This is why he avoided the Avengers, personally. He knows the X-Men had their valid reasons, but Johnny Storm was a lot more petty than that. This simple instance of Johnny showing up at Hawkeye's doorstep had led him to this annoyance. He was not here. ❝ Work? Once Tony had a blood sample from Barney, the rest had come easily.  He’d cracked the code running the nanites and worked out a way to first disable them and then remove them from Barney’s bloodstream.

The trick would be to act before HYDRA realizes what’s happening and press the kill switch. 

Tony had Barney dragged up to the medical wing with a bag on his head and headphones on to cancel out all sounds.  He hoped it would both confuse the nanites, make it look like nothing that was happening was up to Barney, and that Barney was about to be tortured.

When the guards had wrestled the archer into the chair and strapped him down, Tony came in and injected his own nanites into the man and activated the program to wipe Barney’s.

01. type of bed: a queen size bed with a good mattress

04. type of clothing: pajama pants and a shirt (usually one that has a suit jacket and tie design printed on it, a gift from Clint)--never know when trouble will strike in the middle of the night

05. does it matter where they sleep?: not at all. SHIELD has forced him to learn how to sleep anywhere

06. what do they do if they cannot fall asleep?: He makes himself a cup of tea

07. frequent dreams, nightmares: he often has nightmares, real bad ones that leave him unable to sleep the rest of the night

08. deep slumber or naps: both, depending on how well he's sleeping lately

3am. Something had happened. Blue and red flashing light that came from the ambulance that stood in front of the apartment building flooded the room, and if that didn't already wake Clint up, then maybe Lucky. The dog was nervously barking and running around and jumped on and out of Clint's bed, hearing the medics walking up the staircase. -@thetrickshotbarton

Clint woke in response to Lucky jumping on the bed first, but he didn't start reaching for his aids until he registered the flashing lights lighting up his room.

"Good boy, Lucky," he said. "Let's find out what's happening.

It was a chaotic shopping experience. Black Friday and trying to get all the shopping done was a mess. Laura invited Barney over to help with some of the liftings since the kids were off to Laura's parents for the week.

She got so lost in the group swarming around her she nearly panicked when she couldn't find Barney. She stopped in her tracks, turned around slowly, and saw the male frozen in place. Immediately the nurse knew what was going on, and rushed to his side. Her hand was firm but gentle as she grabbed his arm and started to pull him away from the crowd, Laura weaving and sliding past people.

Once the two got to a more dead section of the store she tried to meet his gaze.

"Barney... Hey Barney It's Laura... You're safe..." Her voice was gentle watching the male with concern.
