y’all know i’m an “eddie calls steve every pet name under the sun” truther, but tell me why it only occurred to me now that eddie would absolutely call him loverboy
and not even in that sarcastic, goading tone that he has but like…
so soft and so genuine with kisses pressed to his cheek and a quiet “missed you loverboy” and steve’s cheeks flush the prettiest pink

Peeta has said many charming things, but this line always has me giggling and kicking my feet. I don’t understand how Katniss was so strong.
Suzanne really decided to create the perfect man: he can bake and paint, he’s charming but not cocky, and is really kind and caring only to then strip and distort his entire personality, thanks suzanne.
I kinda hate how they changed this in the movie. Even in the paragraphs before this they had this flirty banter that was so so good. The movies erased or changed nearly all of their banter though.
But, anyway - Peeta Mellark is the blueprint that no other book boyfriend has lived up to.

what's it like being part of arguably the greatest draft class of all time – greatest dallas draft class of all time – with oettinger and heiskanen? so the stars took heiskanen and oettinger in the first round, you in the second round, so it was a very productive draft. is that lost on you, that class?
no, I mean, it's, it's — it's truly a special moment, I mean, we always see it, uh, and think about it when it's ever brought up, how special it is. you know, you don't find a franchise goalie, a franchise d-man, and a player … a forward like me in, uh, one round very often. so, um, very — you look back on it now and uh, we hit all of the spots, and six years later we're all pretty, uh … producing, and being big parts of this team. and hopefully and ideally we're gonna be big parts through these, uh — our carers.

𝑻𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒂𝒃𝒐𝒖𝒕...Illumi, who doesn’t have a great grasp on emotions, only knowing basic ones like sad, mad, happy, disgust, etc. So when something makes him feel a certain way he’ll blurt out what he thinks he’s feeling to you. Someone is getting touchy with you? “Sad-Mad.” He’ll say as you two walk away. Then he’ll be in denial when you say that’s jealousy. He also likes to point out your supposed feelings too, he’s trying to get better at reading people and being more empathetic (to you anyway). If he finds you crying he’ll just murmur “Sad”, whether that being his feelings at the sight or a depiction of yours you’ll never know. In the end he’s trying to better himself for you.

I feel like Howard took up boxing because he had anger issues when he was younger. Yes, he said otherwise and he grew to enjoy the job, but he was really unhappy about being forced into the lawyer business by his father, and he needed a release, y’know? And what better release than beating people up? The yoga came later, at Cheryl’s insistence they do something together. Funny enough, within a week, she lost interest. He did not 🖤
