They finally let go after a last squeeze and moved to the couch. Inevitably I ended up in the middle. No matter how much I love these two idiots it felt a lot like being a t-bone steak in between to Rottweilers - I was at risk of being affectionately devoured. I sighed "this is not the easiest topic for me so bare with me. I understand you were told that terrorists took at the bus my team was on and killed everyone. In reality they kidnapped several of us before destroying the bus and then sold us. We were split up and traded to assorted groups. Ultimately the group I ended up with did not treat us well, but they found it amusing enough to keep me alive. A few months back special forces raided the compound where I was being kept looking for someone else and got me out."

"Wait, you were found months ago?! Why didn't anyone tell me?!" O exploded. This was about how I expected him to take the news, but that didn't make anything better. For one I really don't like loud noises and flinched a bit. "My father was contacted and decided not to tell anyone until they were sure I would live. I was in such bad shape the doctors didn't think I would ever survive outside a hospital or even in one for long. He didn’t want Az to lose me twice." I wasn't completely lying to them, but I figured it was best to get them over the initial hump before we delved into the pricklier subjects. "But…" O started. "O the important thing is he's here now." Callie said. "And that you're okay."

I paused. "Okay is a relative term. So many years in captivity did a number on me. Physically and mentally. I am on a ton of meds and am still not totally right. However, the doctors finally agreed that I was capable of surviving living with family so I was released. Imagine my surprise when I discovered everyone but Dad was in Nixieberg." "Rode moved here to be close to Az, and then Alula moved here for Az, and then after Paris died O finally came." Callie said.

sims 4 crystal legacy challenge

hello! here is a legacy challenge i created while playing the Garden Legacy challenge. i didn’t want to finish on my tenth gen and decided to create my own challenge, based on crystals. this challenge can be continued from a previous save or started in a new one! i also tried to implement base game options for those who don’t own all the packs! some gens do need packs but if you don’t have them, they may be skipped.

general rules ❥ you do not have to live on the same lot for all 10 generations if you wish. ❥ mods and cc are allowed! ❥ no money cheats ! ❥ i’ve assigned a colour to each gen so you may play with berry sims if you wish!  ❥ i’ve decided that in each generation you may roll for offspring (rolling a dice or using a random number generator to decide how many children) unless stated otherwise in the rules.

gen one - rose quartz (pink)

a stone of unconditional love.

growing up, all you ever wanted was a family. leaving home young to start your life, you work on your career while trying to find the one, dedicated to cultivating the perfect life. you work hard to support your family and love your children so much, opening your heart and home to those in need of families as well. you cherish your partner and frequently find yourself going on date nights.

your parents had been stressed a lot of their life, working hard to bring your family member back. you were frustrated that they had to go through so much and decided to take it out on others. you grew to despise most people, working on creating enemies rather than friends, feeling a sense of justice for your parent. yet you still made sure to love your children, even if you may have not loved your spouse as much.

traits: mean, noncommittal, bro aspiration: bodybuilder rules:

traits: hot-headed, materialistic, overachiever or ambitious aspiration: fabulously wealthy rules:

Conflicted Feelings

Fay keeps wanting to break up with Amerite... but as soon as she talks to her, she wants to go on a date with her. Emotions are confusing!

So Fay has had the Want to break up with Amerite a few times now. Normally I like to give my sims agency, but I think this is less about their relationship and more to do with Fay’s Single and Lovin’ It lifestyle. You know, the one that all Sims get unless they literally jump into a relationship as soon as you plop them in a neighborhood... Like, calm down game. I like to find someone my sim is attracted to and vibes with instead of just throwing them into a relationship with a random, that doesn’t mean they want to be single forever.

I know the Sims is meant to be zany, but I find the lifestyles too intense a lot of the time. I like the idea in principle, but there’s no nuance to them.

So, for now, I plan on waiting it out until Fay loses the Single lifestyle. If the Want persists after that, I’ll let her act on it.
