Kawi (PERAWAT SANGPOTIRAT aka KRIST) is pleased with his past. His dad has his surgery and Pisaeng (GAWIN CASKEY aka FLUKE) is standing by his side always willing to lend a helping hand.

So Kawi grabs his trusty crystal ball to go back to the future as Pisaeng enters his room.

Though the future/present has changed not everything came up roses. Not is a two timer marrying a pregnant Pear. Kawi's dad is still gone and Pisaeng has cut himself off. Yet he's still there for Kawi when he arrives out of the blue.

And Kawi seems to be an alcoholic...

This has an Oscar winning theme by Bob Dylan but that’s only one of the reasons you should seek it out. It’s literary, filmic, intelligent, with lovely acting, a sweet dose of the surreal, and based on a classic book by Michael Chabon. Great stuff about a man finding himself through a busy, complicated few days involved with a dead dog, Marilyn Monroe’s jacket, guns, stolen cars, marriage breakdown, and the smoking of various spliffs. Understated, mature stuff.
