spencer has some kind of weird toxic gay crush on henry. he's always liked men who are (in his opinion) in distress because they open an opportunity for spencer to swoop in and save them and feed his ego. henry's personality in spencer's head has been altered and dumbed down so severely to match his fantasies where spencer is henry's knight in shining armor who protects and takes care of him while henry is the damsel in distress who's waiting for big, strong spencer to take him away. this guy is a grade A freakster. henry just ignores spencer like he's scraps on a dinner plate and silently prays for his downfall.
after the events of the beast from sodor, spencer gained a microscopic smidge of respect towards henry. it's frankly embarrassing for him because henry's the one protecting spencer instead of the other way around like he envisioned. it doesn't stop him from annoying henry whenever he gets the chance. once, spencer left a note inside nwr 3's cab "call me if gordon's bothering you xxx-xxx-xxx <3 -S.S.G." and henry had to resist the urge to jump and dive head first onto the rocky road after finding it
speaking of gordon, spencer knows that if he DID manage to pull henry, gordon's gonna be extremely pissed off because 1) gordon is his cousin 2) gordon has been fumbling henry for around one and half a decade through gold dust-fueled mind-twisting situations yet they never ended up together and 3) spencer’s gonna have another insensitive stand up comedy material besides "dead siblings" and "dead father" which just excites spencer even more
edward isn't really spencer's type (wise, can stand his ground, etc) and he knows the older man can see right through him, so he's not interested in chasing after him. also henry will NEVER EVER return spencer's feelings mainly because he's just so annoying instead of the fact that spencer has ulterior motives for him and spencer will always remain having a one-sided crush/twisted infatuation/etc for henry

Big Gordon woke up with a mighty yawn. He had been asleep for quite a while and was ready to wake up and get back to his express duties. However, when he awoke, the big engine was surprised to find himself in the void of Gordon's conscious.
Big G: What is the meaning of this? Why am I not in the position of main conscious? Gordon where are you?
Big Gordon looked around the space for the original Gordon, but couldn't see him, this was concerning.
???: Hewwo!
Came a tiny voice.
Big Gordon had to look down to see the tiny being on his buffers.
The big engine had grown and swelled to a monstrous size over the years since his tenor and take over as the main personality, the cause of his size was in thanks to Big Gordon's pride and ego. The Original Gordon hadn't been able to stand up to Big Gordon, which resulted in the engine having free reign over everything.
Now though, there seemed to be a new personality.
Big G: Who are you and why are you here?
BG: Me Baby Gowdon! I new p-pew-pewson, new Gowdon!
The baby engine happily greeted.
Big Gordon though did not look happy.
Big G: Oh, the indignity! Another personality! It was already crowded in here with just the two of us!
The big engine steamed. He let out a deep sigh as Big Gordon came to the conclusion that they were now stuck with this "Baby Gordon".
Big G: So, what are you?
BG: Me Gowdon, Baby Gowdon!
Big Gordon sighed.
Big Gordon: No, little one. I mean what do you represent?
Baby Gordon looked confused.
BG: Me no pwesent.
Big Gordon felt a bit frustrated.
Big G: Like with me, I represent the big and grand parts of Gordon. While the original is heart, kindness, and fear. So again I ask, what are you?
Baby Gordon thought for a moment before replying.
BG: Me happy!
Big Gordon was not amused.
Big G: Innocence is bliss I guess.
Big Gordon looked around.
Big G: By the way, where is Gordon? He's normally close by sulking.
BG: Oh, he out with dada an mama.
Big Gordon became furious.
Big G: He what! Why did he go outside?!
BG: I wet him goes to sees mama and dada.
Big G: Why did you do that?! He's emotionally vulnerable!
BG: He needs wots of hugs and wuv from dada, mama, ganny, and ebyone!
Big G: Little engine you don't understand! Every time Gordon has been out others have hurt him! Either on purpose or accidentally. That's why I'm here, to protect him!
BG: Bu he gots bwba toos.
Big G: Scotsman? Pah, he'll no doubt will abandon us again.
Baby Gordon didn't like that.
BG: Nuh Uh! Bwba good bwba, he aways pways wit me wen he not gots twains ta puww.
Big G: Oh you sweet summer child. There's still a lot you need to learn about this world. That's why I've decided that it would be in all of our best interest that I take control once again.
BG: NO!
Baby Gordon didn't like the sound of that.
Big G: Once Gordon falls asleep out there and returns here I shall have him relinquish control to the tunnel back over to me. With any luck I should be able to convince Sir Topham Hatt to have us back in a big engine body.
BG: You meanie! Gowdon don wan tat!
Big G: I'm sorry little one but it has to be done, for both of your sakes.

Based on a post about Percy and Harold:
If Percy is older than Edward but looks younger than he is, what was Edward’s reaction to finding out that Percy is older than him if he did or ever found out?
How would the others react if they ever found out? Or would they not believe Percy is older than Edward? Because then that would make Gordon the youngest.
(Gresley a1 Pacifics were made in 1922. Furness K2 “Larger seagull made in 1896. E2 tank engines made from 1913-1916. And L and YR class 28s made from 1909-1912. And for the heck of it: Sterling singles made from 1870-1895. Also Toby: J70 tram engines made from 1903-1921)
I feel like if the others ever found out about Percy’s age they’d lose their minds since Percy doesn’t act that old.
Ok so I found out that the Avonside 0-4-0 saddletank engine was built sometime in 1897-1900, so Percy is technically younger than Edward. But it’s a one year difference at most, so that still means he’s REALLY old. Sorry if I was wrong about that fact!
That being said! I think Edward would be the first engine to know about Percy’s real age. One day, he was feeling upset about being called “old” by the others. Percy tries to cheer him up by telling him that he can’t be that old since Percy claims to be ‘even older’. Edward doesn’t know what he means by that, so Percy tells him his actual age.
The blue engine is surprised to hear about this. He never would have guessed that a small and energetic tank engine like Percy would be just as old as him. Edward laughs and tells him that he’s still a year older than Percy, but he appreciates the support. He then asks why Percy never told anyone about this and the green tank engine replies that no one would believe him if he did. Edward understands since Percy does get teased a lot for being little, so he promises to keep it a secret.
A few years later, Percy’s crew wanted to celebrate Percy's build date (they have an estimated guess) so they surprise him with a birthday cake. That is when all the other engines learn about Percy’s real age. Needless to say, they were all in shock. (Except Edward because he already knew.)
Emily and Toby are confused about why Percy never acted his age but they don't mind that much. He’s still the same cheerful and hardworking little saddletank they know and love. Thomas bombards Percy with a million questions while Henry starts to feel bad about being rude to him in the past and apologizes by saying that “he didn’t know”. Percy happily forgives him since he's nice to him now. He also teases Thomas to "respect his elders" from now on, but Thomas teases him back saying that an elder can be his best friend too.
Gordon and James are freaking out and refuse to accept that Percy is older than them. This hits harder for Gordon since he is technically the youngest of the Steam Team.
