Savoca Living - a CC Collection

I've been obsessed with watching youtubers DIY old homes. They've been ripping out hideous linoleum revealing gorg original flooring, adding texture to walls with limewash and saving $$ by DIYing their own art with thrifted frames. 

So naturally, I needed to make a collection inspired by all those things :)

Takahiro & Fox's house - WIP

This is what I've got so far. I usually don't do the landscaping until the very end, but for some reason I added some at this stage.

I haven't started the inside yet, but it's going to have the usual kitchen, dining room, & living room downstairs, kids' bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor, and Fox & Taka's bedroom, Fox's studio, a bathroom and a study on the third floor. I might do a partial basement, just so they'll have a logical place for the laundry room (they'll have at least 3 kids, so they'll need it lol), but I haven't decided how I'm going to approach that yet.

Unfortunately, I probably won't get to do any more work on it until next week, as I'll be travelling this weekend, but hopefully I'll be able to get back to it soon.

As always, I'll do a house tour when it's ready.

Happy Stairways set

This new set is all about the space under the staircase ! With this new pack, you'll get two new staircases (one with pattern, and one without but with multiple painted colors or natural wood swatches), assorted railing and fences, and a modular shelving system that will go under. You can use both sides as standalone or against the wall, it will work however you place them. Along with it, multiple clutter to fill the shelves or the walls, among with new wallpaper and painted color walls. Everything to make a bright and cheerful staircase area !

Plants: A hanging plant, a small fern and a flower vase bouquet.

❗Note: due to the shaders being different, the shelves and the stairs/railing will not be the EXACT same color depending on the swatch/hour of the day. I tried my best to fit them the closest I could... 😌

Crystal Clutters Pack

Heeeey people! Crystal Creations came out (bugged as hell) and I loved these bookcases sooo much but it desperately needed changes, atleast for me. The *dust* two colored wood tones needed to go and it surelly needed the ladder for both sides! And so I did that!

I went even further making more swatches and making two swatches for each wood color, one with a version already with books in and one without anything! And also I made some clutters to put on your new bookcases!

Oh and all items in this pack are Base Game Compatible, so you dont need crystal creations to use this.

Abbottsford House WIP (update #3)

Fox & Takahiro's house may be my favourite build so far.

I have all the rooms walled up now, and I managed to sneak in some decorating before hitting the road. Here are the kitchen, dining room & living room. Also on the first floor, there's going to be a bathroom and a laundry/storage room, which I haven't started working on yet.

Taka's favourite colour is yellow, so you know artist Fox is going to do his best to incorporate it into the interior design as much as he can, without it being overpowering.

Give these guys props for bravery, having white living room furniture while also having three kids. Since Taka's piano is white, Fox insisted the design had to have lots of white, to pull everything together. And of course there's plenty of cheerful yellow in here, too.

Fortunately, the kids have a playroom. In fact, the kids have the entire second floor, with the playroom, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Meanwhile, in his and Taka's bedroom, Fox gets his own favourite colours, blue and green.

Yes, their bedroom is oddly-shaped, and yes, they do indeed have a hot tub in there.
