1. What is your favorite body of water?

oh man.......i’m not sure but i was super enthralled by the springtime Gunnison river in colorado last year, so maybe that!

2. What are some of your favorite idioms?

i guess the one i find most satisfying is ‘beat around the bush’ bc its so broadly applicable and self-explanatory

3. What is a song that always makes you feel thirteen years old when you hear it?

Probably ‘Boulevard of Broken Dreams’ by Green Day but not as much bc i listened to it a lot but because my 7th grade music teacher blasted it in class sometimes to get our attention.

4. If the main character of the last book you read had to solve a murder mystery, how good would they be at it? If you last read a murder mystery, how good would the detective be at completing an epic fantasy quest?

Theia from The Size of the World! She would suck because she only cares about crossing all the seas to reach the end of the world and also can’t talk to people.

5. What is your comfort food?

Pastaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!

6. What is your favorite adaptation of a book you also like?

i know there’s more but the only one i can think of is Holes

7. What is your favorite book you had to read for a class?

Most fiction books I had to read for class that I actually liked were ones I had already read before the class lol. But ones I read in class for the first time, I guess a lot of Shakespeare? Or, The Iliad.

8. If you were a video game character, what would your default outfit look like?

black tanktop, boot-cut jeans. add long black-and-tan belted coat in the winter. i wear this like 250 days out of the year.

9. What are you most likely to start explaining at length when drunk/tired/generally feeling silly and talkative?

probably like, how stories Work Well? or laws. or elves.

10. If you had to pick a fictional character for your roommate, who would it be and how would your cohabitation work out?

The Devil from The Brothers Karamazov and our cohabitation would work out fine because my issues are nothing like Ivan’s, and also I CRAVE assholes who will longwindedly split hairs about shit for pages on end.

11. Recommend me a book.

To you PERSONALLY i would recommend @ivanaskye ‘s The Stars That Rise At Dawn not only bc I keep bitching at everyone around me to read it, although i do, but because i remember that you have said or reblogged or been excited about things in similar veins of thought or concept to some stuff in that book. LOL.

10) Been Depressed: That’s the thing, I’m always depressed - just most days they’re courteous to not to stomp me into the ground (personifying my depression helps a lot).
