FIRST OF ALL the way you phrased this is fucking hilarious to me. Second, yes they did :eyes: they're twin brothers. That is honestly all I know about them from before...apparently turning into a hollowghast completely wipes your memories. Something about you losing your peculiar soul. I haven't read the series in AGES and I am winging it because I do not have the time or energy to read them all again plus the new books but I'm like 99% sure that is correct.

So even though they did know each other, it doesn't matter. They do not remember who they were so they are definitely going off vibes. Walter is a hollowghast and while he can understand Colin, he can't communicate back- hollows have funky vocal cords. He also cannot be seen by Colin unless he's eating, and he has a tendency to wander off when he's hungry. Colin has gotten good at figuring out where he is though, either by sound, his shadows, following up on reports of farmer's animals being slaughtered by (what they believe are) wolves, etc etc. He'll be standing there and will say something like, "I know you're there. I can smell you. go brush your teeth, you smell like sheep guts" and Walter will trip him with one of his tongues. They may not remember being brothers but they act like it sometimes

Ronnie and Archie grew up around one another. Archie's kind of a mean girl but he's semi nice to his girl "best friend" and no one knows how they're friends, considering Archie's popular and Ronnie's an OuTcAsT who hangs with Jug and Ethel and Dilton

Archie lowkey (high key) has had a crush on Ronnie since they were half the height they are today and Jennifer was so possessive of Needy truly

Lowkey want a scene where Archie crashes D&D preparations at Ronnie's house that she does with Betty, or Jug, or them BOTH. " It smells like dog food in here. Have you guys been fucking?"

But! Curse stuff.

- maybe Jason agreed to sacrifice Cheryl so he could be with Polly?? To think about. Archie walks in on their sacrifice/ritual and offers to take Cheryl's place.

There's a high alert of murder around town and it can't possibly be hal bc there's one EVERY night in a lot of different towns. All these gruesome carnages meet follow a pattern:

Really do love the image of Archie sneaking into Ronnie's room at night, way past the new installed curfew due to all the killing, and Ronnie mentions being unsettled.

So Archie bites back a grin, because aw, she's so cute when she's unaware, " You know, we could play mommy and daddy like we used to. That always calmed you down."

Ronnie's eyes wide, even hid behind the lenses of those dorky glasses Archie can tell they glow, and he smirks, because he knows she knows what he's implying. He was her first kiss for a reason. " Reggie- Reggie wouldn't like that."

Archie's smile grows teeth. " Call him, then. Ask if its okay."

And like my girl Veronica lowkey has a uhhh soft humiliation kink like only a bit, - and ofc she does and u know Archie has such great satisfaction when her thighs squeeze together, - power move, Archie taking the phone from Ronnie, " No worries, Mantle. Daddy knows what he's doing."
