Crikey, series 4?!! Shit, I still haven’t finished Season 1, so I guess I’ll be scrambling to catch up now. . . .

I almost had my birthday party in the Monkey Bar mentioned in the article, but they didn’t do reservations and I had a gang of about 15 and wanted us to be together. I opted for the Victoria Bar instead . . . another Berlin institution with EXCELLENT cocktails . . . As for dancing the night away, Clärchens Ballhaus is the place for me . . . not that I could get into Berghain if I tried 😆 Clärchens has a delightful mix of of partygoers and has been in action since 1913. And now I can go back and dance my heart out. Given that I’ve had three vaccinations AND Covid, a crowded dance floor no longer terrifies me.
