Nocturne Interlude Event Story Summary
TL;DR: An old friend of Ken's stops by Weekend Garage to hear Vivid BAD SQUAD sing. He's thoroughly impressed, but can't help but notice a rigidness to Toya's voice from a history of classical music. Toya resolves to change that.
Though Akito doesn't see any issue in Toya's singing, Ken realizes the problem likely lies in the unresolved tension between Toya and his father. Despite Toya's attempts, he can't seem to convince Harumichi of his passion for street music.
A talk in SEKAI helps Toya realize the common ground of an intense love of music both he and his father share. That night, he thanks his father for sharing that love with him; that love helped him meet his current team and find a true passion. His father might not understand, but this is the path he's chosen. Toya hands Harumichi a ticket to their upcoming event.
Having moved forward from his past, Toya's singing improves dramatically, solidifying him as the glue of Vivid BAD SQUAD. Though none of them had seen him at the event, Toya realizes Harumichi had indeed come, even if he doesn't understand their music yet.
Fan translation (eiyuuou) / Official English YouTube Upload / Song (RAD DOGS) 2DMV
Tumblr media
Chapter 1: While helping clean crase cafe, Miku finds a cup with a crack. Meanwhile, Toya practices solo around the station. He feels as though his singing has improved ever since resolving to surpass RAD WEEKEND alongside Akito and the others. Toya goes home and encounters Harumichi, who scolds him for staying out late practicing such a "childish" music. Toya yells back before heading to his room.
The next day at practice, Kohane reveals that her parents asked her to stop doing events since they feared Vivid Street could be dangerous. An suggests inviting them to their next performance so they can see what it's really like.
Chapter 2: One of Ken's old friends walks into Weekend Garage while Vivid BAD SQUAD prepare the setlist for the event. They perform a song for him to ask for advice. He compliments them all, but notices Toya's rigidness from a past of classical music.
Chapter 3: Toya asks Akito for advice. He's surprised Toya's being so open about the issue, considering the events of the Main Story. Akito and Ken don't think there's any problem with the way Toya sings, but Toya still wants to escape from a classical mindset. Ken realizes that it's not Toya's singing, but a lack of resolution with his father and his past, that's holding him back.
Chapter 4: Toya's nervous about confronting his father head-on, but decides to anyways. At home, Harumichi yells at Toya for placing his event flyer over his sheet music. Toya tries inviting him to the event, but he coldly rejects. Harumichi fears Toya's life will become meaningless without classical music, but Toya's frustrated his father isn't trying to understand him and runs off.
Akito and the others realize something happened when Toya kept making small mistakes during practice the next day. An confronts him about it, and the others all offer to help. Toya reveals his past and family situation to the whole group.
Chapter 5: The four go to SEKAI to ask Miku and MEIKO for advice. Miku asks why classical music is ok, but not street, since both are still music. Kohane suggests trying to touch into Harumichi's love of classical music as common ground. Toya decides to tell his father about his own love of street music and how it brings value to his own life, just like classical does for his dad.
Chapter 6: While walking back home, Akito gives Toya a morale boost by talking about Toya's own love of music, how he still decided to come back to it after everything. Toya catches Harumichi arriving home this time and asks to talk. He thanks his father for teaching him the beauty of music and how much he loves his father's playing; however, street music is still the path he wants to choose, no matter what his father thinks. Toya hands his father a ticket to their next event and asks him to see his resolve for himself.
Chapter 7: The day of the event arrives. Toya doesn't see his father in the crowd, but it doesn't matter. He's managed to move forward. The event goes great thanks to Toya's singing bringing the group together.
Chapter 8: Kohane managed to clear things up with her father. They all go back to SEKAI to thank Miku and MEIKO for their advice, too. Toya runs into Harumichi when he arrives home. His father tells him he doesn't see what Toya loves in street music. Toya realizes this means his father did come to the event, after all.
Miku turned the cracked cup into a thyme planter, symbolizing courage.

How are we feeling about ensekai’s emu3 translation!!! (I’m mad)
(if you remember the 3 whole posts i made when asahi got de-gayed on EN you'll know i am mad too and that this is probably going to get long)
i don't like to be too cynical but it was so obvious that they were going to change that line, i had a feeling since the event first released on JP and after the incident with Asahi where I went through and tracked down multiple other examples of EN removing queer subtext it became clear to me that in no way shape or form was "emu-chan really loves nene-chan" making it to EN without getting changed. what i didn't expect was them changing Nene's line after Luka's comment, which actually makes this whole situation far worse than many of their other instances of toning down queer subtext.
for anyone who isn't aware of what happened, in chapter 5 of the current Emu event, there's a scene where Nene, Rui and the Virtual Singers are talking about what would cheer Emu up. The vsingers all talk about how much Emu loves spending time with Nene, leading to the following exchange
Tumblr media Tumblr media
If you look for them, any fan TL of this scene will be something similar to this:
Luka: ...Fufu. Emu-chan really loves Nene-chan, doesn't she? Nene: Th-that's nothing special...
EN's official translation is this:
Tumblr media
So what's the issue? I'll start with Luka's part. In the original text, she uses the word daisuki, which can mean to "like a lot" or "love". It's a word you will see frequently in the idol/idol-adjacent genre of games, due to its ambiguity in that it can be read as either platonic or romantic when used towards a person, and often will be used in ambiguous situations so that it's harder to confirm the writers' intentions either way. so here, fans of the emu/nene ship could view the fact that emu loves spending her time with nene as more on the romantic side, but people who don't like the ship could view it as platonic and move on.
while they didn't translate daisuki directly, Luka's line still works, and still contains the ambiguity that works as ship tease in the original text. it's a perfectly fine localisation that still conveys the original intent. despite that, there is something to be said about EN's consistent refusal to translate daisuki as love in most instances when it's not used on An/Kohane (but then again, EN has literally teased An/Kohane on their twitter account so is it all that surprising?).
Here's some examples:
Aibou no koto ga daisuki de / he loves his partner -> he cares about his partner very much (The Power of Unity chapter 7 when Kaito is comparing Arata to Akito and Toya)
HARUKA-CHAN, DAISUKI DAYOOOO!!! / HARUKA-CHAN, I LOOOOOVEEE YOU!!! -> You're the best!!! (Dear Me, As I Was Back Then chapter 4 when minori is at an ASRUN concert. this one isn't actually that great of a localisation)
Honachan no koto daisuki dakara. Kore de iinda yo. / I love Honachan, so this is fine. -> I want what's best for her. And this is it. (Leo/need main story chapter 14 after Saki tells Honami she won't bother her anymore)
Minna daisuki de - taisetsuna tomodachi na no / I love them all - they're my dearest friends -> They're all amazing, and very dear to me. (Leo/need main story chapter 17. this isn't good either)
What's particularly amusing about that last one is that there's a second official translation for it that I assume was done by JP staff (since EN never promoted doing the Journey to Bloom subs like they did back when they provided subs for Petit SEKAI) that actually keeps the word daisuki as love.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Yeah. I love all my friends - and they mean the world to me.
It's a better localisation than the official EN team one.
Questionable localisation choices aside, Luka's line is fine and is actually in line with the original. The issue with this localisation very much lies with Nene's part, because that is an entirely new line.
In the original text, Nene's "that's just normal" or "that's nothing special" or however you choose to TL it, is meant to be her questioning Luka's statement, since all the things that the other vsingers said that Emu liked were pretty normal things like going shopping and playing video games with nene. To Nene, these things are normal activities for them to do together, so she gets embarrassed by the fact that Luka concludes from that information that Emu loves Nene. When I dissect it like that I think you can really tell what the writers were going for here lol.
"That's just us being friends" does still convey the idea that Nene thinks these activities aren't anything out of the ordinary and she isn't sure why the vsingers are picking these out as some of Emu's favorite things to do, but it's very different from the original line. "But those are just normal things we do together" is something I just came up with on the spot, but it's a lot closer to the original text and still conveys the same meaning. The fact they changed the line to "that's just us being friends" is, honestly, not even subtle that they're covering up queer subtext. The original scene was very clearly written in as ship tease, and EN mentioning "friends" for no reason, especially since the word nor anything close to it was not used in the original, is instantly a red flag because it's like the go-to for queerbaiting and censorship. This was intentional. There was no need for them to specify that the relationship is platonic, Luka's part is ambiguous for a reason so that fans can view it how they like.
Tumblr media
Just to top all this off, here's Rin's original line just before that Luka+Nene interaction:
Oh, and! And! She said that playing games with Nene-chan is also super fun!
And here's Rin's line from the official EN translation:
Tumblr media
That's not the same thing, but even more weirdly, the incorrect part (super fun->really loves) is a correct translation for the part changed in Luka's line. So, they can do it, they are willing to say "really loves", just not in the right places. Maybe because Rin's part is less personal than Luka's part? It's strange actually, this isn't the first time they've done this either. Off the top of my head I can think of an example from Shiho's Varied Kindness 2* story where they translated the word "suki" as really loves, despite that being much stronger than the original word used (and the fact that daisuki is used a lot in the Leo/need stories and it's incredibly rare if not entirely unknown for them to translate it correctly).
It's not subtle that they're trying to remove implications of the characters possibly being queer, they did it in curtain call and they did it in walk on and on, and multiple times before then too. And considering some of the content in this year's events and the amount of times they say daisuki alone, it's gonna keep happening. honestly i hate the fact that i keep trying to justify the translations in these posts. these translations are intentional. what happened in the curtain call translation back in october says enough. when a character who uses explicitly romantic language towards another guy passes as a straight character in the translation you know they're doing it on purpose.
oh and once again, it's only the EN server that has this issue. The scene in question was translated almost word-for-word on the TW and KR servers.
read fan translations. they're better than what EN gives us and people put a lot of effort into them.

You know there's a logic behind each team leader in pjsk and it's funny to me how nobody noticed it seems
The first reason is obvious in main story, they're all the reason the group currently exist, they're the ones who brings everyone together even if it wasn't on purpose
Minori is a good example because she's the reason the three others hasn't quit being an Idol, she brought them back to the Idol industry and without her MMJ wouldn't even exist. As the first April Fools proves by the way since it's a huge "And what if X and Y hasn't met, or this went differently"
Kanade is obvious too since without her Niigo had no reason to be. Mafuyu Ena and Mizuki all ended up here after seeing Kanade's work and without that they would never met
Tsukasa is less obvious, but he's the one who agree to help Emu first to save WonderStage, then he dragged Rui around, then he made Nene face her fears except he made it in a pathetic way, then he dragged Rui around again. Like he was the cause for the three of them to change in the first place
Kohane is a curious one but I don't believe An third wheeling the guys would have work... actually she might have refuse to team up with them if she was alone, so Kohane was the last piece they needed to form VBS. Also the formation of the team and the relation between the 4 revolved around her apparition in main story
And Ichika... It's hard to explain, because Saki coming back did a lot for them going back together too, but I think Ichika was the one who act on what they both wanted the most at the time. She was already trying her best to keep contact with the two others before, but Saki's support and energy what just what she needed to finally affirm herself again and speak openly to the two others. Actually, it's her personality as a whole and how she steps in and act on her feelings when she thinks is needed that makes her the one tying everyone together. Also at the times Hona and Shiho distanced herself from Ichi partially because of what the random NPC said about her so it was kind of all revolving around her since the very start.
... I could point out a lot of things like that but I'll just tell you the check L/N main story again with that in mind or it won't end
The second trait they share is that they're all the one... leading... wow...
No I mean they're the person in the front most of time, like Ichika is the singer and MC, Tsukasa is most of time the leading role of the play, Kanade isn't exactly leading in any way but she's still Niigo's core
I believe Minorin will become the front Idol in the team in time (I only know the details of the stories in EN server so I can't talk much about the JP one but from the little I know I wouldn't be surprised if I'm proven right soon)
It's less obvious with Kohane, no maybe it became a bit obvious since Kick it up a Notch!, but she's the front in her own way. How to explain it...
It's her voice that makes it obvious, as higher pitch voices are often put in front while the low tones are used for background. Toya sings in low-tone because he's kind of "The backbone of the team" "The supporting voice" as he was called, and Kohane is the opposite here, her high-pitched voice being easily heard. + Her compared to Nagi and everything around her that insinuate that she's the one with the most potential (I refuse to agree because the 4 are amazing but it's what the story says) and everything else.
It gives her that 'leading place', though VBS doesn't have an official leader story-wise. Actually aside WxS and their self proclaimed leader, there is no team leader story-wise anyway.
So yeah it isn't revelant story-wise for the team in itself but the leaders are the leaders for a good reason. So the next time someone says An should has lead VBS or Shiho lead Leo/Need I will- get hit by a truck

Won't say much since I'm currently in college, but I hope you know your perspective of mafuyus parents are both very much coming from a western standpoint. Please remember parents from eastern countries are different and won't be exactly the same as yours. Even if her mother is abusive, this fandom tends to forget that this game isn't a western one and then automatically assume every parent to be a standard western parent.
... You do realize I've seen people ON THE JP FANDOM with the same opinion right? You also do realize im not white, right? (I'm latina, there is also parts of our culture that is harmful to children, one of the biggest jokes "the chancla never misses" is physical abuse). You do realize THE GAME ITSELF FRAMES IT AS BAD, RIGHT????
Just because its more common in a different culture, doesnt mean it doesn't affect the children. The game itself tells the issues that Mafuyu, Toya, Ena and the kids with bad parents have and it's clear that it's because of them.
I may look at it on a western way, but the game itself frames it as bad, so why should i not think that?

I was wondering if you've ever discussed the lyrics of Tondemo Wonderz on a post? If not, what are your thoughts on it?
I haven't because I don't think song analysis is my forte, and because lots of people already posted their thoughts about Tondemo Wonderz my interpretation on how it relates to Tsukasa might overlaps with them, if it's okay with you (o;_ _)o
(I'm using the full lyrics translation from vocaloid wiki and a little bit of my own reading of the JP here)
First, the words "memory" and "erase" kinda appear a lot in different parts of the song in a lot of context:
思い出に消しゴム!? あれっ。(Take an eraser to your memories?! Huh...)
Everyone probably has dissected this part a lot lol. Connecting it to the main story, we're never told why Tsukasa lost sight and forgot his true feeling in the first place. This lyrics kinda hinted that he chose to forget about his painful memories and feelings but unknowingly forgetting his cherished ones (specifically his true feeling that created Wonderland Sekai) as well. If I have to guess, it's because of Saki's long hospitalization and Toya's despair over classical music.
おとなたちの鋭利営利な目盛×メモリー悩まされすぎちゃって寄り目になっちゃいそーね!! (The adults’ sharp, money-making memories make us worry too much!)
This one is... maybe about how reality isn't as sweet as imagination? Tsukasa is someone who firmly has his feet planted on the ground but able to dream big, so maybe it's how his ideal and pragmatism clashed with each other sometimes.
正解も不正解も 大切なメモリー (Right and wrong answers are important memories)
This one referred to the previous "erasing memories" line, how "right and wrong answers" = good and bad decisions = good and bad memories were important so thy shouldn't be erased.
まだまだ消さないで!?未来はここからじゃん!!(Don’t erase it yet?! The future is from now!)
Referring to the "successes and failures" in the lyrics in the reff, ie. and how those decisions lead to his current and future self. Fitting, because Tsukasa needed to learn to embrace his past mistakes (and successes) to look at himself now and the future.
まだまだ一緒しよ?の魂胆です 101回目のソンな小指メモリー拝借 “ハッピーも失敗も消さないから!!” (we’re still doing it together, right? That’s my plan. I borrow the 101st pinky memory.“I won’t erase happiness or failures, after all.”)
Interestingly, why is the memory is written as pinky finger in the kanji? I guess it's to show that memory = promise (as in, pinky promise). It's probably to refer how he promised Miku and everyone else that he won't forget his true feelings anymore, no matter how it brought him happiness and failure--because yes, he would face failure down to road.
つまずく日もあるよ (There are days when I fail too.)
成功失敗も「全部」だいすき!でいいじゃん!!(I love all successes and failures! That’s fine, right?)
Second, there's a lot of posturing in the lyrics:
“どうして!?”も“ああして!!”も“ 君らしくないな?(“Why?!” and “Do it like this!!” aren’t like you, huh?)
Being confused isn't like Tsukasa because he's always confident in himself.
みんなみんな笑っちゃえの魂胆で (In this plot to make everyone laugh)
Tsukasa's true feeling to make everyone smile and the ways how he tried to do so, talking about it as a 'plot' --or in other words as something scripted. There's a possibility he 'scripted' the way he behaved to make everyone smile before it finally stuck.
どうにもこうにも救えない困難もいいじゃん!!みんなみんな救っちゃお!のポーズで ちょっとやそっとじゃ潰れない笑顔どうじゃん! 100回オチても不死議は鳥乱さない
(I reckon it’s fine to have troubles you can’t do a thing about! I make a pose like I’m gonna save everyone. How about this smile, it’s not gonna crumble at all! Even if I fall 100 times, I’m like a phoenix. I won’t get upset!)
So If we put Tsukasa's song, we can see this as how he may not know how to solve other's problems, but by showing a confident smile he wanted others to rely on him. And even if he can't do it, he won't let others give up relying on him because he'll try again and again.
Paired with how the song said that both successes and failures are important, it's good that Tsukasa know learned to take failures as another way to success in the future.
みんなみんな一緒しよ!のポーズで ちょっとやそっとじゃ崩れない笑顔どうじゃん!(I make a pose like I’m gonna do it together with everyone. How about this smile, it’s not gonna break down at all!)
Another repeat of how his smile won't falter, but this time he 'acts' like he'll do it with everyone. Kinda hinted that at this point in time in the song, while Tsukasa worked with everyone, he wouldn't rely on others and had the mindset to be the most reliable person that others can lean on.
It kinda relates to some line after this about being together with others is another 'plan' or script. So, while he worked with others it was just another way for him to make others smile. There was no hint of him wanting to rely or connect with others personally.
みんなみんなくすぐっちゃえ!のポーズで ぜったいぜったいね、消せない笑顔どうじゃん!∞回なんかいオチても不死議は鳥壊せない!(I make a pose like I’m gonna make everyone laugh. How about this smile, it can never ever be rubbed out! No matter how many times I fall, I’m like a phoenix. I won’t get pulled down!)
The last reff was about how he 'acts' to make everyone laugh, and by proudly showing off how his smile will always stay intact, it kinda hinted that maybe his confidence was a front. That his 'poses' won't ever crumble down and show what the real him is really like. Because even if he falls he will always show off a confident 'pose' and smile in his plot to save others and make them smile and laugh.
Tl;dr from these two points my take on Tondemo Wonderz in relation to Tsukasa is:
Tsukasa deliberately forgot his past failures and painful memories but because he did that he accidentally erased his happy memories and true feelings. He erased his own memories because he wanted to act confident so others could rely on his unwavering self. After meeting WxS, he learned that he needed to embrace failures as well to be able to face his current and future self, but it didn't mean that he would give up on his act any time soon. In fact, he thought that his act would only keep getting better because he's learning from his failures. Would he open up to WxS? By that point in the story, no. But Curtain Call hinted that Tsukasa is slowly opening up to his personal worries--starting with Rui.

//Prsk Event Spoilers
I think the current (valentine) event story in jp was the first time I've heard Tsukasa doing some school comitee work. Idk if there are any mentions of it in the previous events but this is the first time for me.
Tumblr media
Which make sense because Tsukasa is a class representative so it's great that they actually mention Tsukasa doing school comitee work.
Edit: I've looked back and found out there's another mention of Tsukasa doing school committee meeting during Toya's wedding event. So I guess this valentine one is consider as the second time then? Might miss stuff.

Predicting who is coming out for pjsekai's third anniversary+reasons
Sega if it's wrong I will cry
(this is for jp server btw)
Fes cards:
miku-> mascot of the game, already has fes cards for both anniversary
meiko/kaito/saki/emu-> meiko and kaito are the only 2 VS with no fes card, saki and emu are the only two with no fes card and has not been on the limited set for anniversary
Now, we talk about who will be on the 4 star banner for anniversary event and the possible 3 star for the event
Noticing the pattern, anniversary often has 1 member for each unit on the banner and 3 star card
I'll put down the two I assumed and then the one I guess with the highest possibility
L/N: Saki or Shiho-> if saki doesn't have a fes card that banner, most likely will be on the banner as the lim card. Shiho is there cause she was never on the lim card banner for anniversary. Highest guess: both recently have 4 stars so guessing Shiho cause Saki had a focus before anniversary
MMJ: Airi or Haruka-> Minori and Shizuku were already on the lim set for first and second anniversary respectively. Highest guess: airi cause haruka recently have a 4 star card
VBS: Toya or An-> leaning more towards the event being a toya focus cause I may be based but we haven't see toya for a while and akito and kohane were again first and second anni. Highest guess: toya cause An was a 4 star in the new event
WxS: Emu or Nene-> if emu no fes card then possibly emu or can be nene cause rui and tsukasa already first and second anniversary. High possibility: Nene cause emu was a three star but I also have no idea
Niigo: Ena or Mizuki-> would consider mizuki but mizuki is currently rocking the phantom thief drip and I'm uncertain if sega actually will reuse characters for 4 star. Highest guess: Ena

♠ 1st(?) random Q&A with Suki
Some random personal info I have previously said in posts or I just want to let you know now:
♠ I'm 173cm tall
♠ My mother tongue is Spanish, and I'm (sort of) learning Japanese
♠ I play both versions of the game (JP and GL)
♠ Originally, I didn't care for characters/story and just wanted to play rythym game
♠ In terms of creative stuff I do, drawing would be main and writing would be sub
zero-intoner asked: "How long have you been writing and what got you into writing?"
I scripted and drew my first serious comic for class work about 4 years ago. But it's not like I regularly write, it only comes out when I need a script for a comic, and I usually have a hard time writing, which is actually one of the reasons I decided to start this blog: to get better at writing.
About what got me into writing, don't know. Probably a collateral damage from wanting to make comics
Anonymous asked: "WAIT COULD I ASK.. DO U LIKE KANADE X EMU AS A FRIENDSHIP ALSO PLS CAN U TELL ME MORE ABT AIRI SND AKITO LMAO I WANNA KNOW WHAT YOUD THINK OF THEIR DUYNAMIC"
For context, anon is referering to this post:
Tumblr media
If Kanade and Emu have ever interacted in game, either I can't remember or I haven't seen it. I think they might be too different and don't have enough in common to bond over anything.
As for Airi and Akito, it's safe to asume that they originally met for Ena, and at some point they might have bonded over their mutual worry for her. It's also clear that they respect each other. I'm speaking from memory, but there was this interaction in which Airi requests Akito to watch over Ena. There is also some instances where Akito tells Ena to not to bother Airi so much, and an area convo with Akito and Airi in which he apologizes for "the way Ena usually behaves" to what Airi tells him not to worry. Airi also notes to herself here that Akito is a good little brother. I'm just rambling at this point lol. Basically, I guess I like that, despite they are not that close, they are able to understand each other enough to have mutual respect.
zero-intoner asked: "Who's your favorite character to write for? Which character do you relate to the most?"
I would like to say it's hard to choose just one, but evidence shows it's Mafuyu. I also enjoy writing Shizuku a lot lol. I have had some writing sprees for Nene, Haruka and Honami so it usually depends on my mood, too
As for the character I relate the most it's prooobably... Mizuki. I've stuggled in the past with the fear of being left behind and not worthy of having friends. But, personality wise, I guess the closest one would be Toya
prsk-krow asked: "HeyaHeya! I was actually curious about something, and I wanted to ask!! Who is your favorite N25 character, and why is it Mizuki? (・∀・) I mean, I'm just guessing, but-"
I actually never could choose between Mizuki and Mafuyu. Sometimes is more Mizuki, sometimes is more Mafuyu, but they are both always there. But if I had to choose, gun pointing at me, I think I might choose Mafuyu because aesthetically wise, is a little more my thing.
Anonymous asked: "This is just for the q&a but if you were to add any one member to each group who would it be and why? Like why would you add emu to mmj or honami to wxs and so on."
I'm guessing you mean adding to the current member, without replacing anyone. Mmmm, I can say a little of my thoughts, but very disorganized.
For example, in Nigo I could see people like Rui, Haruka, Toya or even Honami, if their stories had another circumstances
In Wandasho, somehow Mafuyu and Akito could fit with their "good personas". Probably Airi since she seems good with a crowd. I feel like Mizuki could have fun here making costumes, too.
In MMJ, Kanade would be just so funny, zero stamina idol lol. An kind of has that idol aura that might just work (these two both were already in April's fools YUME YUME JUMP, so). Also, Tsukasa idol career when, he could fit so well here. Saki maybe too, siblings idols(?
In VBS it's kind of hard, but I think Ena could scream from the bottom of her heart here (in songs(?) Shiho kind of fits in street music, I think (? Nene might find use in this for getting over her social problem, and she would be also singing, but not "musical style". Ichika could also do well here, probably
And finally, Leoni, Kohane and Minori could do well in "just some friends vibing" same as Shizuku. Emu is very friendly, so why not
(I ended up making whole new groups of 4 lol but hopefully that answers your question, kinda?)
ootokone asked: "do you have any hobbies? what are they and how did you get into them? "
As said before, I also draw and it's probably my main hobby ( I guess it count's as a job too since I'm on a team as concept/2D/UI artist, yeah all in one, we are a small team). I have been drawing for as long as I can remember, but probably anime got me into taking it a more seriously (Naruto lol)
I also play videogames on a regular basis. I have also played games for as long as I can remember. I'm kind of hooked to OW2 right now but I play many kinds of games. Like, not long ago I was hooked to Puroseka and Elden Ring simultaneously, which I guess sums up my variety of games quite well (I had to drop Elden Ring because my poor 6 year old computer can't take *redacted*'s boss fight. Quite sad. Hopefully I can finish it properly when I get a new PC in the future ;v;)
As for more hobbies... I guess I like gardening, if that can be considered a hobby. I just bought two new plants today, one of them being peppermint because I love its smell. I have always liked nature but never got around on taking care of my own plants until about 2 years ago
Anonymous asked: "a question for your Q&A :)! are you more of an extrovert, ambivert or introvert?"
Oh, definitely an introvert lol. I'm an INTJ-A in mbti, if someone is interested in that.
Also noteworthy, while the other letters are at like a 60-70% the introvert one is at 99% lol so yeah,
Anonymous asked: "if u like emunene do you think if they both cuddle would emu be big spoon or would she be little spoon? and do you think nene would be big spoon or little spoon"
I think they'll be both switches, but it usually goes with Nene little spoon, Emu big spoon because Emu would be usually the one initiating physical touch/affection
One last thing! I wanted to thank everyone for the support on this blog! Really makes me happy that people consider my writing worthy of reading. I'll try to keep this blog up for as long as I can, but my writing sprees are very weird lol

what character(s) currently have the least trust ranks respectively? on en right now it just hit me that mafuyu only has 10, with toya i think being close behind with like, 11 (6 of which are the virtual singers, which mafuyu only has trust ranks with 4 of. again though that's on en and i'm assuming n25 kaito has trust ranks on jp by now)
based off JP, the characters with the least are Rui, Kanade, and Mafuyu, who all have 11 kizuna ranks total. talking vocaloids, the least generally is meiko who has 19, but unit specific would actually be wxs rin who still only has one for nene (rin is only missing 4 kizuna titles and 3 of them are wxs lol). n25 kaito already has 2 (kanade and mafuyu).

is there a specific amount of time between when a lim gacha first runs and its rerun? i know they come back the next year but not exactly during the time frame they originally did, so is it like a year + two weeks or something specific like that?
The first rerun is about a year and two weeks after as you said. So the next rerun on EN will be the Secret Tea Time (Airi Valentine) set scheduled to rerun on February 13th, that initially ran starting January 31st 2023.
At the 3rd anniversary, JP introduced a “random” rerun, where two already rerun banners will get a second rerun per month (it’s literally just a cashgrab lol bc they’re still doing the 1 year later reruns which means there’s now 3 lim banners rerunning per month). Currently the order of those reruns has been:
November: One With My Crew (Akito1) & Yearning for Spring (Miku 1.5 anni)
December: Romantic Bride (Toya wedding) & Scramble Flower (Minori 1st anniv)
January: A Maiden’s Hope for the New Year (Haruka NY) & Fluffy Dreamland (Emu1)
But EN might do a different order (probably not but I’m covering myself)

Well just based on the news I think the February lim slot has to be a unit event unless they don't care about finishing the rotation before 3.5. January lim could go either way, but because of WxS World Link, that only leaves January lim, February slots 1 and 2, February lim, and March slot 2
Haruka is guaranteed to be one of the perm February slots. Honami could either be January lim or February 1. I think Ena is more likely to be the February lim than Toya is, especially given how the MV types line up. I mean they could do three 3DMV unit events in a row (with a mixed event in there somewhere) since the last 3DMV would end up in March if they do that, but it feels a little more likely they'd do the double 3DMV events and then the next 2DMV. Ena also hasn't had a lim banner with her as the focus (all of her unit events and both of her mixed events have been perms)
I don't know. WxS World Link kinda messes everything up, and the lim schedule is a mess
okay so first off after the stream it occurred to me that i did a big stupid and Honami 4 cannot be the lim banner this month. Lol. Because that would've required them to announce 3 event songs this wandasho channel.
So Toya4 is Toya/Kohane/An lims end of february. Calling it now. Ena I have my doubts about because you could do Ena/Mafuyu/Kaito because both girls are desperate for lims and n25 kaito will be the next vsinger lim, but considering Mizuki has never been rateup on an Ena unit event and also has the most lims in the game right now, I think a Ena/Mizuki rateup for ena4 is most likely.
I will admit I'm still very stuck on things. At the very least it's pretty much confirmed that Hona4 is slot 1 and Haruka4 is slot 2 for february.
Given Emu skipping the rateup she should've had on the current event i'd say she's most likely to be the lim event (plus i think it's too close to akito's last lim when lots of characters have gone nearly a year w/o, and kanade is capped on 4* cards rn). If we look at the characters who need a lim within the next 4 lim events, we have Toya, An, Ena, Mafuyu, Honami, and Emu. Emu already has been featured on mixed events with Ena, Honami and Toya, and we can rule out An based on the likeliness of Toya4 being lim. Emu/Mafuyu works, since they have an established connection, and n25 kaito should be the next vsinger lim and he works with mafuyu.
Also I've seen multiple JP specs that Akito will be the 3.5 event, which makes a lot of sense now that i think about it. it's either kanade, emu, or akito, and miku usually has a 4* on the .5 events. out of those characters, two of them already have a lim miku for their unit. so you could do something like, akito/miku and then maybe ena? i know she was lim on last year's .5 event but there's that 12 month limit thing that's been pretty consistent. plus, pre-established connection. honestly you could probably put Honami on there too because she has a connection to Ena.
then kanade perm mixed after 3.5 god knows who the cards would be on that.
Tumblr media
it's patchy, but here's a visual demo of what i'm thinking rn. with this i'm also assuming Ichika/Saki 3.5 fes and Tsukasa/Emu summer fes. mainly based on the fact the WL gacha will end only 8 days before 3.5 (minori and shiho could get away with it because they at least had two weeks between cards). also saki will need a lim more than emu by that point under the assumption that next event is emu.
