckles are pretty immediately noticeable.     it was worse before she started wearing gloves   (her healing couldn’t keep up with it,   even with chakra coating)

sakura’s old house ie.     the haruno estate where she used to live with her parents gets completely destroyed in the orochimaru invasion;   she moves in with her maternal grandparents after the third’s funeral but eventually gets a place of her own some time during the blank period of the first timeskip
