Captain Penisi, Chapter 9

“Eddie you’re going to have to be acting chief while I’m out!”
“No way!” Eddie scoffed from Terry’s bedside, “there is absolutely no way I’m going to be running the station ad being boring like you. What would the rest of the rank and file think?”
“What happened to you wanting to run a station?” Terry asked.
“Well that was before everything set in,” he admitted briskly. The two men glared at one another until Vickie and Auggie came in, both looking over Terry’s file. Eddie smiled as he saw Auggie, “hey there, doc…what’s the diagnosis…”
Auggie blushed as she looked at Eddie, before she picked up the clipboard once more and looked at it. With a scowl she passed it back to Vickie once more.
“It doesn’t look good.”
“What do you mean?” Terry asked nervously, “Like it’s going to cause me some grief not good? Or am I g-“
“Terry you aren’t going to be able to work like this,” Vickie frowned, “you really hurt your back.”
“How long will I be out?”
“If you get the proper rest you should be fully healed in a matter of a few weeks…”
“One week?” Eddie asked, “or multiple weeks?”
Auggie nodded, “if he takes it easy on himself, he should heal fairly quickly. Terry, I hate to be the one to tell you this but I can’t in all good conscience leave a note for the commissioner that you are able to work.”
“Come on, Auggie,” Terry grumbled, before shooting a look to Vickie, “Vic, honey…tell Auggie I can work.”
“I have to agree with her on this, honey,” Vickie sighed, giving her husband a sad look, “I really can’t convince Auggie to sign off on you in this state. It’s not pretty.”
“So what are you saying?” Eddie asked.
“Eddie…I think you might have to step in and be the chief until Terry gets better!” Vickie sighed as she looked between her husband and brother.
“Eddie…wha-what’s going on?” she asked gently as she looked at a soaking wet Eddie. His white shirt had bee completely soaked through and he looked miserable as he stood at the entrance of her apartment, “you’re soaking wet!”
“I had to walk Hoser,” he muttered sadly, “I feel like I’m falling apart at the station, Auggie. Everyone needs things and-“
“Oh my god, get in here!” she said quickly, cutting him off as she pulled him into her apartment, “you’re going to get sick.”
“Trust me when I say that would be welcomed at this point I time,” he sighed, toeing off his shoes, “taking over for Terry this past week started out great, but now it’s starting to feel more like a nightmare…”
“Eddie…” she sighed, rushing away from him. Eddie watched as Auggie rushed into her bathroom then came back with a towel. She wrapped it around his shoulders and started using the end of it to try to dry his hair, “I’m sorry this week has been so miserable for you…but on the plus side it’s all nearly over.”
“Terry came back to hang out with everyone yesterday,” he sighed, “said the girls were driving him crazy…well the crew is driving me crazy. Lucy hasn’t walked Hoser. Ike is starting to hold back on the information, and Frenchy just makes everyone miserable, but I can’t step over the line and kick him off the shift because A shift has to have a captain on board. I don’t know what to do.”
“Well first off, I think you need to leave work…and your soaked clothes here in the entryway,” she murmured as she gave him a soft look, “Let me run a hot shower for you and fix you some food…then we can cuddle up and forget the day with some wine…”
“That sounds beyond amazing,” he sighed thoughtfully. Auggie gave him a soft smile as she dropped the edges of the towel and her nimble fingers started unbuttoning his shirt. He watched her, adoring the sweet, intimate moment they were sharing, “thank you for taking care of me like this, Auggie…I appreciate it more than you know.”
“Of course, Eddie!” she mumbled, giving him another soft look of her as she finished unbuttoning the shirt. She helped Eddie shimmy out of it before turning away from him and heading towards the bathroom. Eddie quietly slipped out of his pants and socks, leaving the drenched fabric in the entryway, before making his way towards her.
His boxers and undershirt were nearly soaked through as well, but it didn’t matter. He knew in a matter of minutes he’d be in the shower, under the warmth of the water.
He watched with a smile as he leaned against the frame of the bathroom door and watched Auggie temping the water. She jumped when she heard his voice, “you know what would make it even better?”
“My god…” she mumbled, clutching her chest, “Eddie, you can’t scare me like that.”
“You should join me,” he said simply, still watching her. Her brow lifted in response, and he smiled, “don’t worry about making me food. The only thing I want right now is a hot shower and to hold you in my arms…that would make this day feel completely and utterly right.”
A blush rose to her cheeks and she looked away from him, “I-Eddie, we’ve never-“
“I know,” he smiled softly at her, “I know we’ve never been naked around each other…but this isn’t about a sexual thing. It’s intimacy, darling.”
She looked up at him, their eyes connecting once more as she seemed to ponder his request, “an intimacy thing, huh? Is that what you say to all the girls?”
“Only the ones I truly have feelings for!” he shrugged, throwing in another little smirk at her. He slipped the towel off of his shoulders and folded it before placing it on the side of the sink. He held out his hand to her, “so what do you say? Want this to feel a whole lot more intimate Auggie?”
“Wh-what does that make us, Eddie?” she asked sweetly, batting her eyes at him, “I mean-we-we’ve never-“
“I don’t want to play games or beat around the bush with this, Auggie,” he replied softly, “I want you to be my girlfriend. I want to be able to come to you and talk with you after a tough day. Hold you after the longer ones because you’re what feels right to me. I want to be able to know that I come home to a woman that cares about me just as much as I care about her. Is that something you want too?”
She paused for a second, looking at him, “is that how you see me, Eddie? How you see us?”
“I see you as my girlfriend,” he answered, “that is, if that’s what you want to be.”
“I do!”
Eddie smiled as she took his hand, and she came in close. His arms wrapped around her waist, and she snuggled up against his chest as their lips met in a soft embrace.

As you stir awake, you're wrapped in Sal's arms. He's still asleep, you lay for a while with your head on his chest just listening to him softly snore. You peel yourself away, getting out of bed you head to the bathroom.
Today is your 5 year Wedding Anniversary with Sal, You both were working today but had plans to go for dinner in the evening.
You jump in the shower and stand under the warm water which helps your aching muscles from the gym yesterday. A large pair of hands are placed on your waist and you jump a little not hearing Sal come into the bathroom. You smile as he begins to kiss your neck, his body pressed against your back.
"Happy Anniversary Mr Vulcano"
"Happy Anniversary Mrs Vulcano, I love you". Sal pushes your forward and your hands land on the wall, before you could protest he pushes his hard dick into you earning a surprised moan.
Sal grabs a fist of your long brown hair tugging slightly as he thrusts his hips against you.
The sound of your wet bodies slapping together has you turned on even more.

Sal lets go of your hair and grabs your waist digging his nails in as he pounds into you.

Sal closes the door and puts his head against it, You grab your towel and kiss Sal's shoulder. He softly smiles at you.
"I'm sorry I never knew they were coming"
"It's ok Sal, the sooner you get to work the sooner you'll be back and we can finish what we started". You give him a soft kiss before getting dried and dressed for work.
A couple of hours later - Sal's POV
My punishment was to be a horrible judge on a kids talent show, it was tough but i'm glad it was over.
I get a call whilst at work from an unknown caller, hesitant I answer.
"Hello?"
"Hi, Is that Mr Vulcano?"
"Yes it is, speaking?"
"Hi, i'm Jodie calling from Staten Island Univerity Hospital. It's regarding your wife. Earlier today she was brought in because she collapsed at work, I was calling to inform you."
"What?! I'll be right there!". Sal ends the call grabbing his jacket and car keys before racing across the city to get to you.
Running into the ER, Sal asks the receptionist where you are. She sends him to the room where you are.
Sal bursts in the room, you jump at the abrupt entrance.
"Baby! Are you ok? God why did nobody call sooner?!"
"Sal i'm ok, I didn't want to bother you at work". You say, Sal wraps his arms around you and you stroke his hair.
Sal sits on the edge of your bed.
"What happened?"
"I'm not sure I was fine then I blacked out and woke up here, the doctor has taken blood to see if they can see why I collapsed."
Doctor Young knocks on the door before coming in, she shakes Sal's hand and tells him she's a big fan before she opens the medical history folder.
"Ok, we took your blood Mrs Vulcano. Everything looked good apart from your Iron levels are a bit low due to your pregnancy but we'll prescribe you with some Iron tablets, the best thing to do is take a few days to recover and you'll be right as rain in no time"
I look at the doctor in shock, Sal had the same expression on his face.
"Pregnancy?" I ask.
"Yes, your results show you're roughly around 16 weeks pregnant. You weren't aware?"
I shake my head as a tear falls from my eyes. We have been trying for years to have a baby but we never had any luck so we stopped trying.
Sal places his hand on mine, his face stained with tears.
"Oh, in that case i'll get you sent for a scan straight away!". Doctor Young leaves the room and I start to sob.
Sal wraps his arms around you tightly, his own tears wetting your tshirt at the back.
"We're gonna have a baby!" He places his hand on your tummy and kisses your forehead.

Here’s the TruTV schedule for Monday, January 10 to Sunday, January 16, 2011.
Now, unlike any other network I post on this archive, I never really cared for TruTV until the Impractical Jokers premiered later in 2011, and not really a lot of TruTV got me besides from World's Dumbest around this time, and this is coming from my perspective now. (I didn't care for this when I was 5, which was when this schedule was made)
Now, this schedule had a lot of multi-hour blocks, given this schedule was essentially not that much changed from their CourtTV days, and I actually prefer how the channel was up until last year compared to how it was in 2011.
I won't list what's new, as I never cared for the shows on TruTV up until... when they changed their format in 2014?

Captain Penisi, Chapter 8

“Hey…uh…what are you doing here?”
Auggie froze in her tracks. It’d been nearly a year since she’d seen anyone from Station 24, but Vickie was ever insistent that she renew her bonds with the rest of the station.
And while it had been some time, the recognition of the voice was instantaneous.
In her time away, she’d spent a lot of time with the two younger McConkys, acting almost like a big sister to them when they would come by the hospital, as they felt abandoned by their older sister when she moved out.
And Terry had all but accepted her as the long-last daughter he never thought that he would have.
But she was still shell-shocked when she turned around, trying to balance the tote of items that her and Vickie had gotten together for the station after they’d announced that they were going into a quarantine because of a previous call that left them potentially open to a viral attack that had been fatal for a capuchin.
“Eddie…” she muttered softly, "I-I'm just stopping by...I-"
She had been told by Terry himself that no one was allowed outside of the station’s bubble to ensure that they didn’t possibly infect anyone else. And she thought that she would be safe unpacking the items from her car.
But she wasn't.
“Y-you weren’t supposed to be out here,” she said quickly, looking to the older man, "Vickie and Terry-"
"Ahh, I never listen to what they say," he smirked as he leaned against his car, "why are you here?"
She had to fight back the giggles, seeing him with graying mutton chops and a hazardous materials suit on, “I-I was just dropping stuff off for you guys. Vickie said that everyone has been miserable...I figured that you guys could use some entertain-“
“You look great…”
The words died in her throat as Eddie stared at her in awe. She gave him a soft smile, “Th-thank you!”
“I-It’s been a while since we’ve seen you around the station,” he said quickly, awkwardly as he shifted on his heels, “I-I mean, not that I noticed it or anything but I just-“
“Me and Lucy got into an argument!” she said quickly, cutting the captain off. She and Eddie stood in relative silence while they stared awkwardly at one another, both of them sizing the other up, "and then I mean there's the whole me and Ike breaking up thing..."
“Lola’s kid wasn’t mine!”
“Yeah…Vickie told me that.”
"Yeah…”
“Yeah…”
“I-I’m really glad that it’s you stopping by with supplies!” he said quickly, gesturing to the tote that she was balancing on her hip, “I mean…I’m sure everyone will be really happy to see you. I-“
“I can’t go in there, Eddie!”
“What?” he asked, his brow raising, “of course you can. I mean…I know that it’s been a while…but Ike’s gotten over you two breaking up. And I know that Lucy misses having you as a friend. She always-“
“Eddie everyone is contagious with something and no one knows what it is,” she said quickly, shaking her head, “even if I was on the best of terms with everyone I wouldn’t go in there because of that.”
“Oh…yeah…”
“And anyways,” she shrugged, “I’m pretty sure you guys only put up with me because Vickie and Terry like me and treat me as one of their children/good friends depending on their moods on any given day.”
“I-I always liked you!” he said slowly, watching her reaction. He noticed her lips part ever so slightly and he instantly started to think that he might have crossed a line by subtly admitting that he’d felt something more than platonic friendship towards her, “I mean…I-I can’t speak for anyone else, but I always really enjoyed when you were around!”
She scoffed, “was this before or after you broke my nose? And poisoned me with seafood, making me have an allergic reaction.”
“I-none of that stuff was intentional.”
She frowned when she noticed the sadness crossing his eyes, “I-I know…I just-“
“It’s easier to put distance between us when you think I hate you!”
This time she looked at him, surprise lacing her own features, “what?”
He took a deep breath before looking her in the eyes, “I-I know this is going to sound absolutely crazy…but just go with it for a second?”
“What are you-“
“ I know that you have a crush on me!”
Anxiety rose up from the pit of her stomach, and flooded every inch of her body. Her throat went dry as she stared at him, her lips parting ever so slightly, “y-you what?”
“The night of the Tay Tay McVee concert-“
“You mean the time you gave me and Lucy fake tickets?”
He sighed, “i-I wanted to impress you…I didn’t think that they would actually turn you girls away…”
“Why would you want to impress me?”
“The same reason that you kept giving me chances when I thought I blew them,” he admitted softly, “I-I don’t do this kind of thing, so bear with me…but I-I really, really like you Auggie. That night when you and Lucy snuck into the station and went to the roof to look at the stars, you passed my office. And I heard the two of you talking. You admitted to Lucy that you had feelings for me.”
“Eddie-“
“And the more I’d been thinking about it this past year, and why I haven’t seen you…I-I figured that it probably had something to do with me,” he admitted, “and this stupid virus that we have from this capuchin call has had me freaking out…all I keep thinking about is what happens if this is something that’s fatal to us. We still hadn’t gotten a call from the coroner to figure out what it is, but all I keep hearing is Granny making a panic…and Terry’s eating sandwiches in my bed, and I just…-“
She stood there for another minute, processing everything that the older man had told her, while also trying to figure out what to do next. But nothing came.
She stared at Eddie like a clueless kid.
“Well?”
“Well what?” she asked softly.
“Damn it, Auggie,” he growled, ripping his mask off. He was quick to pull her to his chest, forcing her to drop the tote of items that she’d brought for them. Instead, her attention went to the man who’s lips were now melting perfectly against hers. Instantly, she felt light-headed as she allowed herself to give into the kiss. It felt like seconds, but he pulled away, breathless, “I like you too, Auggie…the only thing this stupid quarantine put into my mind is that if I’m going to die from some strange monkey disease then I want you to know how I feel…I want you-“
“Eddie…you just kissed me…”
A small grin fell over his face as he looked at the flushed young woman in front of himself. She was still wrapped up in his arms, and she’d even managed to wrap her arms around his neck. Her eyes stared into his, full of a dreamy gaze.
And then he frowned.
Realization hit him like a freight train and worry coated every nerve, “shit…I just kissed you…”
“Yeah…”
“No…Auggie…I’m supposed to be in quarantine!” he said quickly, his eyes going wide, “I-I just exposed you to whatever I have…I just-“
“Shut up and kiss me again!” she begged gently, pulling his face towards hers once more.
